本发明公开了一种液晶显示设备的边框材料,它由树脂、玻璃布、阻燃剂制成,所述树脂、玻璃布、阻燃剂的质量比为85:15:5,所述树脂由邻位烷基—对苯二甲酸和乙烯基醇聚合而成,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁改性阻燃剂,所述玻璃布的玻璃纤维直径为4.5微米,材料成型后在边框内侧镀有陶瓷减反射层。本发明材料稳定性强,有利于涂布工艺,在增加边框强度和韧性的情况下,降低总体重量,而且边框尺寸降低,具有非常优良的阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示设备的边框材料。
背景技术
随着信息社会的发展,液晶显示器件由于其重量低、体积小、能耗低的优点,越来越受到欢迎。但是,在人们持续追求轻便化、小型化的趋势下,因为设备边框尺寸较厚、重量较大的情况,使得液晶显示设备在使用中总有些美中不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种液晶显示设备的边框材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种液晶显示设备的边框材料,它由树脂、玻璃布、阻燃剂制成,所述树脂、玻璃布、阻燃剂的质量比为85:15:5,所述树脂由邻位烷基—对苯二甲酸和乙烯基醇聚合而成,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁改性阻燃剂,所述玻璃布的玻璃纤维直径为4.5微米,材料成型后在边框内侧镀有陶瓷减反射层。
本发明材料稳定性强,有利于涂布工艺,在增加边框强度和韧性的情况下,降低总体重量,而且边框尺寸降低,具有非常优良的阻燃效果。
具体实施方式

一种液晶显示设备的边框材料,本发明材料由树脂、玻璃布、阻燃剂制成,所述树脂、玻璃布、阻燃剂的质量比为85:15:5,所述树脂由邻位烷基—对苯二甲酸和乙烯基醇聚合而成,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁改性阻燃剂,所述玻璃布的玻璃纤维直径为4.5微米,材料成型后在边框内侧镀有陶瓷减反射层。
工作原理:本发明采用的树脂提高了分子间的空间位阻,避免了其与液晶小分子发生反应形成配合物,稳定性强,使其在一定分子量下,不会形成固态,提升其柔性,有利于涂布工艺;另通过在苯环或支链烷基上加入烷基,可降低聚合物的熔点,降低玻璃化温度,提升其耐候性,使其在剧烈的温度变化状况下保持一定的物化稳定性。并选择4.5微米直径玻璃纤维的玻璃布作为支撑骨架,在增加边框强度和韧性的情况下,降低总体重量,而且边框尺寸降低,其中填充的氢氧化镁改性阻燃剂,在不降低材料的强度和韧性的情况下,和玻璃布一起具有非常优良的阻燃效果。另外在材料成型后在边框内侧镀有陶瓷减反射层,可满足边框材料密封和背光的要求。
