Abstract

一种金刚石珩磨砂条及其制作工艺,所述珩磨砂条由如下质量百分比的各原料制成:铝粉:2.0‑2.3%;铁粉:10‑12%;钴粉:8‑10%;铜粉:40‑45%;银粉:1.8‑2.2%;锡粉:14‑14.5%;锌粉:5‑8%;其余为D76粒度的金刚石微粒。本发明珩磨砂条寿命长,磨削力稳定,金刚石微粒脱落均匀,确保了珩磨网纹的稳定性。使用本发明珩磨砂条很容易保证网纹参数合格;且珩磨砂条在珩磨气缸套时锋利、自锐性好、加工效率高;气缸套内孔不出现金属折叠、网纹不均匀等缺陷;使用此珩磨砂条加工的气缸套,发动机机油耗低。

一种金刚石珩磨砂条及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于机械加工工具领域,具体涉及一种金刚石珩磨砂条及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着世界汽车工业的高速发展和环境污染的日益严峻,世界汽车工业对节能、环保、安全性能的要求不断提高,法规标准日益严格,对汽车整车制造企业和零部件供应商提出了越来越高的要求,在此形式下内燃机工业也紧跟其发展步伐,研究开发新型节能环保的内燃机产品已经成为行业的重中之重,发动机配件(气缸套、活塞环等)行业也紧随发动机行业研发制作能满足国四(第四阶段国家机动车大气污染物排放标准)、国五排放标准(第五阶段国家机动车大气污染物排放标准)的相关配件,我公司根据实际情况和行业发展需求研究开发了能满足国五排放标准珩磨网纹的珩磨砂条。此珩磨砂条在珩磨气缸套时具有锋利、自锐性好、加工效率高、能杜绝气缸套内孔出现金属折叠、网纹均匀等特点,适合在高性能、低油耗、低排放,国五排放标准及以上网纹气缸套珩磨工艺上推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金刚石珩磨砂条及其制备工艺。
基于上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种金刚石珩磨砂条,由如下质量百分比的各原料制成:铝粉:2.0-2.3%;铁粉:10-12%;钴粉:8-10%;铜粉:40-45%;银粉:1.8-2.2%;锡粉:14-14.5%;锌粉:5-8%;其余为D76粒度的金刚石微粒。
上述金刚石珩磨砂条的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:按比例取各原料,将除铜粉以外的原料混匀得到混合料,
(2)装模:根据砂条体积,每次称量一根砂条所需要的混合料和铜粉,将铜粉倒入模具模槽中并摊匀,在铜粉上表面倒入混合料并摊匀,上模;
(3)烧结:将装好料的模具放入真空烧结机中在25-30MPa、450~750℃下进行烧结;
(4)出模、修磨锐角:烧结结束后,取出模具并打开模具,取出砂条,然后在砂轮机上修磨锐角,即得到长80-150mm、宽3-4mm、高5-6mm的珩磨砂条。
进一步地,步骤(3)中在25-30MPa、450~750℃下烧结是指在25-30MPa下,在第0~110s升温至450℃,在第111s~160s升温至600℃并在600℃保温40s,在第201~260s升温至750℃,并在750℃保温740s,在第1001~1200s降温至450℃。
本发明珩磨砂条寿命长,磨削力稳定,金刚石微粒脱落均匀,确保了珩磨网纹的稳定性。使用本发明珩磨砂条很容易保证网纹参数合格;且珩磨砂条在珩磨气缸套时锋利、自锐性好、加工效率高;气缸套内孔不出现金属折叠、网纹不均匀等缺陷;使用此珩磨砂条加工的气缸套,发动机机油耗低。

