Abstract

本发明公开了一种皮毛一体面料,包括PU皮革表层和毛层,所述PU皮革表层由聚合物表层、聚合物基层和聚合物底层三部分组成,所述聚合物底层渗透到所述的毛层内。本发明与传统生产工艺相比,面料具有良好的弹性和肉感,聚合物底层与毛层结合紧密耐水洗,且能够实现面料的一道式生产,降低成本,提高了生产效率。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种服装面料领域,具体涉及一种皮毛一体面料。
【背景技术】
为了增加面料的保暖性和装饰性,人们发明了仿麂皮复合各类人造毛或仿麂皮烫金产品复合各类人造毛。人造毛包括两层,一是毛层,一是底布。传统的人造毛皮是用经编仿麂皮通过胶水或海绵火焰融合的方式与各类人造毛的底布贴合而成。现有的生产线中布匹要经过水流,因毛层吸水,所以先做皮革层,然后将毛层与基布合成革进行复合,无法一道式生产,现提出一种皮毛一体面料。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种皮毛一体面料,能够实现面料的一道式生产,降低成本,提高生产效率且面料具有良好的弹性肉感。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种皮毛一体面料,包括PU皮革表层和毛层,所述PU皮革表层由聚合物表层、聚合物基层和聚合物底层三部分组成,所述聚合物底层渗透到所述的毛层内。
作为优选,所述聚合物表层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:聚醚聚氨酯树脂50~90份,聚氨酯树脂20~50份,二甲基甲酰胺160~240份,色母粒3~8份,硅系防水剂0.1~0.6份;所述聚合物基层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:聚醚聚氨酯树脂80~120份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮20~50份,丁酮13~30份,二甲基乙酰胺80~120份,微球发泡剂3~8份,色母粒1.5~2.5份,纳米超细轻钙0.5~1.5份,水性增稠剂0.5~1.5份;所述聚合物底层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:聚氨酯树脂45~75份,二甲基甲酰胺80~120份,固化剂2.5~6份,促进剂1.5~2.5份,硅系防水剂0.1~0.6份。
作为优选,所述聚合物表层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:聚醚聚氨酯树脂60~80份,聚氨酯树脂25~45份,二甲基甲酰胺180~220份,色母粒4~6份,硅系防水剂0.2~0.4份;所述聚合物基层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:聚醚聚氨酯树脂90~110份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮25~45份,丁酮17~23份,二甲基乙酰胺90~110份,微球发泡剂4~6份,色母粒1.7~2.3份,纳米超细轻钙0.8~1.2份,水性增稠剂0.8~1.2份;所述聚合物底层包括以下组分且各组分质量比例为:聚氨酯树脂52~68份,二甲基甲酰胺90~110份,固化剂3.4~4.6份,促进剂1.7~2.3份,硅系防水剂0.34~0.46。
作为优选,所述聚合物表层的各组分质量比例为:聚醚聚氨酯树脂70份,聚氨酯树脂30份,二甲基甲酰胺200份,色母粒5份,硅系防水剂0.3份;所述聚合物基层的各组分质量比例为:聚醚聚氨酯树脂100份,N-甲基吡咯烷酮30份,丁酮20份,二甲基乙酰胺100份,微球发泡剂5份,色母粒2份,纳米超细轻钙1份,水性增稠剂1份;所述聚合物底层各组分质量比例为:聚氨酯树脂60份,二甲基甲酰胺100份,固化剂4份,促进剂2份,硅系防水剂0.4份。

作为优选,所述聚合物表层中的硅系防水剂采用美国道康宁公司Z-6689防水剂;所述微球发泡剂采用北京沪锦科技有限公司的微球发泡剂;水性增稠剂采用芜湖化通技术应用有限公司的V-2100高效水性增稠剂;固化剂采用无锡光明化工公司的NJ-1环氧树脂固化剂;促进剂采用泰昌树脂公司的不饱和聚酯树脂促进剂异辛酸钴;聚合物底层中的硅系防水剂也采用美国道康宁公司Z-6689防水剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明与传统生产工艺相比,面料具有良好的弹性和肉感,聚合物底层与毛层结合紧密耐水洗,且能够实现面料的一道式生产,降低成本,提高了生产效率。
