Abstract

本发明所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,以三元乙丙橡胶、EVA树脂、改性环氧树脂为主原料,通过采用甲基三甲氧基硅烷化学改性环氧树脂得到的改性环氧树脂,有效提高了环氧树脂的力学性能和耐热强度,同时与三元乙丙橡胶、聚氟乙烯树脂和EVA 树脂共混,使得各类橡胶的性能相互补强,有效提高了电缆护套的力学性能和耐磨性能;氢氧化镁作为阻燃剂、硬脂酸钙作为增强剂;尼龙6、纳米白炭黑、纳米二氧化硅和活性硅酸钙作为填充剂;硫化剂DCP、聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠、防老剂CPPD、防老剂AW、N‑环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺作为助剂,不仅能够有效提高了电缆护套的强度和耐磨性,同时也提高了生产的效率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑高强度耐磨电缆护套。
背景技术
电力电缆是一种用于传输和分配电能的电缆,建筑用的电力电缆对于电缆的阻燃性和耐热耐老化性的要求很高。电力电缆一般由导体线芯、绝缘层、屏蔽层和保护层等部分组成,绝缘层是将线芯与大地以及不同相的线芯间在电气上彼此隔离,保证电能输送,是电力电缆结构中不可缺少的组成部分,绝缘层性能的好坏对电缆的整体性能产生很大的影响,直接关系到电缆是否正常运行。绝缘层可以采用橡胶材料,常用的橡胶有天然—丁苯橡胶混合物、乙丙橡胶和丁基橡胶等。
建筑用的电力电缆,对于其强度和耐磨性要求很严格,由于建筑工地地形复杂,建筑用电缆需要经常在地面移动,由于摩擦使得电缆极易破损,从而影响使用及使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,具有高强度和高耐磨性。

本发明所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,由以下重量份的组分组成:三元乙丙橡胶65-85份、聚氟乙烯树脂35-55份、EVA树脂25-45份、改性环氧树脂35-55份、氢氧化镁4-8份、硬脂酸钙3-7份、尼龙6 4-8份、纳米白炭黑4-10份、纳米二氧化硅4-8份、活性硅酸钙10-20份、硫化剂DCP 1-5份、聚乙二醇4-8份、十二烷基硫酸钠2-8份、防老剂CPPD1-4份、防老剂AW 2-5份、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺2-4份;
其中,改性环氧树脂制备工艺如下:将环氧树脂和甲基三甲氧基硅烷混合,接着加入ALLCHEM360,升温至80-90℃,接着滴加蒸馏水,在90-100℃下反应5-6h,得到淡黄色半透明黏稠物;将淡黄色半透明黏稠物与固化剂混合,搅拌均匀,在100-180℃下加热固化1-2h得到改性环氧树脂。
优选地,所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,由以下重量份的组分组成:三元乙丙橡胶70-80份、聚氟乙烯树脂40-50份、EVA树脂30-40份、改性环氧树脂40-50份、氢氧化镁5-7份、硬脂酸钙4-6份、尼龙6 5-7份、纳米白炭黑6-8份、纳米二氧化硅5-7份、活性硅酸钙12-18份、硫化剂DCP 2-4份、聚乙二醇5-7份、十二烷基硫酸钠4-6份、防老剂CPPD 2-3份、防老剂AW 3-4份、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺3-4份;

优选地,所述改性环氧树脂制备工艺中,加入ALLCHEM360,升温至90℃,接着滴加蒸馏水,在100℃下反应5h,得到淡黄色半透明黏稠物;
优选地,所述改性环氧树脂制备工艺中,将淡黄色半透明黏稠物与固化剂混合,搅拌均匀,在180℃下加热固化1h得到改性环氧树脂。
优选地,所述改性环氧树脂制备工艺中固化剂为甲基四氢苯酐。
本发明所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)一次混炼:将配方量的三元乙丙橡胶、聚氟乙烯树脂、EVA树脂、改性环氧树脂、氢氧化镁、硬脂酸钙、尼龙6、纳米白炭黑、纳米二氧化硅、活性硅酸钙投入密炼机中,进行密炼,密炼的温度为115~135℃,密炼的时间为4~6min;得到混合料Ⅰ,将混合料Ⅰ转入开炼机薄通5-6次打卷,在室温下冷却7~9h得到一次混炼物;
(2)二次混炼:将(1)中所得一次混炼物、配方量的聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠、防老剂CPPD、防老剂AW、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺投入密炼机中进行一次密炼,一次密炼的温度为95~105℃,一次密炼的时间为35~45s;接着添加硫化剂DCP进行二次密炼得到混合料Ⅱ,二次密炼的温度为95~110℃,二次密炼的时间为30~35s;将混合料Ⅱ转入开炼机薄通5-6次打卷得二次混炼物;
(3)将步骤(2)所得二次混炼物倒入护套螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混,并挤塑在电缆缆芯上,挤出温度为180~235℃。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中密炼的温度为130℃,密炼的时间为5min;
优选地,所述步骤(1)中混合料Ⅰ转入开炼机薄通6次打卷,在室温下冷却8h得到一次混炼物;
优选地,所述步骤(2)中一次密炼的温度为100℃,一次密炼的时间为40s;
优选地,所述步骤(2)中二次密炼的温度为105℃,二次密炼的时间为35s;
优选地,所述步骤(2)中混合料Ⅱ转入开炼机薄通6次打卷得二次混炼物;
优选地,所述步骤(3)中螺杆挤出机为双螺杆挤出机;
优选地,所述步骤(3)中螺杆挤出机螺杆直径为50-60mm,长径为20:1;
优选地,所述步骤(3)中螺杆挤出机机筒和螺杆间隙为0.12-0.15mm;
优选地,所述步骤(3)中上述护套螺杆挤出机分为六段,自加料口开始各段温度依次为:180~185℃、190~195℃、200~205℃、210~220℃、220~225℃、230~235℃,机头温度为190~195℃。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,以三元乙丙橡胶、EVA树脂、改性环氧树脂为主原料,通过采用甲基三甲氧基硅烷化学改性环氧树脂得到的改性环氧树脂,有效提高了环氧树脂的力学性能和耐热强度,同时与三元乙丙橡胶、聚氟乙烯树脂和EVA树脂共混,使得各类橡胶的性能相互补强,有效提高了电缆护套的力学性能和耐磨性能;氢氧化镁作为阻燃剂、硬脂酸钙作为增强剂的添加,不仅能够有效提高生产效率,还能有效提高了电缆护套层的拉伸强度和硬度,同时也能提高电缆护套层的阻燃性;尼龙6、纳米白炭黑、纳米二氧化硅和活性硅酸钙作为填充剂加入,其中纳米白炭黑和活性硅酸钙能够有效提高了电缆护套层的拉伸强度和硬度,同时添加尼龙6和纳米二氧化硅进一步的提高了电缆护套层的拉伸强度和抗撕裂性能;硫化剂DCP、聚乙二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠、防老剂CPPD、防老剂AW、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺作为助剂,不仅能够有效提高了电缆护套的强度和耐磨性,同时也提高了生产的效率,降低了生产成本。

