Abstract
本发明涉及一种生根组合物的制备方法,将松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂按照质量比1~30:1~30:70~95混合均匀后,即得生根组合物。本发明完全水溶,既可以单独使用也可以和肥料搭配使用,成本低,生根效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生根组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
目前生根产品主要为传统的生根剂吲哚乙酸类、吲哚丁酸类和萘乙酸类产品,或者以传统生根剂与有机物、肥料或者微生物复配的形式制备的产品,一直未摆脱传统生根剂的束缚。吲哚乙酸类、吲哚丁酸类和萘乙酸类在生根方面确实有独到的效果,但是它们对稀释的浓度要求特别高,浓度过高则容易产生药害,抑制作物生长,浓度过低则起不到理想效果。而且现有技术一直注重生根剂本身的作用,不注重土壤的外部环境,且未与助剂相配合,耗量大且生根效果差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种生根组合物的制备方法,解决传统生根剂容易发生药害,成本高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种生根组合物的制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
将松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂按照质量比1~30: 1~30:70~95混合均匀后,即得生根组合物;
所述松土剂是聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、可溶性淀粉、明胶、卡拉胶和海藻酸钠中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;
所述润湿渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和甜菜碱中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;
所述生根剂为草酸、草酸钠、草酸钾、柠檬酸、柠檬酸二钠、柠檬酸二钾、柠檬酸三钾、柠檬酸三钠、萘乙酸钠、萘乙酸钾、吲哚丁酸钾、吲哚乙酸钾、苹果酸、水杨酸、黄腐酸钾、水杨酸钾、水杨酸钠、醋酸钠和醋酸钾中的一种或任意比例的两种以上。
所述松土剂是聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠和海藻酸钠按照质量比1:1:1的组合物;所述润湿渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和甜菜碱按照质量比3:4的组合物;所述生根剂为苹果酸、草酸钾、柠檬酸二钾和水杨酸钾按照质量比1:2:3:5的组合物;松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂的质量比为6:10:84。
本发明具有以下有益技术效果:
1、本发明通过松土剂的加入改变根系生长的外部环境,使土壤对根系的阻力减少,利于根系的生长。
2、本发明通过润湿渗透剂的加入可以增大生根剂与根系的接触面积,使有机酸快速溶解根尖部位的角质层,打破阻碍根系生长的壁垒,达到更有利于生根的目的。
3、本发明生根剂采用多数植物根系生长分泌的有机酸,其对植物根系环境影响小,副作用小。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
将松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂按照质量比6:10:84混合均匀后,即得生根组合物。
实施例2
将松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂按照质量比1:1:98混合均匀后,即得生根组合物。
实施例3
将松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂按照质量比25:25:50混合均匀后,即得生根组合物。
实施例4
将松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂按照质量比10:6:84混合均匀后,即得生根组合物。
实施例1至4中,所述松土剂是瓜尔豆胶、聚丙烯酸钠和海藻酸钠按照质量比1:1:1的组合物;所述润湿渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和甜菜碱按照质量比3:4的组合物;所述生根剂为苹果酸、草酸钾、柠檬酸二钾和水杨酸钾按照质量比1:2:3:5的组合物。
下面结合实验数据进一步说明本发明的有益效果:
1、实验供试材料
1材料与方法:
1.1试验地点:玻璃温室大棚。
1.2实验对象:富贵竹。
1.3供试处理:针对普通生根剂(吲哚丁酸钾)、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4
做生根效果比较。
1.4试验设计:试验设10个处理,其中稀释7000倍分为普通生根剂(吲哚丁酸钾)、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4共5个处理,稀释12000倍分为普通生根剂(吲哚丁酸钾)、实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4共5个处理,合计10个处理。将买来的富贵竹用剪刀剪掉下端,分别放入稀释7000倍的5个高筒花瓶中和稀释12000倍的5个高筒花瓶中,花瓶高25cm,每个花瓶中放入3棵作为平行样,20天后测花瓶中每株富贵竹根系的长度。
2016年5月27日实验,2016年6月15日进行根系测量,本实验除实验处理不同外其他实验条件均一致。
2结果与分析
稀释7000倍的普通生根剂,可能浓度过高,整个浸入溶液中的部分都有白色突起,粗壮的根,明显和普通根系不同,稀释7000倍的实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和实施例4均为底部生根,普通根系一致,稀释12000倍的普通生根剂,所有处理都为底部生根,未见异常,根系长度测量如表1。

由表1可以看出在稀释7000倍时候,本发明的实施例根系明显长于普通生根剂,稀释7000倍和稀释12000倍时,实施例1效果最佳。
讨论:根乃植物之本,根系的发达程度决定了植物吸收营养物质的强弱,在刺激根系生长时,如果能适当改变根系生长环境,可能达到事半功倍的效果。

1.一种生根组合物的制备方法,其特征在于按照以下步骤进行:
将松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂按照质量比1~30: 1~30:70~95混合均匀后,即得生根组合物;
所述松土剂是聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、可溶性淀粉、明胶、卡拉胶和海藻酸钠中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;
所述润湿渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和甜菜碱中的一种或任意比例的两种以上;
所述生根剂为草酸、草酸钠、草酸钾、柠檬酸、柠檬酸二钠、柠檬酸二钾、柠檬酸三钾、柠檬酸三钠、萘乙酸钠、萘乙酸钾、吲哚丁酸钾、吲哚乙酸钾、苹果酸、水杨酸、黄腐酸钾、水杨酸钾、水杨酸钠、醋酸钠和醋酸钾中的一种或任意比例的两种以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的生根组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述松土剂是聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸钠和海藻酸钠按照质量比1:1:1的组合物;所述润湿渗透剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和甜菜碱按照质量比3:4的组合物;所述生根剂为苹果酸、草酸钾、柠檬酸二钾和水杨酸钾按照质量比1:2:3:5的组合物;松土剂、润湿渗透剂和生根剂的质量比为6:10:84。
