技术领域
本发明涉及建筑机械技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种立式可升降搅拌机。
背景技术
混泥土搅拌机应用于工业生产中常用的设备,它主要起到对制备混泥土的搅拌或拌合作用,混泥土搅拌机主要由搅拌轴和搅拌叶片组成,对于混泥土搅拌仅依靠搅拌叶片的设计来提高搅拌机的效率及搅拌效果是很困难的,所以传统的搅拌机搅拌混泥土经常会出现搅拌不充分、搅拌时间长等缺点,直接导致搅拌后的混泥土不能达到人们所要的结果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种立式可升降搅拌机,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种立式可升降搅拌机,包括电机、转轴、搅拌桶和叶片,其特征在于,所述电机下方设有安装座;所述搅拌桶上设有定位销;所述安装座可沿定位销上、下滑动的设置于搅拌桶上;所述安装座与搅拌桶之间设有固定架,固定架可转动设有两凸轮,两凸轮之间设有连杆,且连杆连接两凸轮;所述两凸轮廓曲面部分也紧抵在所述安装座的底面上;所述的搅拌桶设置有重力传感器;所述搅拌桶配置有控制器;所述搅拌桶配置有水泵,并且搅拌桶与水泵通过进水管相通;所述的水泵配置有水箱。
本发明的有益效果:通过驱动其中一个凸轮旋转,由于两凸轮通过连杆连接,使两凸轮实现同步转动,从而推动电机沿定位销方向向上或者向下移动,电机带动转轴向上或者向下移动,实现搅拌桶内的混泥土充分均匀搅拌,避免传统的叶片只能在搅拌桶内的固定区域搅拌,不能实现混泥土充分搅拌,从而增加搅拌机工作时间,且搅拌后的混泥土不能达到人们需要的质量。
本发明实现进水、进料比例自动控制,这样既节约人力,从而大大提高搅拌机工作效率。又使搅拌后的混泥土各方面达到所需要的要求。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种立式可升降搅拌机,包括:搅拌桶1、叶片2、转轴3、凸轮4、安装座5、定位销6、进水管93、重力传感器95、控制器94、水泵91、水箱92、电机7及固定架8。所述电机7下方设有安装座5;所述搅拌桶1上设有定位销6;所述安装座5可沿定位销6上、下滑动的设置于搅拌桶1上;所述安装座5与搅拌桶1之间设有固定架8,固定架8可转动设有两凸轮4,两凸轮4之间设有连杆,且连杆连接两凸轮4;所述两凸轮4廓曲面部分也紧抵在所述安装座5的底面上;所述搅拌桶1设置有重力传感器95;所述搅拌桶1配置有控制器94;所述搅拌桶1配置有水泵91,并且搅拌桶1与水泵91通过进水管93相通;所述的水泵91配置有水箱92;所述重力传感器95与控制器94连接,控制器与水泵91电连接。
当加入一定原料后,重力传感器95根据原料的重量采集信息,并采集的信息传给控制器94,控制器94处理信息,并使水泵91开始工作,当加入的水量达到要求时,水泵91停止工作,实现进水、进料比例自动控制,这样既节约人力,从而大大提高搅拌机工作效率。
通过驱动其中一个凸轮4旋转,由于两凸轮4通过连杆连接,使两凸轮4实现同步转动,从而推动电机7沿定位销6方向向上或者向下移动,电机7带动转轴3向上或者向下移动,实现搅拌桶1内的混泥土充分均匀搅拌,避免传统的叶片2只能在搅拌桶1内的固定区域搅拌,不能实现混泥土充分搅拌,从而增加搅拌机工作时间,且搅拌后的混泥土不能达到人们需要的质量。
