本发明属于建筑设备技术领域,公开了一种建筑搅拌机,包括机架、搅拌罐、大齿轮、小齿轮、同步轮、搅拌罐轴、同步轮轴、第一链条、第二链条、进出料口和脚踏装置;所述的搅拌罐的两边分别通过搅拌罐轴旋转安装在机架,所述的搅拌罐轴上固定安装有大齿轮;所述的大齿轮的正下方安装有同步轮轴,所述的同步轮轴从右到左一次安装有小齿轮和同步轮;所述的脚踏装置活动安装在机架底下的横梁上。本发明采用脚踏式与电动式相结合的混合动力模式,使其运用的场合更广泛;结构简单,操作省时省力,方便倾泄混凝土,制作成本低,具有很好的应用前景。

一种建筑搅拌机
技术领域
本发明属于建筑设备技术领域,尤其是一种建筑搅拌机。
背景技术
目前市面上的混凝土搅拌机大多体积较大,重量重,为了保证其工作时的稳定性,通常将其固定在施工现场的地面上,这类大型的混凝土搅拌机的优势在于搅拌量大,搅拌速度快,但其缺点则是移动不方便,整体成本高,只适用于大型施工现场。
混凝土搅拌机均为大型设备,用电机或内燃机带动,使用不便。少量的混凝土只能人工用铁锹搅拌,效率低,而且搅拌不均匀。目前,市场上也出现了多种不同样式的小型搅拌机,但是大部分都为电动模式,在未通电的建筑房子内此类的搅拌机不能使用,并且好电也大,还有就是搅拌完成后倒出混凝土比较麻烦,费时费力,为了确保少量的混凝土仍然混合均匀并节省人力,需要合适的设备。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是设计一种能混合均匀搅拌充分,省力省时并能方便快速倾泄出混凝土的搅拌机。
本发明一种建筑搅拌机,包括机架、搅拌罐、大齿轮、小齿轮、同步轮、搅拌罐轴、同步轮轴、第一链条、第二链条、进出料口和脚踏装置;所述的搅拌罐的两边分别通过搅拌罐轴旋转安装在机架,所述的搅拌罐轴上固定安装有大齿轮;所述的大齿轮的正下方安装有同步轮轴,所述的同步轮轴从右到左一次安装有小齿轮和同步轮;所述的脚踏装置包括脚踏支架、脚踏板、主动齿轮和锁紧螺栓;所述的脚踏装置活动安装在机架底下的横梁上,在安装链条时可以对脚踏装置进行微调,调节链条的松紧度;所述的脚踏支架通过锁紧螺栓锁紧在机架上;所述的脚踏支架上安装有脚踏板,所述的脚踏板居中位置上安装有主动齿轮;所述的大齿轮与小齿轮通过第一链条连接,小齿轮带动大齿轮更省力,所述的同步轮与主动齿轮通过第二链条连接,通过人力来带动同步轮的转动进而带动搅拌罐旋转;所述的搅拌罐上对称设置有两个进出料口。
本发明通过脚踏装置给搅拌机提供动力,让小齿轮带动大齿轮,进而带动搅拌机的旋转,旋转速度慢了,但是这样会比较省力;在搅拌罐上设置有两个对称的进出料口,这样方便放料进去也方便把搅拌罐内混合后的混凝土倾泄出,并且在旋转时两个进出料口会随着旋转惯性带动搅拌罐的旋转,这样就更一步的省力。
进一步,所述的搅拌罐呈橄榄球形,所述的进出料口设置在搅拌罐的最底面上,这样在搅拌罐停止旋转时混凝土就会集中在进出料口出。
进一步,还包括联轴器,所述的联轴器固定安装在同步轮轴的末端,根据需要可以通过联轴器连接上电机,通过电机带动搅拌罐旋转。
进一步,还包括搅拌片,所述的搅拌片安装在搅拌罐的内表面上,使放进搅拌罐内的砂石水泥可以更充分的混合。
进一步,所述的搅拌片两两呈“8”字形分布,并呈圆形阵列在搅拌罐内,在搅拌罐旋转时会把落入到搅拌罐中央的混凝土往两边分离使其混合均匀。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果:采用脚踏式与电动式相结合的混合动力模式,使其运用的场合更广泛;结构简单,操作省时省力,方便倾泄混凝土,制作成本低,具有很好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面我们通过具体实施案例详细说明本发明:
如图1所示是本发明一种建筑搅拌机的立体图,包括机架1、搅拌罐2、大齿轮3、小齿轮4、同步轮5、搅拌罐轴6、同步轮轴7、第一链条8、第二链条9、进出料口10和脚踏装置;所述的搅拌罐2呈橄榄球形,搅拌罐2的两边分别固定连接有搅拌罐轴6,所述的搅拌罐轴6通过轴承旋转安装在机架1上,所述的搅拌罐轴6伸出机架1外部的部分上固定安装有大齿轮3;所述的大齿轮3的正下方通过轴承旋转安装有同步轮轴7,所述的同步轮轴7从右到左一次安装有小齿轮4和同步轮5,所述的小齿轮4通过第一链条8与大齿轮3连接,带动大齿轮3转动,这样比较省力。
所述的脚踏装置包括脚踏支架11、脚踏板12、主动齿轮13和锁紧螺栓14;所述的脚踏装置活动卡合安装在机架1底下的横梁上,并通过锁紧螺栓14锁紧在机架1上;所述的脚踏支架11上安装有脚踏板12,所述的脚踏板12居中位置上安装有主动齿轮13,所述的同步轮5与主动齿轮13通过第二链条9连接,完成动力的传输过程。
如图3所示,还包括联轴器15,所述的联轴器15固定安装在同步轮轴7的末端,可以根据需要把脚踏装置拆卸下,并在联轴器15上连接上电机,改用电机作为动力源。
所述的搅拌罐2最低的环形面上对称设置有两个进出料口10,对称设置的两个进出料口10在旋转搅拌罐时会产生一个惯性的旋转力,根据惯性旋转会更省力;当需要往搅拌罐2内加沙石水泥时只需打开开口向上的进出料口10的盖子即可,也可以在进出料口10上加一个漏斗,这样更方便;搅拌好后只需打开开口向下的进出料口10的盖子就能把混凝土从搅拌罐10内倒出,方便快捷。
如图4所示,还包括搅拌片16,所述的搅拌片16两两呈“8”字形圆形阵列分布在搅拌罐2的内表面上,这样会把落入到搅拌罐2最底面的混凝土分流导向两边,使混凝土混合得更均匀。

1.一种建筑搅拌机,其特征在于,包括机架(1)、搅拌罐(2)、大齿轮(3)、小齿轮(4)、同步轮(5)、搅拌罐轴(6)、同步轮轴(7)、第一链条(8)、第二链条(9)、进出料口(10)和脚踏装置;
所述的搅拌罐(2)的两边分别通过搅拌罐轴(6)旋转安装在机架(1),所述的搅拌罐轴(6)上固定安装有大齿轮(3);所述的大齿轮(3)的正下方安装有同步轮轴(7),所述的同步轮轴(7)从右到左一次安装有小齿轮(4)和同步轮(5);
所述的脚踏装置包括脚踏支架(11)、脚踏板(12)、主动齿轮(13)和锁紧螺栓(14);所述的脚踏装置活动安装在机架(1)底下的横梁上,所述的脚踏支架(11)通过锁紧螺栓(14)锁紧在机架(1)上;所述的脚踏支架(11)上安装有脚踏板(12),所述的脚踏板(12)居中位置上安装有主动齿轮(13);
所述的大齿轮(3)与小齿轮(4)通过第一链条连接(8),所述的同步轮(5)与主动齿轮(13)通过第二链条(9)连接;
所述的搅拌罐(2)上对称设置有两个进出料口(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑搅拌机,其特征在于,所述的搅拌罐(2)呈橄榄球形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种建筑搅拌机,其特征在于,还包括联轴器(15),所述的联轴器(15)固定安装在同步轮轴(7)的末端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑搅拌机,其特征在于,还包括搅拌片(16),所述的搅拌片(16)安装在搅拌罐(2)的内表面上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种建筑搅拌机,其特征在于,所述的搅拌片(16)两两呈“8”字形分布。