图3是使用本发明金刚石砂条珩磨后的气缸套表面在显微镜下放大100倍的微观图片,由图3可知,使用本发明砂条珩磨后的气缸套网纹规则、清晰、均匀,无金属折叠;
图4是本发明金刚石珩磨砂条烧结时的时间—温度曲线图。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
一种金刚石珩磨砂条,所述珩磨砂条由如下质量百分比的各原料制成:铝粉:2.0%;铁粉:12%;钴粉:8%;铜粉:45%;银粉:2.2%;锡粉:14%;锌粉:8%(各原料粒度约为100微米);其余为D76粒度的金刚石微粒。
上述金刚石珩磨砂条的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:按比例取各原料,将除铜粉以外的原料轻轻倒入混料桶,合上桶盖,
将混料桶安装在三维混料机上,固定牢靠,将三维混料机的运行参数进行设定,按设定程序进行混料,确保各种原料均匀混合;
(2)装模:根据砂条体积,每次称量一根砂条所需要的混合料和铜粉,将铜粉倒入石墨模具的模槽中,用装料尺沿石墨槽往复划动确保铜粉摊匀,在铜粉上表面倒入混合料,用装料尺沿石墨槽往复划动确保铜粉摊匀,上模,用手轻轻压紧;
(3)烧结:将装好料的模具放入真空烧结机中在25MPa下,在第0~110s升温至450℃,在第111s~160s升温至600℃并在600℃保温40s,在第201~260s升温至750℃,并在750℃保温740s,在第1001~1200s降温至450℃,烧结即宣告结束,烧结过程中真空烧结机的电压为380V,电流为150-210A;
(4)出模、修磨锐角:烧结结束后,取出模具并用扳手打开模具,取出砂条,待砂条自然冷却至室温后再在砂轮机上修磨锐角,即得得到100mm×4mm×6mm的珩磨砂条。
实施例2
一种金刚石珩磨砂条,所述珩磨砂条由如下质量百分比的各原料制成:铝粉:2.3%;铁粉:10%;钴粉:10%;铜粉:40%;银粉:1.8%;锡粉:14.5%;锌粉:5%(各原料粒度约为100微米);其余为D76粒度的金刚石微粒。
上述金刚石珩磨砂条的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:按比例取各原料,将除铜粉以外的原料轻轻倒入混料桶,合上桶盖,
将混料桶安装在三维混料机上,固定牢靠,将三维混料机的运行参数进行设定,按设定程序进行混料,确保各种原料均匀混合;
(2)装模:根据砂条体积,每次称量一根砂条所需要的混合料和铜粉,将铜粉倒入模具模槽中并摊匀,在铜粉上表面倒入混合料并摊匀,上模;

(3)烧结:将装好料的模具放入真空烧结机中在30MPa下,在第0~110s升温至450℃,在第111s~160s升温至600℃并在600℃保温40s,在第201~260s升温至750℃,并在750℃保温740s,在第1001~1200s降温至450℃,烧结即宣告结束,烧结过程中真空烧结机的电压为380V,电流为150-210A;
(4)出模、修磨锐角:烧结结束后,取出模具并用扳手打开模具,取出砂条,待砂条自然冷却至室温后再在砂轮机上修磨锐角,即得得到长100mm×4mm×6mm的珩磨砂条。
使用本发明砂条和用普通砂条进行珩磨的结果对比见表1。由表1可以看出,采用普通砂条珩磨,无法保证珩磨得到网纹参数在工艺范围内,不能满足技术要求;而采用本发明砂条,很容易保证网纹工艺合格。

1.一种金刚石珩磨砂条,其特征在于,所述珩磨砂条由如下质量百分比的各原料制成:铝粉:2.0-2.3%;铁粉:10-12%;钴粉:8-10%;铜粉:40-45%;银粉:1.8-2.2%;锡粉:14-14.5%;锌粉:5-8%;其余为D76粒度的金刚石微粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金刚石珩磨砂条的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)混料:按比例取各原料,将除铜粉以外的原料混匀得到混合料,
(2)装模:根据砂条体积,每次称量一根砂条所需要的混合料和铜粉,将铜粉倒入模具模槽中并摊匀,在铜粉上表面倒入混合料并摊匀,上模;
(3)烧结:将装好料的模具放入真空烧结机中在25-30MPa、450~750℃下进行烧结;
(4)出模、修磨锐角:烧结结束后,取出模具并打开模具,取出砂条,然后在砂轮机上修磨锐角,即得到长80-150mm、宽3-4mm、高5-6mm的珩磨砂条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金刚石珩磨砂条的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中在25-30MPa、450~750℃下烧结是指在25-30MPa下,在第0~110s升温至450℃,在第111s~160s升温至600℃并在600℃保温40s,在第201~260s升温至750℃,并在750℃保温740s,在第1001~1200s降温至450℃。
