Abstract
本发明公开了一种能吹冷风的无叶风扇,包括吸风组件和出风面罩;出风面罩设有出风狭孔;出风狭孔的形状呈弧线状,出风狭孔在出风面罩上排列成环状的外出风区和内出风区;吸风组件包括壳体、设置在壳体中的具有涡轮扇叶的涡轮风机和设置在壳体中的风道;壳体的一端设有作为风道进风口的网孔板,壳体的另一端设有风道出风口;风道出风口与出风面罩进风孔连通;出风面罩进风孔处设有安装部,壳体设有风道出风口的一端固定在该安装部中;壳体设有风道出风口的一端的外壁与出风面罩安装部的内壁之间设有密封圈。本发明噪音较小且出风量较大。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于电风扇结构设计技术领域,具体涉及一种能吹冷风的无叶风扇。
背景技术
目前市售的无叶型安全风扇,包括底座和设置在底座上的环形出风面罩,底座中设有以涡轮式风机为主的吸风组件;这种风扇的最大优点是由于摒除了传统电风扇所用的扇叶,从而无论对大人还是幼儿均具有极好的安全性。但是这种风扇也存在以下不足之处:为了避免庞大臃肿,采用较小直径的底座,所以限制了涡轮式风机的大小,为了保证足够的出风量,涡轮式风机的转速较高,一般达到每秒几百至上千转,导致噪音很大,且难以根除;另外,由于涡轮式风机的直径太小,虽然其转速很高,但是出风量仍然不能与传统风扇相比,吹风效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种噪音较小、出风量较大且能吹冷风的无叶风扇。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种能吹冷风的无叶风扇,包括吸风组件和出风面罩;其特征在于:出风面罩设有进风孔、导风通道和出风狭孔;出风狭孔的形状呈弧线状,出风狭孔在出风面罩上排列成环状的外出风区和内出风区;吸风组件包括壳体、设置在壳体中的具有涡轮扇叶的涡轮风机和设置在壳体中的风道;壳体的一端设有作为风道进风口的网孔板,壳体的另一端设有风道出风口;风道出风口与出风面罩进风孔连通;出风面罩进风孔处设有安装部,壳体设有风道出风口的一端固定在该安装部中;壳体设有风道出风口的一端的外壁与出风面罩安装部的内壁之间设有密封圈;吸风组件的壳体的内壁上设有内凸的凸台,凸台设有中心孔,该中心孔的接近涡轮风机的一端是锥形孔,且该锥形孔远离涡轮风机的一端的孔径较小,接近涡轮风机的一端的孔径较大;涡轮风机的涡轮扇叶的外周壁的形状是和所述锥形孔适配的圆锥台状;涡轮风机的外壳在邻接涡轮扇叶的一侧端的外周壁上设有锥形壁,该锥形壁邻接涡轮扇叶的一端的外径较小,远离涡轮扇叶的一端的外径较大;涡轮扇叶的中心处设有和该锥形壁适配的锥孔;进风孔设置在出风面罩的背面中心处,出风狭孔设置在出风面罩的正面;还包括多个电冷片,电冷片设置在出风面罩内且邻接风道出风口处。
本发明噪音较小且出风量较大;由于具有电冷片,还具有能吹冷风的优点。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例是一种无叶风扇,见图1和图所示,包括吸风组件1和出风面罩2;出风面罩设有进风孔21、导风通道22和出风狭孔23;进风孔设置在出风面罩的背面中心处,出风狭孔设置在出风面罩的正面;吸风组件包括壳体11、设置在壳体中的吸风机12、设置在壳体中的风道13;壳体的一端设有作为风道进风口的网孔板14,壳体的另一端设有风道出风口15;风道出风口与出风面罩进风孔连通;出风面罩进风孔处设有安装部24,壳体设有风道出风口的一端固定在该安装部中。
壳体设有风道出风口的一端的外壁与出风面罩安装部的内壁之间设有密封圈4。
所述吸风机是涡轮风机或具有扇叶的风扇。本实施例所用的是具有涡轮扇叶121的涡轮风机,但是选用普通风扇也是可行的,并且可以有效降低噪音。
本实施例还包括多个电冷片3;电冷片设置在风道内且邻接网孔板处;在具体实践中,也可将电冷片设置在出风面罩内且邻接风道出风口处。
出风狭孔的基本形状呈弧线状,各出风狭孔之间留有间距。
出风狭孔在出风面罩上排列成环状的外出风区25和内出风区26。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种能吹冷风的无叶风扇,包括吸风组件和出风面罩;其特征在于:出风面罩设有进风孔、导风通道和出风狭孔;出风狭孔的形状呈弧线状,出风狭孔在出风面罩上排列成环状的外出风区和内出风区;吸风组件包括壳体、设置在壳体中的具有涡轮扇叶的涡轮风机和设置在壳体中的风道;壳体的一端设有作为风道进风口的网孔板,壳体的另一端设有风道出风口;风道出风口与出风面罩进风孔连通;出风面罩进风孔处设有安装部,壳体设有风道出风口的一端固定在该安装部中;壳体设有风道出风口的一端的外壁与出风面罩安装部的内壁之间设有密封圈;吸风组件的壳体的内壁上设有内凸的凸台,凸台设有中心孔,该中心孔的接近涡轮风机的一端是锥形孔,且该锥形孔远离涡轮风机的一端的孔径较小,接近涡轮风机的一端的孔径较大;涡轮风机的涡轮扇叶的外周壁的形状是和所述锥形孔适配的圆锥台状;涡轮风机的外壳在邻接涡轮扇叶的一侧端的外周壁上设有锥形壁,该锥形壁邻接涡轮扇叶的一端的外径较小,远离涡轮扇叶的一端的外径较大;涡轮扇叶的中心处设有和该锥形壁适配的锥孔;进风孔设置在出风面罩的背面中心处,出风狭孔设置在出风面罩的正面;还包括多个电冷片,电冷片设置在出风面罩内且邻接风道出风口处。
