本发明涉及幕墙领域,具体是一种盒体超薄金属板及其加工方法,该盒体超薄金属板通过不锈钢板上弯折形成瓦楞板,瓦楞板的凸出位置两侧边缘张贴双面胶条;所述铜板通过不锈钢拉铆钉固定在不锈钢板的瓦楞板凸出面上;所述不锈钢板通过不锈钢拉铆钉与铝挂槽连接固定;本发明提出的盒体超薄金属板的加工方法提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,保证质量一致性,适合于连续作业生产,弥补了铜板幕墙加工的不足,为推动铜板幕墙发展做出技术保障。

本发明涉及幕墙领域,具体是一种盒体超薄金属板及其加工方法。
背景技术
几个世纪以来,铜板已经被证明是一种高稳定、低维护的屋面和幕墙材料,铜是一种环保、使用安全、易于加工并且极抗腐蚀;使用寿命超过100年,根据英国独立研究机构的报告,铜板的经济性能价格比是屋面金铜材料中最好的,近年来国内不断涌现出一批铜板幕墙建筑,铜板幕墙在国内市场也正在渐渐流行起来,如何更好更快地加工制作盒体铜板,保证外幕墙整体效果是一个有益的课题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种加工工艺简单,适合于工业生产的环保美观的铜板幕墙板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
盒体超薄金属板,包括:铜板,不锈钢板,其特征在于:所述不锈钢板上弯折形成瓦楞板,瓦楞板的凸出位置两侧边缘张贴双面胶条;所述铜板通过不锈钢拉铆钉固定在不锈钢板的瓦楞板凸出面上;所述不锈钢板通过不锈钢拉铆钉与铝挂槽连接固定,铝挂槽两侧设置螺纹定位孔,铝合金挂件通过定位孔一端固定金属板整体,铝合金挂件另一端与幕墙安装桁架焊接安装固定;所述不锈钢瓦楞板的每一道凸出位置的中间具有一层结构胶;所述不锈钢板与铜板贴合在一起的边缘部位***pp板塞缝。

盒体超薄金属板加工方法,其特征在于:包括:
步骤一,对铜板开平、覆膜,其中,将铜卷放置至开卷器上,人工将铜板从铜卷上拉出并通过剪板机拉至前方平台,按下料规格尺寸拉出铜板后用剪板机将卷板裁断并贴对应编号,将裁切好铜板表面覆膜;
步骤二,对不锈钢底板进行开平、裁板、剪角、折弯成型处理;
步骤三,在划线台上对铜板进行划线处理,再通过剪切操作台对铜板进行裁剪,再移动铜板至钣金加工操作台对铜板进行折弯成型处理;
步骤四,对铝型材挂件裁切;其中,按照每一张板块的图纸对阳极氧化铝型材挂件的位置及尺寸进行严格的测量校准并使用相应设备及工具进行分切;
步骤五,铜板与不锈钢板进行复合;
步骤六,安装铝合金挂件;
步骤七,检验,其中,通过检测工具对成型盒体铜板的边长、对角线、平整度、表观等进行测量;
步骤八,包装,其中,将检查合格的每一块盒体铜板采用珍珠棉进行独立包装。
具体的步骤五包括:
步骤1,移动堆放架将折弯成型的铜板运至复合加工制作工作台,复合人员用砂纸对铜板背面进行打磨,然后对铜板打磨完成后再用丙酮对铜板背面 进行清洗;
步骤2,将不锈钢板与铜板背面接触的面朝上放在工作台上,对不锈钢板的平整度进行检测与调整;复合人员用砂纸对不锈钢背面进行打磨,打磨完成后再用丙酮对不锈铜表面进行清洗;
步骤3,沿不锈钢瓦楞板的每一道的突出位置的两个边缘张贴双面胶条;
步骤4,在不锈钢瓦楞板的每一道突出位置的中间打结构胶一道;
步骤5,将待复合不锈钢板与铜板贴合在一起,边缘部位并***pp板塞缝;
步骤6,用手电钻在铜板边缘进行打孔,用气动铆枪将钛镀不锈钢拉铆钉将铜板与不锈钢底板拉接在一起;
步骤7,用特制滚压设备对复合完成铜板进行来回滚压一次,以增强铜板与不锈钢的贴合度。
通过本方法加工的金属板,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,保证质量一致性,适合于连续作业生产,弥补了铜板幕墙加工的不足,为推动铜板幕墙发展做出技术保障。

