本发明属于防寒服技术领域，具体涉及一种脚口带有袜套的羊毛针织防寒裤制作方法。
背景技术
目前，市场上生产销售着各种不同款式的防寒裤，对人体在寒冷的季节里起到积极的保暖效果。但市场上现有不同款式的防寒裤脚口设计简单，容易窜风，保暖性差；人体在运动或走步时裤脚容易上缩，脚脖子易裸露受风；特别对于女性在冬季穿着低腰靴、中长腰靴子的过程中，由于裤脚口松宽，容易打皱，穿脱不便，不但满足不了现代人快节奏的生活需求，而且会大大降低人体保暖的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种脚口带有袜套的羊毛针织防寒裤制作方法。为了实现上述目的，本发明解决的主要技术方案：裤体是由裤腰和脚口袜套互相连接组成，其中裤腰上口与面料、胆布、羊毛絮片填充物、里料采用网针固定，裤腰下口与胆布、羊毛絮片填充物、里料采用斜花针绗缝线固定，所述的裤腰为宽腰松紧结构，所述的裤体是由面料、胆布、羊毛絮片填充物和里料四层结构制作而成，所述的脚口袜套是与裤脚口相连接，结构为筒状形，长度可到脚前掌心位置，且采用有弹性的针织纱支纺织而成，所述的护臀垫和护膝垫分别放置在裤体的内护臀和两个内护膝处，并采用网针固定，所述的羊毛絮片填充物与里料通过竖花针绗缝线固定，胆布、里料和羊毛絮片填充物通过斜花针绗缝线固定，所述的裆缝，采用平缝、包缝和网针三层加固。
本发明的优点：一是结构简单合理，款式时尚新颖，人体穿着寒风不从裤脚口窜入，保暖性好；二是人体穿着裤腿不上缩，脚脖子不裸露，保持裤腿平展；三是人体穿着不但保暖而且脚部、脚趾活动自如不束缚，四是便于女性外穿防寒裤配穿靴子，使裤体不打褶，穿脱靴子方便；五是产品投放市场后深受消费者青睐，市场潜力巨大。

具体实施方式
由图1-3所示的一种脚口带有袜套的羊毛针织防寒裤制作方法，裤体3是由带弹性的裤腰1、裤脚口7和脚口袜套8和羊毛絮片填充物11互相连接组成。其中上腰口13与面料9、胆布10、羊毛絮片填充物11、里料12采用网针固定；下腰口14与胆布、***、里料采用花针固定；羊毛絮片填充物与里料通过竖花针绗缝线4固定，胆布、里料和羊***填充物通过斜花针绗缝线6固定；内护臀和两个内护膝处分别放置着护臀垫2和护膝垫5，并采用网针固定，使人体腰部、膝关节不受风寒；裤脚口7下面连接着脚口袜套8，采用夹缝网针固定；裆缝15，采用平缝、包缝和网针三层加固，避免穿着剧烈运动而引起的拔缝现象。

1.一种脚口带有袜套的羊毛针织防寒裤制作方法，其特征是：所述的裤体(3)是由面料(9)、胆布(10)、羊毛絮片填充物(11)和里料(12)四层结构制作而成，所述的裤腰(1)为宽腰松紧结构，所述的脚口袜套(8)是与裤脚口(7)相连接，结构为筒状形，所述的护臀垫(2)和护膝垫(5)分别放置在裤体的内护臀和两个内护膝处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚口带有袜套的羊毛针织防寒裤制作方法，其特征是：所述的裤腰上口(13)与面料(9)、胆布(10)、羊毛絮片填充物(11)、里料(12)采用网针固定，裤腰下口(14)与胆布(10)、羊毛絮片填充物(11)、里料(12)采用斜花针绗缝线(6)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚口带有袜套的羊毛针织防寒裤制作方法，所述的羊毛絮片填充物(11)与里料(12)通过竖花针绗缝线(4)固定，胆布(10)、里料(12)和羊毛絮片填充物(11)通过斜花针绗缝线(6)固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚口带有袜套的羊毛针织防寒裤制作方法，其特征是：所述的护臀垫(2)和护膝垫(5)分别放置在裤体的内护臀和两个内护膝处，并采用网针固定，所述的裆缝(15)采用平缝、包缝和网针三层加固。