本发明所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,由以下重量份的组分组成:三元乙丙橡胶65份、聚氟乙烯树脂35份、EVA树脂25份、改性环氧树脂35份、氢氧化镁4份、硬脂酸钙3份、尼龙6 4份、纳米白炭黑4份、纳米二氧化硅4份、活性硅酸钙10份、硫化剂DCP 1份、聚乙二醇4份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、防老剂CPPD 1份、防老剂AW 2份、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺2份;
其中,改性环氧树脂制备工艺如下:将环氧树脂100份和甲基三甲氧基硅烷5份混合,接着加入ALLCHEM360 3份,升温至80℃,接着滴加蒸馏水,在90℃下反应6h,得到淡黄色半透明黏稠物;将淡黄色半透明黏稠物与甲基四氢苯酐混合,搅拌均匀,在100℃下加热固化2h得到改性环氧树脂。

分别截取实施例1-5和对比实施例所述的一种建筑用高强度耐磨电缆护套,每个实施例取3段,每段长20cm,进行弯曲和耐磨性能测试试验,测试标准和方法参照JB/T10696.3-2007《电线电缆机械和理化性能试验方法第三部分:弯曲实验》和JB/T10696.6-2007《电线电缆机械和理化性能试验方法第六部分:挤出护套刮磨实验》,实验结果均符合标准规定,护套内外表面无明可见的裂缝或开裂,表明应该该试验方法制得的电缆护套具有高强度和优异的耐磨性能,同时参照标准JB/T10696.6-2007《电线电缆机械和理化性能试验方法第六部分:挤出护套刮磨实验》中进行耐压试验,结果显示电压试验时无击穿。
另测定了实施例1-5和普通建筑用电缆护套的老化前后的抗拉伸强度和抗撕强度,老化温度为150℃,老化时间为168h,测试结果如下:

1. 一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:三元乙丙橡胶65-85份、聚氟乙烯树脂35-55份、EVA树脂25-45份、改性环氧树脂35-55份、氢氧化镁4-8份、硬脂酸钙3-7份、尼龙6 4-8份、纳米白炭黑4-10份、纳米二氧化硅4-8份、活性硅酸钙10-20份、硫化剂DCP 1-5份、聚乙二醇4-8份、十二烷基硫酸钠 2-8份、防老剂CPPD 1-4份、防老剂AW 2-5份、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺2-4份;
其中,改性环氧树脂制备工艺如下:将环氧树脂和甲基三甲氧基硅烷混合,接着加入ALLCHEM360,升温至80-90℃,接着滴加蒸馏水,在90-100℃下反应5-6h,得到淡黄色半透明黏稠物;将淡黄色半透明黏稠物与固化剂混合,搅拌均匀,在100-180℃下加热固化1-2h得到改性环氧树脂。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:三元乙丙橡胶70-80份、聚氟乙烯树脂40-50份、EVA树脂30-40份、改性环氧树脂40-50份、氢氧化镁5-7份、硬脂酸钙4-6份、尼龙6 5-7份、纳米白炭黑6-8份、纳米二氧化硅5-7份、活性硅酸钙12-18份、硫化剂DCP 2-4份、聚乙二醇5-7份、十二烷基硫酸钠4-6份、防老剂CPPD 2-3份、防老剂AW 3-4份、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺3-4份。
3. 如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:三元乙丙橡胶75份、聚氟乙烯树脂45份、EVA树脂35份、改性环氧树脂45份、氢氧化镁6份、硬脂酸钙5份、尼龙6 6份、纳米白炭黑7份、纳米二氧化硅6份、活性硅酸钙15份、硫化剂DCP 3份、聚乙二醇6份、十二烷基硫酸钠 5份、防老剂CPPD 2份、防老剂AW 3份、N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺3份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂制备工艺中,加入ALLCHEM360,升温至90℃,接着滴加蒸馏水,在100℃下反应5h,得到淡黄色半透明黏稠物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂制备工艺中,将淡黄色半透明黏稠物与固化剂混合,搅拌均匀,在180℃下加热固化1h得到改性环氧树脂。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑用高强度抗拉耐磨电缆护套,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂制备工艺中固化剂为甲基四氢苯酐。
