Abstract
The invention discloses a microporous filter membrane flaking device and an assembly method thereof during flaking and microscopic observation, wherein the device comprises a cup body and a microporous filter membrane arranged at the bottom of the cup body, a cup body clamping ring groove is arranged on the lower end surface of the cup body, a membrane loading ring corresponding to the cup body clamping ring groove is fixed on the surface of the microporous filter membrane, and the membrane loading ring on the microporous filter membrane is freely embedded in the cup body clamping ring groove; and a ring taking opening is arranged at the bottom of the cup body. The invention aims to provide a microporous membrane tabletting device and an assembly method thereof during tabletting and microscopic observation, which adopt a brand new structure and a tabletting and microscopic examination method, are convenient to separate from the microporous membrane after tabletting, and are convenient and rapid to carry out fixed microscopic examination on a carrying sheet.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for tabletting and dyeing in the process of examination and detection by using a membrane separation technology in the fields of medicine, biology, environmental science and the like, in particular to a microporous membrane tabletting device and an assembly method thereof during tabletting and microscopic observation.
Background
The method is characterized in that a microporous filter membrane is adopted to collect tangible substances in a specimen, and the filter membrane is directly subjected to transparent treatment under a microscope for observation, so that the method is a novel morphological detection technology, can be widely applied to detection of tiny tangible substances in medical inspection and other fields, is limited in one aspect due to softness and easy damage of the microporous filter membrane, and is basically used by directly pasting on the bottom of a sandwich cup or mechanically fixing the microporous filter membrane through the sandwich cup.
For example, chinese patent application No. 201010529398.X, a method for staining and flaking cells or bacteria, which discloses a method for staining and flaking cells or bacteria in medical examination and biological research, wherein a filtering membrane is used as a substrate of a sample piece for staining and flaking, a filtering type interlayer cup is used as a staining and flaking vessel, the peripheral wall of the cup body is sealed, holes are only arranged at the upper part and the bottom of the cup body, a filtering membrane capable of dividing the inside of the cup body into an upper part and a lower part is arranged in the cup body, and liquid such as staining reagent is not permeated by the filtering membrane arranged in a container under normal pressure.
Although the above method can be well used, complicated manual reagent adding operation and removing operation of the microporous filter membrane are required, and the microporous filter membrane is light and is required to be fixed again on a slide (cover glass) when being observed under a microscope. And thus is more difficult to operate with automated equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at solving the problems and provides a microporous membrane tabletting device and an assembling method thereof during tabletting and microscopic observation, which adopt a brand new structure and tabletting and microscopic examination methods, are convenient to separate from the microporous membrane after tabletting, and are convenient and rapid to carry out fixed microscopic examination on a carrier.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the microporous filter membrane flaking device comprises a cup body (1) and a microporous filter membrane (2) arranged at the bottom of the cup body, wherein a cup body clamping ring groove (4) is arranged on the lower end surface of the cup body (1), a membrane loading ring (3) corresponding to the cup body clamping ring groove (4) is fixed on the surface of the microporous filter membrane (2), and the membrane loading ring (3) on the microporous filter membrane (4) is freely embedded in the cup body clamping ring groove (4); and a ring taking opening (104) is arranged at the bottom of the cup body (1).
Furthermore, the cup body (1) is a revolution body, the corresponding membrane-mounting ring (3) is annular, and the microporous filter membrane (2) is also circular.
Furthermore, the section of the cup body clamping ring groove (4) on the lower end surface of the cup body (1) is semicircular, and the section of the membrane mounting ring (3) fixed on the corresponding microporous membrane (2) is semicircular or circular.
Further, a connecting part (103) which is thickened and extended towards the inner wall is arranged at the lower end of the cup body (1), and the connecting part (103) is of a conical structure which is inclined downwards.
Furthermore, the cup body (1) is of a hollow three-dimensional structure with a polygonal cross section, the corresponding membrane-mounting ring (3) is of a corresponding polygonal structure, and the microporous filter membrane (2) is of a corresponding polygonal structure.
The invention adopts the application method of the device when in operation, and relates to an assembly method of a microporous filter membrane flaking device during flaking and microscopic observation, which comprises two parts of flaking and microscopic observation, wherein the first step of flaking: fixedly assembling a membrane-mounting ring (3) on the upper surface of a microporous filter membrane (2), and mounting the microporous filter membrane (2) with the membrane-mounting ring (3) in a cup body snap ring groove (4) on the end surface of a cup body (1), thereby forming the device according to any one of claims 1-5; and a second step of microscopic observation: after the work in the cup body (1) is finished, the membrane loading ring (3) with the microporous membrane (2) is taken down, and the microporous membrane (2) is reversed, so that the microporous membrane is installed on the slide (5) with the groove (501) for microscopic observation.
Further, the microporous filter membrane (2) is directly adhered to one side of the membrane-mounting ring (3), and the adhesive surface of the membrane-mounting ring (3) is a plane.
Furthermore, a cup body clamping ring groove (4) is arranged at the bottom of the cup body (1), and the membrane-mounting ring (3) with the microporous membrane (2) can be directly clamped in the cup body clamping ring groove (4) matched with the microporous membrane.
Further, a ring taking opening (104) is formed in the outer side of the bottom of the cup body (1), the membrane loading ring (3) is exposed out of the cup body (1), and the membrane loading ring (3) with the microporous filter membrane (2) can be pulled out by forceps to complete the work.
Furthermore, in order to be matched with the membrane for direct microscopic observation, a special-purpose carrier sheet (6) is designed, the carrier sheet (6) is made of transparent materials, a groove (501) with the shape matched with that of the membrane mounting ring (3) is designed, and the observation surface of the microporous filter membrane (2) is clung to the microscope observation table (6) downwards.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a microporous membrane tabletting device and an assembly method thereof during tabletting and microscopic observation, which adopt a brand new structure and a tabletting and microscopic examination method, are convenient to separate from the microporous membrane after tabletting, and are convenient and rapid to carry out fixed microscopic examination on a slide.

