本发明涉及一种后视镜压柱机,包括:控制机构、气缸、传动轴、立柱轴、上固定板、下固定板、中间升降板,所述中间升降板通过所述立柱轴安装在所述上固定板和所述下固定板中间,所述中间升降板可在所述立柱轴上上下移动,所述中间升降板上设置有热熔铜棒,所述气缸通过所述传动轴与所述中间升降板连接;能够实现用机器熔焊,能够恒温、在规定时长对工件进行熔焊,避免温度过高出现冒烟现象,提高焊接工件的精准度、焊接效率和产品合格率,减轻工作人员焊接时的负担。

后视镜压柱机
【技术领域】
本发明涉及汽车零部件加工领域,尤其涉及一种后视镜压柱机。
【背景技术】
目前在汽车配件加工中,对汽车后视镜座塑料柱与铝板座的热熔焊接时,通常是采用手工使用电烙铁烧熔塑料柱,将塑料柱熔成圆锥形构紧工件,这样的加工方法无法有规律的固定两个被焊接工件,由于是人工手动操作,每个焊接点的焊接时间难以控制,容易使产品因焊接不好而使合格率降低,为多焊点工件焊接时,手工一对一熔焊会耗费很长时间,同时因电烙铁温度不稳定,常常使焊接出现烧焦冒烟现象,影响到工作环境和工作人员工作时感觉难受。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化焊接的后视镜压柱机,旨在解决对汽车后视镜座塑料柱与铝板座的热熔焊接时,采用手工焊接时焊接时间难以控制,焊接质量不稳定,对于多焊点工件需要各个点进行手工焊接,焊接时间长,焊接合格率低的问题。
本发明是这样实现的:一种后视镜压柱机,包括:控制机构、气缸、传动轴、立柱轴、上固定板、下固定板、中间升降板,所述中间升降板通过所述立柱轴安装在所述上固定板和所述下固定板中间,所述中间升降板可在所述立柱轴上上下移动,所述中间升降板上设置有热熔铜棒,所述气缸通过所述传动轴与所述中间升降板连接。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述上固定板上方装有控制机构,所述控制机构包括电源开关、温控器、定时器、计数器、加热开关、手动自动转换开关、上升按钮开关、脚踏下降开关。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述气缸内设有上限位开关和下限位开关,所述传动轴与中间升降板连接处设有延时避震,所述传动轴下方为避震压头,所述避震压头下方为模具。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述热熔铜棒与中间升降板接触处用耐高温绝缘绝热板隔开,所述热熔铜棒上安装有热电偶。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述气缸外安装有空气滤清器。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案:能够实现用机器熔焊,能够恒温、在规定时长对工件进行熔焊,避免温度过高出现冒烟现象,提高焊接工件的精准度、焊接效率和产品合格率,减轻工作人员焊接时的负担。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种后视镜压柱机,包括:控制机构1、气缸2、传动轴23、立柱轴5、上固定板3、下固定板4、中间升降板6,所述中间升降板6通过所述立柱轴5安装在所述上固定板3和所述下固定板4中间,所述中间升降板6可在所述立柱轴5上上下移动,所述中间升降板6上设置有热熔铜棒52,所述气缸2通过所述传动轴23与所述中间升降板6连接。
所述控制机构1包括电源开关13、温控器11、定时器12、加热开关16、手动自动转换开关15、上升按钮开关17、脚踏下降开关18。
所述气缸2内设有上限位开关21和下限位开关22,所述气缸2传动轴23与中间升降板6连接处设有延时避震24,所述传动轴23下方为避震压头25,所述避震压头下方为模具54。
所述热熔铜棒52与中间升降板6接触处用耐高温绝缘绝热板51隔开,所述热熔铜棒52安装有热电偶53;所述热电偶实时感应所述热熔铜棒的温度并反馈给所述温控器,能够防止热熔铜棒因高温损坏中间升降板。
所述气缸2外还安装有空气滤清器7,能够过滤进入气缸的空气,延长气缸使用寿命。
进行熔焊时,首先打开所述后视镜压柱机电源开关13,根据需焊接的工件调试好所述上限位开关21和下限位开关22;打开所述加热开关16,设定好工件熔接的温度;打开所述定时器12,设定好工件熔接所需要的时间;当所述热熔铜棒52的温度到达设定值时,将所述手动自动转换开关15调到自动状态,将工件放入所述模具54内,然后点动所述脚踏下降开关18,所述气缸2开始工作,此时所述中间升降板6逐渐下降,由于所述气缸2传动轴23与中间升降板6连接处设有延时避震24,所述传动轴23下方的避震压头25先与被焊接工件接触并将被焊接工件压稳;随着所述中间升降板6继续下降,下降到所述下限位开关22设定的位置时,所述热熔铜棒52开始接触被焊接工件,被焊塑料点开始熔接,此时所述定时器12开始计时,当熔接时间到达上述在定时器12设定的时间时,熔接完成,此时打开所述上升按钮开关17,所述中间升降板6开始上升,由于所述气缸2传动轴23与中间升降板6连接处设有延时避震24,所述热熔铜棒52先上升离开被焊接工件,然后所述避震压头25再离开被焊接工件,这样被焊件工件不会粘在所述热熔铜棒52上随之上升,上升到所述上限位开关21设定的位置后所述气缸2停止工作,完成焊接周期。

1.一种后视镜压柱机,其特征在于,包括:控制机构、气缸、传动轴、立柱轴、上固定板、下固定板、中间升降板,所述中间升降板通过所述立柱轴安装在所述上固定板和所述下固定板中间,所述中间升降板可在所述立柱轴上上下移动,所述中间升降板上设置有热熔铜棒,所述气缸通过所述传动轴与所述中间升降板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜压柱机,其特征在于:所述上固定板上方装有控制机构,所述控制机构包括电源开关、温控器、定时器、计数器、加热开关、手动自动转换开关、上升按钮开关、脚踏下降开关。
3.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜压柱机,其特征在于:所述气缸内设有上限位开关和下限位开关,所述传动轴与中间升降板连接处设有延时避震,所述传动轴下方为避震压头,所述避震压头下方为模具。
4.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜压柱机,其特征在于:所述热熔铜棒与中间升降板接触处用耐高温绝缘绝热板隔开,所述热熔铜棒上安装有热电偶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜压柱机,其特征在于:所述气缸外安装有空气滤清器。
