According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the outer circumferential wall of the collecting tank 302 is spaced apart from the inner bottom wall of the water receiving cap 300. Therefore, an air isolation region can be formed between the bottom wall of the water receiving cover 300 and the collecting groove 302, so that the lower end face of the water receiving cover 300 can be prevented from generating condensed water and dropping to the ground. It is understood that, since the temperature of the condensed water collected in the water receiving cap 300 is low, the water vapor in the air is easily condensed on the bottom surface of the water receiving cap 300 to form water drops to the ground, and an air isolation region may be formed by separating the outer circumferential wall of the collecting tank 302 from the inner bottom wall of the water receiving cap 300, thereby preventing the water drops from being condensed on the lower end surface of the water receiving cap 300.
