The scanning equipment can generate a corresponding statistical form according to the specified requirements of the management personnel, and uploads the corresponding form to the cloud and other terminals in real time, so that a basis is provided for the management decision of the management personnel.
The system principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: the scanning equipment is connected with the intelligent safety helmet through the main CPU processor, and processed information is uploaded to the cloud end through the 3G network.
The work flow of the system comprises three stages: receiving information, screening information and uploading information.
Receiving information: when the worker wearing the intelligent safety helmet 10 approaches the scanning device, the Bluetooth chip in the cavity of the safety helmet 10 can be matched with the Bluetooth label arranged in the scanning device in a wave band mode, and then the Bluetooth of the scanning device can automatically read the information of the worker in the Bluetooth in the intelligent safety helmet 10.
