The clutch is provided with a sensor for measuring parameters such as rotating speed, temperature and the like of the clutch, the sensor assembled on the existing clutch generally adopts a single sensor, usually, a transmission needs to be separately assembled with the rotating speed sensor and the temperature sensor to realize the monitoring of the normal work of the clutch, and the use of a plurality of single sensors makes the design of the clutch complicated, the assembly process is complex and the risk is high. There are also speed sensors and temperature sensors mounted on the clutch, the speed sensor being determined by measuring the teeth and grooves on the clutch hub, and the temperature sensor being determined by the temperature of the oil falling in the oil holes on the clutch hub. But because the shell of its sensor is can the horizontal arrangement outside the clutch wheel hub, therefore, speed sensor and temperature sensor can the parallel arrangement, and one is above the oilhole, and one is outside the oilhole, mutual noninterference, and because place the shell horizontally, have very big space to arrange between two sensors, can not influence each other. However, this is clearly not applicable for structures in which the sensor housing is arranged vertically, depending on the installation requirements.

The invention provides a mounting structure of a clutch speed sensor, which has the advantages that a shell is positioned in the radial direction of a clutch hub, a speed sensor and a temperature sensor are integrated on the same shell, the stability is good, and the sensitivity is high; the technical problem that sensors on a clutch need to be installed respectively, a speed sensor and a temperature sensor cannot be integrated on a shell vertically located in the radial direction of a clutch hub, and the sensitivity is not enough in the prior art is solved.

The outer circumferential surface of the clutch hub is uniformly provided with raised convex teeth, the convex teeth are provided with oil holes, the speed sensor determines an output signal by monitoring the convex teeth and the grooves, and the temperature sensor outputs a temperature signal by measuring the temperature of oil thrown out of the oil holes. The speed sensor can not be arranged above the oil hole, and can not monitor signals, so that the speed sensor can be out of order, and the temperature sensor is required to be arranged above the oil hole to sense the oil thrown out of the oil hole most directly, so that temperature signals can be output accurately and rapidly, and the oil temperature can be determined. Due to the limitation of the installation position of the sensor, the sensor needs to be vertically arranged, namely the outer shell of the sensor is in the radial direction of the clutch hub, and due to the fact that the monitoring positions of the temperature sensor and the speed sensor are different, the speed sensor is required to be arranged outside the oil hole, and the temperature sensor is required to be arranged above the oil hole, and therefore, the installation positions of the two sensors are greatly contradictory. Therefore, the speed sensor is arranged at the bottom in the shell by adopting the structure of the invention, and the temperature sensor slightly extends to the upper part of the oil hole in order to more rapidly monitor the oil temperature, and the mounting surface is arranged, so that the mounting planes of the speed sensor and the temperature sensor are mutually vertical, the compact structure is ensured, and the rotating speed and the temperature can be respectively measured under the condition that the two sensors are not interfered with each other. The speed sensor is located at the bottom of the shell and is closest to the hub, the temperature sensor is located on the oil throwing surface and directly senses the oil temperature, and the speed sensor is high in sensitivity and good in stability.
Preferably, an included angle is formed between the temperature sensor and the axial cross section of the hub, and the temperature sensor is obliquely fixed on the fixed seat. The outer cover body wraps the outer shell main body, and the stitch structure and the part connected with the outer shell main body are wrapped, so that the stability and the safety of the structure are guaranteed.

Preferably, the temperature sensor comprises a sensing surface and a connecting wire, the sensing surface is positioned on the fixed seat, the connecting wire penetrates through the fixed seat and is connected with a pin structure in the shell main body, and the connecting wire is fixed on the cover plate above the fixed seat. The stability of connection is guaranteed, and the accuracy of measurement is improved.
Preferably, the speed sensor is positioned at the bottom of the shell, and the mounting surface of the speed sensor is perpendicular to the mounting surface of the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor and the speed sensor are close to an object to be measured to the maximum extent by reasonably utilizing a limited space, so that the sensitivity and the stability are improved.
Preferably, the pin of the temperature sensor is located above the speed sensor, the pin of the temperature sensor has a length greater than that of the speed sensor, and the pin of the speed sensor has a length greater than that of the speed sensor. The space is saved, and the arrangement is convenient.
Preferably, the fixing seat comprises a temperature sensor mounting seat, a temperature sensor is arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting seat, a lead guide groove is formed in the side surface of the mounting seat, a pin through hole is formed in the fixing seat, and the pin through hole is connected with the lead guide groove.
Therefore, the mounting structure of the clutch rotating speed sensor has the following advantages: simple structure arranges rationally, to arranging the sensor outside wheel hub perpendicularly, arranges temperature sensor and speedtransmitter mutually perpendicular in two planes, and speedtransmitter is located the shell bottom and outside being located wheel hub's oilhole, guarantees the measuring degree of accuracy, and arranges temperature sensor on epitaxial fixing base, and the angle of slope is identical with the oil throwing face, improves the sensitivity of test. The housing is mounted outside the oil bore so that a speed sensor 16, which can monitor the rotational speed of the hub through the variation of the lobes and grooves, is also located outside the oil bore 5. The shell further comprises a fixed seat 9, the fixed seat 9 is provided with a temperature sensor 6, the fixed seat extends from the shell to the axial direction of the hub, the fixed seat 9 is located above the oil hole 5, and the sensing surface of the temperature sensor 6 installed on the fixed seat is located on the oil throwing surface of the clutch hub. An included angle is formed between the temperature sensor 6 and the axial section of the hub, namely the temperature sensor is obliquely arranged, so that the contact area of oil drops and the temperature sensor is increased, the sensing surface of the temperature sensor is coincided with the oil throwing surface, and the testing sensitivity is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the housing of the sensor includes a housing main body 7, a fixing seat 9, a housing body 8 and a cover plate 10, a pin structure 11 is installed on the housing main body 7, the fixing seat 9 is arranged below the housing main body 7, the temperature sensor 6 is located on the fixing seat 9, the cover plate 10 is arranged above the temperature sensor 6, and the housing main body 7 which is provided with the pin structure 11 is wrapped by the housing body 8. One end of the cover plate 10 is positioned on the fixed seat 9, and the other end of the cover plate 10 extends outwards to cover the temperature sensor 6, and an inclined plane matched with the temperature sensor is formed above the temperature sensor 6. The pin structure 11 comprises four pins, the middle two of which are connected to the speed sensor 16 and the outer two of which are connected to the temperature sensor 6. The stitch pin of the temperature sensor is positioned above the speed sensor, the length of the stitch pin of the temperature sensor is greater than that of the speed sensor, and the length of the stitch pin of the speed sensor is greater than the height of the speed sensor.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the housing body 7 includes a lower mounting portion 20 and an upper fixing portion 19, and the upper fixing portion 19 is used to fix the housing to the clutch.