2. In the observation process, the microporous filter membrane is not required to be separated again, so that the microporous filter membrane is prevented from being broken, the microscopic examination operation is convenient, the operation procedure is simplified, and the operation time is saved.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art may better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed description of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided for exemplary and explanatory purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the specific structure of the microporous filter film-making device of the invention is that the device comprises a cup body 1 and a microporous filter film 2 arranged at the bottom of the cup body, wherein a cup body clamping ring groove 4 is arranged on the lower end surface of the cup body 1, a film-loading ring 3 corresponding to the cup body clamping ring groove 4 is fixed on the surface of the microporous filter film 2, and the film-loading ring 3 on the microporous filter film 4 is freely embedded in the cup body clamping ring groove 4; and a ring taking opening 104 is arranged at the bottom of the cup body 1.
Preferably, the cup body 1 is a revolution body, the corresponding membrane-mounting ring 3 is a circular ring, and the microporous filter membrane 2 is also circular.
Preferably, the section of the cup body clamping ring groove 4 on the lower end surface of the cup body 1 is semicircular, and the section of the membrane mounting ring 3 fixed on the corresponding microporous membrane 2 is semicircular or circular.
Preferably, the lower end of the cup body 1 is provided with a connecting part 103 which is thickened and extended towards the inner wall, and the connecting part 103 is in a conical structure which is inclined downwards.
Preferably, the cup body 1 has a hollow three-dimensional structure with a polygonal cross section, the corresponding membrane-mounting ring 3 has a corresponding polygonal structure, and the microporous filter membrane 2 also has a corresponding polygonal structure.
When the cup is specifically used, liquid enters from the upper opening 101 of the cup body 1, is separated by the microporous filter membrane 2 arranged at the lower end, is filtered, filtrate is discharged from the lower opening 102, and substances in the liquid are left on the microporous filter membrane 2 to be operated next.
The invention adopts the application method of the device when in operation, and relates to an assembly method of a microporous filter membrane flaking device during flaking and microscopic observation, which comprises two parts of flaking and microscopic observation, wherein the first step of flaking: fixedly assembling a membrane-mounting ring 3 on the upper surface of the microporous filter membrane 2, and mounting the microporous filter membrane 2 with the membrane-mounting ring 3 in a cup body snap ring groove 4 on the end surface of the cup body 1 to form the device according to any one of claims 1-5; and a second step of microscopic observation: after the work in the cup body 1 is finished, the membrane loading ring 3 with the microporous membrane 2 is taken down, and the microporous membrane 2 is reversed to be installed on the slide 5 with the groove 501 for microscopic observation.
Preferably, the microporous filter membrane 2 is directly adhered to one side of the membrane mounting ring 3, and the adhesion surface of the membrane mounting ring 3 is a plane.
Preferably, the bottom of the cup body 1 is provided with a cup body clamping ring groove 4, and the membrane loading ring 3 with the microporous membrane 2 can be directly clamped in the cup body clamping ring groove 4 matched with the microporous membrane.
Preferably, the outer side of the bottom of the cup body 1 is provided with a ring-taking opening 104, the membrane-loading ring 3 is exposed outside the cup body 1, and the membrane-loading ring 3 with the microporous filter membrane 2 which is completed can be removed by poking the membrane-loading ring 3 with forceps.
Preferably, in order to cooperate with the membrane for direct use in microscopic observation, a special-purpose slide 6 is designed, the slide 6 is made of transparent material, and a groove 501 is designed, the shape of which is matched with that of the membrane-loading ring 3, and the microporous filter membrane 2 is closely attached with the observation surface downwards to the microscope observation table 6.

