本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种椎弓根螺钉,包括螺钉、钉座、顶丝和连接棒,钉座设于螺钉上,钉座上设有U型凹槽,顶丝容置于U型凹槽内,连接棒从顶丝的底部穿过U型凹槽,顶丝与连接棒抵持,连接棒的横截面呈U型。本发明的椎弓根螺钉,通过将连接棒形状改为U型,在同等锁定效果下平分正压力,降低顶丝爆丝发生率。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种椎弓根螺钉。
背景技术
目前,对于脊柱创伤、滑脱、退行性疾病和其他单段或多段骨折后椎体不稳,多采用脊柱固定器固定。现在市面上的固定器品种较多,但大部分都通过椎弓根螺钉、椎弓根万向螺钉、连接棒等其他相应部件组成。现有的固定器中最常见的问题是椎弓根螺钉与连接棒由于线接触摩擦力偏小,使力的施加方向不可控,在旋紧顶丝压紧连接时极易产生偏载,从而使顶丝、椎弓根螺钉螺纹产生破坏现象,即爆丝,从而引起植入物的失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种椎弓根螺钉,通过将连接棒形状改为U型,在同等锁定效果下平分正压力,降低顶丝爆丝发生率。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种椎弓根螺钉,所述椎弓根螺钉包括螺钉、钉座、顶丝和连接棒,钉座设于螺钉上,钉座上设有U型凹槽,顶丝容置于U型凹槽内,连接棒从顶丝的底部穿过U型凹槽,顶丝与连接棒抵持,连接棒的横截面呈U型。
优选的,所述U型凹槽的内壁设有螺纹,顶丝与钉座螺接。
优选的,所述U型的连接棒与U型凹槽的形状相配合,连接棒与钉座过盈配合。
优选的,所述连接棒的材质为钛合金。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极效果:
本发明中的连接棒的横截面呈U型,现有的连接棒的形状均为圆形,采用U型的好处在于,可以使顶丝与连接棒接触的更稳定,在顶丝同等锁定效果下连接棒可以平分正压力,降低顶丝爆丝发生率。且U型自身的形状特征可以抗旋转,减少横连使用概率。且U型的柱体比圆柱型的耐强度大,可适当减小连接棒尺寸,以便整个椎弓根螺钉***尺寸减小。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应作广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1-2所示,为本发明的椎弓根螺钉,其包括螺钉1、钉座2、顶丝3和连接棒4,钉座2设于螺钉1上,钉座2上设有U型凹槽,顶丝3容置于U型凹槽内。U型凹槽的内壁设有内螺纹,顶丝3的外壁设有外螺纹,使得顶丝3与钉座2螺接。连接棒4从顶丝3的底部穿过U型凹槽。连接棒4的横截面呈U型,U型的连接棒4与U型凹槽的形状相配合,连接棒4与钉座2过盈配合,二者之间相互抵持。
连接棒4选用钛合金材质制成。
本发明中的连接棒通过改变其横截面的形状,将易扭转滑动的圆形改为U型,从而使顶丝3与连接棒4接触的更稳定,在顶丝3同等锁定效果下连接棒4可以平分正压力,降低顶丝3爆丝发生率。同时,U型的连接棒4相较于圆柱型的结构耐强度大,在同等受力情况下可适当减小连接棒4的尺寸,进而使整个椎弓根螺钉***尺寸减小。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:所述椎弓根螺钉包括螺钉(1)、钉座(2)、顶丝(3)和连接棒(4),钉座(2)设于螺钉(1)上,钉座(2)上设有U型凹槽,顶丝(3)容置于U型凹槽内,连接棒(4)从顶丝(3)的底部穿过U型凹槽,顶丝(3)与连接棒(4)抵持,连接棒(4)的横截面呈U型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:U型凹槽的内壁设有螺纹,顶丝(3)与钉座(2)螺接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:U型的连接棒(4)与U型凹槽的形状相配合,连接棒(4)与钉座(2)过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的椎弓根螺钉,其特征在于:连接棒(4)的材质为钛合金。