1.盒体超薄金属板,包括:铜板(1),不锈钢板(2),其特征在于:所述不锈钢板(2)上弯折形成瓦楞板,瓦楞板的凸出位置两侧边缘张贴双面胶条(3);所述铜板(1)通过不锈钢拉铆钉固定在不锈钢板(2)的瓦楞板凸出面上;所述不锈钢板(2)通过不锈钢拉铆钉与铝挂槽(3)连接固定,铝挂槽两侧设置螺纹定位孔(4),铝合金挂件通过定位孔(4)一端固定金属板整体,铝合金挂件另一端与幕墙安装桁架焊接安装固定;所述不锈钢瓦楞板的每一道凸出位置的中间具有一层结构胶(5);所述不锈钢板与铜板贴合在一起的边缘部位***pp板塞缝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盒体超薄金属板,其特征在于:所述不锈钢板(2)及铜板(1)外具有保护膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的盒体超薄金属板,其特征在于:所述铜板(1)边缘部位为弯折结构的护边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的盒体超薄金属板,其特征在于:所述铜板(1)背侧通过不锈钢板(2)固定合金集水槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的盒体超薄金属板,其特征在于:所述铜板(1)顶部设置挡水条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的盒体超薄金属板,其特征在于:所述铜板(1)为波浪形或特殊定制形平面板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的盒体超薄金属板,其特征在于:所述不锈钢板(2)替换为合金固定卡扣件。
8.根据权利要求9所述的盒体超薄幕墙金铜板加工方法,其特征在于:铜板与不锈钢板进行复合的步骤包括:
步骤1,移动堆放架将折弯成型的铜板运至复合加工制作工作台,复合人员用砂纸对铜板背面进行打磨,然后对铜板打磨完成后再用丙酮对铜板背面进行清洗;
步骤2,将不锈钢板与铜板背面接触的面朝上放在工作台上,对不锈钢板的平整度进行检测与调整;复合人员用砂纸对不锈钢背面进行打磨,打磨完成后再用丙酮对不锈铜表面进行清洗;
步骤3,沿不锈钢瓦楞板的每一道的突出位置的两个边缘张贴双面胶条;
步骤4,在不锈钢瓦楞板的每一道突出位置的中间打结构胶一道;
步骤5,将待复合不锈钢板与铜板贴合在一起,边缘部位并***pp板塞缝;
步骤6,用手电钻在铜板边缘进行打孔,用气动铆枪将钛镀不锈钢拉铆钉将铜板与不锈钢底板拉接在一起;
步骤7,用特制滚压设备对复合完成铜板进行来回滚压一次,以增强铜板与不锈钢的贴合度;
步骤8,在檐口板、转角板的复合过程中加入支撑筋,并用卡槽卡住外部,保证内外都不变形。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述盒体超薄金属板加工方法,其特征在于:包括:
步骤一,对铜板开平、覆膜,其中,将铜卷放置至开卷器上,人工将铜板从铜卷上拉出并通过剪板机拉至前方平台,按下料规格尺寸拉出铜板后用剪板机将卷板裁断并贴对应编号,将裁切好铜板表面覆膜;
步骤二,对不锈钢底板进行开平、裁板、剪角、折弯成型处理;
步骤三,在划线台上对铜板进行划线处理,再通过剪切操作台对铜板进行裁剪,再移动铜板至钣金加工操作台对铜板进行折弯成型处理;
步骤四,对铝型材挂件裁切;其中,按照每一张板块的图纸对阳极氧化铝型材挂件的位置及尺寸进行严格的测量校准并使用相应设备及工具进行分切;
步骤五,铜板与不锈钢板进行复合;
步骤六,安装铝合金挂件;
步骤七,检验,其中,通过检测工具对成型盒体铜板的边长、对角线、平整度、表观等进行测量;
步骤八,包装,其中,将检查合格的每一块盒体铜板采用珍珠棉进行独立包装。
10.根据权利要求9所述的盒体超薄幕墙金属板加工方法,其特征在于:铜板与不锈钢板进行复合的步骤包括:
步骤1,移动堆放架将折弯成型的铜板运至复合加工制作工作台,复合人员用砂纸对铜板背面进行打磨,然后对铜板打磨完成后再用丙酮对铜板背面进行清洗;
步骤2,将不锈钢板与铜板背面接触的面朝上放在工作台上,对不锈钢板的平整度进行检测与调整;复合人员用砂纸对不锈钢背面进行打磨,打磨完成后再用丙酮对不锈铜表面进行清洗;
