Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐老化性复合碳酸钙及其制备方法,包括以下原料:碳酸钙、聚氨酯树脂、纳米氧化镁、高岭土、环氧树脂、氨基树脂、松香树脂、环己烷、异丙醇、改性剂、水适量;其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制得预混料待用;(2)制得混合液;(3)制得改性剂;(4)将预混料、混合液和改性剂混合,搅拌均匀,研磨、烘干、粉碎成超细粉末即得。本发明通过将碳酸钙与环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米氧化镁、氨基树脂等综合性能较佳的材料进行组合,改进生产工艺,采用改性剂等有效地增加了组合物的耐老化性能;其生产工艺简单,生产周期短,质量稳定,生产成本低,应用价值较高。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业填料领域,尤其涉及一种耐老化性复合碳酸钙及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳酸钙是一种无机化合物,CaCO3俗称:灰石、石灰石、石粉、大理石等,是由钙离子和碳酸根离子结合生成的,是一类重要的功能性无机填料,工业上用途甚广,具有价格低廉、储量丰富、性能稳定、易加工、无毒等优点,能够显著的改善材料的加工性能、物理性能以及降低生产成本等等,广泛应用于塑料、橡胶、涂料、造纸等领域。
在碳酸钙的应用领域中,大多产品属于聚合物的范畴,然而,碳酸钙粒子表面分布有强亲水性的羟基,表现为碱性,和有机高聚物基质材料的界面性质不同,相容性差,难以在基质材料中分散均匀以及和基质材料形成强的结合力,造成两材料之间的界面缺陷,使复合材料某些力学性能下降。因此需要改变传统碳酸钙产品的性能,改善其应用性能以满足新材料、新技术发展的需要,是碳酸钙工业急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐老化性复合碳酸钙及其制备方法,通过将综合性能较佳的材料进行组合,改进生产工艺,采用改性剂等有效地增加了组合物的耐老化性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐老化性复合碳酸钙及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸钙50~80份、聚氨酯树脂2~4份、纳米氧化镁1~3份、高岭土1~3份、环氧树脂3~5份、氨基树脂4~6份、松香树脂2~3份、环己烷1~1.5份、异丙醇1~2份、改性剂5~8份、水适量;其中所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米二氧化硅30~50份、云母粉2~4份、甲壳素纤维3~5份、硅丙乳液2~5份、琥珀酸酐1~3份、异氰酸酯3~5份、丙酮2~4份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳酸钙、聚氨酯树脂、纳米氧化镁、高岭土混合均匀加入砂磨机内,研磨至300~400目,得预混料待用;
(2)将环氧树脂、氨基树脂、松香树脂放入混料机中,升温至75~85℃,混合搅拌半小时,然后加入环己烷、异丙醇,继续升温至120~140℃,搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(3)将纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、甲壳素纤维、硅丙乳液加适量水搅拌,并升温至75~85℃,搅拌均匀后加入琥珀酸酐、异氰酸酯、丙酮,继续加热至120~140℃,混合搅拌均匀,得改性剂;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的预混料、步骤(2)得到的混合液和步骤(3)得到的改性剂混合,搅拌均匀,研磨、烘干、粉碎成超细粉末即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过将碳酸钙与环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米氧化镁、氨基树脂等综合性能较佳的材料进行组合,改进生产工艺,采用改性剂等有效地增加了组合物的耐老化性能;本发明生产工艺简单,生产过程环保无污染,实现了资源和能源的充分利用,生产周期短,质量稳定,生产成本低,应用价值较高。

以下以具体实施例来说明本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不限于此:
实施例1:
一种耐老化性复合碳酸钙及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸钙50份、聚氨酯树脂2份、纳米氧化镁1份、高岭土1份、环氧树脂3份、氨基树脂4份、松香树脂2份、环己烷1份、异丙醇1份、改性剂5份、水适量;其中所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米二氧化硅30份、云母粉2份、甲壳素纤维3份、硅丙乳液2份、琥珀酸酐1份、异氰酸酯3份、丙酮2份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳酸钙、聚氨酯树脂、纳米氧化镁、高岭土混合均匀加入砂磨机内,研磨至300~400目,得预混料待用;
(2)将环氧树脂、氨基树脂、松香树脂放入混料机中,升温至75℃,混合搅拌半小时,然后加入环己烷、异丙醇,继续升温至140℃,搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(3)将纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、甲壳素纤维、硅丙乳液加适量水搅拌,并升温至85℃,搅拌均匀后加入琥珀酸酐、异氰酸酯、丙酮,继续加热至120℃,混合搅拌均匀,得改性剂;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的预混料、步骤(2)得到的混合液和步骤(3)得到的改性剂混合,搅拌均匀,研磨、烘干、粉碎成超细粉末即得。
实施例2:
一种耐老化性复合碳酸钙及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸钙80份、聚氨酯树脂4份、纳米氧化镁3份、高岭土3份、环氧树脂5份、氨基树脂6份、松香树脂3份、环己烷1.5份、异丙醇2份、改性剂8份、水适量;其中所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米二氧化硅50份、云母粉4份、甲壳素纤维5份、硅丙乳液5份、琥珀酸酐3份、异氰酸酯5份、丙酮4份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳酸钙、聚氨酯树脂、纳米氧化镁、高岭土混合均匀加入砂磨机内,研磨至300~400目,得预混料待用;
(2)将环氧树脂、氨基树脂、松香树脂放入混料机中,升温至85℃,混合搅拌半小时,然后加入环己烷、异丙醇,继续升温至120℃,搅拌均匀,得混合液;
(3)将纳米二氧化硅、云母粉、甲壳素纤维、硅丙乳液加适量水搅拌,并升温至75℃,搅拌均匀后加入琥珀酸酐、异氰酸酯、丙酮,继续加热至140℃,混合搅拌均匀,得改性剂;
(4)将步骤(1)得到的预混料、步骤(2)得到的混合液和步骤(3)得到的改性剂混合,搅拌均匀,研磨、烘干、粉碎成超细粉末即得。

1.一种耐老化性复合碳酸钙及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:碳酸钙50~80份、聚氨酯树脂2~4份、纳米氧化镁1~3份、高岭土1~3份、环氧树脂3~5份、氨基树脂4~6份、松香树脂2~3份、环己烷1~1.5份、异丙醇1~2份、改性剂5~8份、水适量;其中所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料制成:纳米二氧化硅30~50份、云母粉2~4份、甲壳素纤维3~5份、硅丙乳液2~5份、琥珀酸酐1~3份、异氰酸酯3~5份、丙酮2~4份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将碳酸钙、聚氨酯树脂、纳米氧化镁、高岭土混合均匀加入砂磨机内,研磨至300~400目,得预混料待用;
