行业增长速度下滑甚至萎缩,业内企业迫切需要谋求转型,未来行业面临洗牌。企业转型面临几个方面问题:首先:提高环保理念。节能减排是未来发展趋势,纺织行业高污染和不环保问题饱受诟病,对行业发展形成不利,环境污染成为行业发展瓶颈。其次,提升品牌形象,提高品牌知名度和市场占有率。第三,拓展销售渠道,2012年以来,行业虽然低迷,但是线上网络销售依然火爆,大大发挥了其威力。第四,加强成本控制,如新原料的研发利用,重新建立市场竞争优势。第五,开发多样化、差异化产品,满足市场需求,摆脱行业内产品同质化严重的状态。
中国古代用于着色的材料可分为矿物颜料和植物染料,其中以后者为古代主要的染料。矿物颜料着色是通过粘和剂使之粘附于织物的表面,但颜色遇水即容易脱落。植物染料则不然,染制时,其色素分子是通过与织物纤维亲合而改变纤维的色彩,所着之色虽经日晒水洗,均不易脱落或很少脱落。
古代常用的矿物植物染料实在多不胜数,古人根据不同的染料特性而创造的染色工艺计有:直接染、媒染、还原染、防染、套色染等。染料品种和工艺方法的多样性使古代印染行业的色谱十分丰富,古籍中见于记载的就有几百种,特别是在一种色调中明确地分出几十种近似色,这需要熟练地掌握各种染料的组合、配方及改变工艺条件方能达到。

随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种表面装饰性好、流平性、颜料润湿性、抗菌性和防霉性好的纺织用处理剂及其制备方法,以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述纺织用处理剂的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸盐100份,甲基醚化三聚氰胺25-35份,二氧化钛55-65份,乙二醇单丁醚25-35份,中铬黄2-4份,深铬黄0.4-0.6份,酞菁蓝0.2-0.4份,耐晒大红0.3-0.5份,焦磷酸钠3-5份,苯乙烯30-40份,香精0.5-0.7份。

第一步:称取丙烯酸盐、甲基醚化三聚氰胺、二氧化钛、乙二醇单丁醚、中铬黄、深铬黄、酞菁蓝、耐晒大红、焦磷酸钠酮、苯乙烯和香精;
第二步:将丙烯酸盐、甲基醚化三聚氰胺、二氧化钛、乙二醇单丁醚、中铬黄、深铬黄和酞菁蓝投入设有搅拌器和温度计的反应釜中,升温至105-145℃,搅拌20-60min,搅拌速度为250-650转/分钟;
第三步:冷却至30-50℃,加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨到20-60μm细度,过滤包装即可。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型纺织用处理剂及其制备方法采用以上技术方案和现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、用于纺织表面保护,表面装饰性好;2、可防止麻点和缩孔现象;3、流平性和颜料润湿性优良;4、可大幅度提高纺织用品的抗菌性和防霉性,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

按重量份数配比称取丙烯酸盐100份,甲基醚化三聚氰胺20份,二氧化钛50份,乙二醇单丁醚20份,中铬黄1份,深铬黄0.3份,酞菁蓝0.1份,耐晒大红0.2份,焦磷酸钠2份,苯乙烯25份,香精0.4份。
将丙烯酸盐、甲基醚化三聚氰胺、二氧化钛、乙二醇单丁醚、中铬黄、深铬黄和酞菁蓝投入设有搅拌器和温度计的反应釜中,升温至105℃,搅拌20min,搅拌速度为250转/分钟。
冷却至30℃,加入剩余原料,在研磨机中研磨到20μm细度,过滤包装即可。
