Abstract

本发明公开了一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料及其制备方法。包括合金材料的各组分按质量百分比的构成为:C:1.5~2.1%,Cr:35~39%,Ti:1.8~2.2%,Mn:1.4~1.8%,Co:0.4~0.6%,Mo:0.05~0.1%,Cu:0.02~0.05%,Mg:0.04~0.06%,W:0.1~0.2%,余量为Fe,并且,C/Ti的质量比为1:1。本发明通过控制C/Ti的质量比来来控制切分轮合金材料的合成结构的结构强度,通过高含量的Cr来提高结构的耐腐蚀性,和提高各Ti,Mn,Co,Mo,Cu,Mg,W金属的结合,通过高温熔化成形切分轮,再通过在切分轮的表面进行RE‑WC‑钢复合涂层,具有组织致密、硬度梯度分布理想,具有较高的显微硬度,从而提高切分轮的使用寿命。

Description

一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于轧机切分轮技术领域,特别是涉及一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
切分轧制,是在热轧过程中将轧件利用孔型的作用,轧成两个或两个以上的并联轧件,再利用切分设备(轧辊、导卫、切分轮等)把并联的轧件沿纵向切分成两根或两根以上的单体轧件,然后再轧成成品钢材或中间坯料。多线切分轧制技术,是在轧制的最后阶段沿纵向把轧件切分成多根棒材的技术,在此工艺中,一块钢坯在大部分道次中都是单根轧制,仅在最后几道次中进行多线轧制,然后切分成多根棒材。
在轧钢主要设备相同的条件下,可以采用较大断面的原料或相同原料断面下,减少轧制道次;减少坯料规格,提高小断面轧件产量;提高轧机生产率;节约能源。
然而,现有的切分轮的缺陷为切分部位带毛刺,切口不规则,轧后易形成折叠,影响轧材表面质量;钢锭、连铸坯的缩孔、夹杂和偏析多位于中心部位,经切分后易暴漏于表面,形成缺陷;当剪切方法分开并联轧件时,轧件易扭转,影响轧件质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料及其制备方法,通过控制C/Ti的质量比来来控制切分轮合金材料的合成结构的结构强度,通过高含量的Cr来提高结构的耐腐蚀性,和提高各Ti,Mn,Co,Mo,Cu,Mg,W金属的结合,再通过在切分轮的表面进行RE-WC-钢复合涂层,可以获得与集体呈冶金结合的熔覆层。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料,包括合金材料的各组分按质量百分比的构成为:C:1.5~2.1%,Cr:35~39%,Ti:1.8~2.2%,Mn:1.4~1.8%,Co:0.4~0.6%,Mo:0.05~0.1%,Cu:0.02~0.05%,Mg:0.04~0.06%,W:0.1~0.2%,余量为Fe,并且,C/Ti的质量比为1:1。
一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将普通废钢、生铁、钨铁、铬铁、钛铁、钼铁和锰铁混合加热熔化;
步骤二,将步骤一的混合钢水温度升至1730℃~1780℃,加入脱氧剂铝,而后出炉;
步骤三,将铜铁破碎至粒度0.1-1mm的小块混合Co粉,经260℃以下温度烘干后,置于浇包底部,采用包内冲入法对钢水进行复合变质处理;
步骤四,用蜡模精密铸造方法或消失模铸造方法浇注切分轮,钢水浇注温度为1400℃~1450℃;
步骤五,对于浇注的切分轮经打磨清理后进行退火处理,其工艺是在880℃~950℃下保温2h~4h,然后炉冷至550℃后炉冷或空冷;
步骤六,将切分轮进行粗加工后,再进行等温淬火处理,其工艺是在电炉或盐浴炉内加热至1050℃~1180℃,保温1.5h~3h后,直接在280℃~360℃的盐浴池内等温2h~4h,然后空冷;随后进行回火处理,其工艺是在500℃~580℃保温3h~6h,然后炉冷或空冷,在相同的工艺下回火两次,最后进行精加工;
步骤七,将步骤六加工的切分轮表面进行涂层喷敷:通过电弧喷涂设备在导卫辊本体表面均匀喷敷一层RE-WC-钢复合涂层。
进一步地,所述步骤七的涂层喷敷:通过电弧喷涂设备在导卫辊本体表面均匀喷敷一层RE-WC-钢复合涂层中,选择Cr18Mn8Ni5N不锈钢丝,WC粉,RE涂覆材料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过控制C/Ti的质量比来来控制切分轮合金材料的合成结构的结构强度,通过高含量的Cr来提高结构的耐腐蚀性,和提高各Ti,Mn,Co,Mo,Cu,Mg,W金属的结合,通过高温熔化成形切分轮,再通过在切分轮的表面进行RE-WC-钢复合涂层,可以获得与集体呈冶金结合的熔覆层,具有组织致密、硬度梯度分布理想,具有较高的显微硬度,从而提高切分轮的使用寿命。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

1.一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料,其特征在于,所述合金材料的各组分按质量百分比的构成为:C:1.5~2.1%,Cr:35~39%,Ti:1.8~2.2%,Mn:1.4~1.8%,Co:0.4~0.6%,Mo:0.05~0.1%,Cu:0.02~0.05%,Mg:0.04~0.06%,W:0.1~0.2%,余量为Fe,并且,C/Ti的质量比为1:1;
切分轮表面进行涂层喷敷:通过电弧喷涂设备在导卫辊本体表面均匀喷敷一层RE-WC-钢复合涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高精轧机切分轮合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将普通废钢、生铁、钨铁、铬铁、钛铁、钼铁和锰铁混合加热熔化;
步骤二,将步骤一的混合钢水温度升至1730℃~1780℃,加入脱氧剂铝,而后出炉;
步骤三,将铜铁破碎至粒度0.1-1mm的小块混合Co粉,经260℃以下温度烘干后,置于浇包底部,采用包内冲入法对钢水进行复合变质处理;
步骤四,用蜡模精密铸造方法或消失模铸造方法浇注切分轮,钢水浇注温度为1400℃~1450℃;
步骤五,对于浇注的切分轮经打磨清理后进行退火处理,其工艺是在880℃~950℃下保温2h~4h,然后炉冷至550℃后炉冷或空冷;
步骤六,将切分轮进行粗加工后,再进行等温淬火处理,其工艺是在电炉或盐浴炉内加热至1050℃~1180℃,保温1.5h~3h后,直接在280℃~360℃的盐浴池内等温2h~4h,然后空冷;随后进行回火处理,其工艺是在500℃~580℃保温3h~6h,然后炉冷或空冷,在相同的工艺下回火两次,最后进行精加工;
步骤七,将步骤六加工的切分轮表面进行涂层喷敷:通过电弧喷涂设备在导卫辊本体表面均匀喷敷一层RE-WC-钢复合涂层。