the microporous filter membrane flaking device comprises a cup body (1) and a microporous filter membrane (2) arranged at the bottom of the cup body, wherein a cup body clamping ring groove (4) is formed in the lower end face of the cup body (1), a membrane loading ring (3) corresponding to the cup body clamping ring groove (4) is fixed on the surface of the microporous filter membrane (2), and the membrane loading ring (3) on the microporous filter membrane (2) is freely embedded in the cup body clamping ring groove (4); the bottom of the cup body (1) is provided with a ring taking opening (104);
the assembly method comprises two parts of tabletting and microscopic observation, wherein the first step of tabletting: the membrane-mounting ring (3) is fixedly assembled on the upper surface of the microporous membrane (2), and the microporous membrane (2) with the membrane-mounting ring (3) is mounted in a cup body snap ring groove (4) on the end surface of the cup body (1), so that the microporous membrane-making device is formed; and a second step of microscopic observation: after the work in the cup body (1) is finished, the membrane loading ring (3) with the microporous membrane (2) is taken down, and the microporous membrane (2) is reversed, so that the microporous membrane is installed on the slide (5) with the groove (501) for microscopic observation.

The assembling method of the microporous filter membrane tabletting device for tabletting and microscopic observation according to claim 1, wherein the cup body (1) is a revolving body, the corresponding membrane loading ring (3) is annular, and the microporous filter membrane (2) is also circular.

The assembly method of the microporous filter membrane tabletting device for tabletting and microscopic observation according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the cup body clamping ring groove (4) on the lower end surface of the cup body (1) is semicircular, and the cross section of the membrane mounting ring (3) fixed on the corresponding microporous filter membrane (2) is semicircular or circular.

The assembly method of the microporous filter membrane tabletting device for tabletting and microscopic observation according to claim 1, wherein the lower end of the cup body (1) is provided with a connecting part (103) which is thickened and extended towards the inner wall, and the connecting part (103) is of a conical structure which is inclined downwards.

The assembling method of the microporous membrane tabletting device for the preparation and microscopic observation according to claim 1, wherein the microporous membrane (2) is directly adhered to one side of the membrane-mounting ring (3), and the adhesive surface of the membrane-mounting ring (3) is a plane.

The assembly method of the microporous filter membrane tabletting device for tabletting and microscopic observation according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the cup body (1) is provided with a cup body clamping ring groove (4), and the membrane loading ring (3) with the microporous filter membrane (2) is directly clamped in the cup body clamping ring groove (4) matched with the microporous filter membrane.
