本发明公开一种茉莉精油的提取方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将清洗干净的茉莉花冷冻干燥,粉碎过150目筛;(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加水,用超声波处理60~90min;(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的粉末放入水蒸汽蒸馏装置中蒸馏得到茉莉精油。与传统水蒸汽蒸馏法相比,本发明的提取方法可显著提高茉莉精油的出油率。

一种茉莉精油的提取方法
技术领域
本发明属于植物提取领域,具体涉及一种茉莉精油的提取方法。
背景技术
茉莉精油被称为“精油之王”。茉莉精油产量极少因而十分昂贵,其具有高雅气味,可舒缓郁闷情绪、振奋精神、提升自信心,同时可护理和改善肌肤干燥、缺水、过油及敏感的状况,淡化妊娠纹与疤痕,增加皮肤弹性,让肌肤倍感柔嫩。在泡脚的热水中滴入几滴茉莉精油,可以达到活血经络的目的。茉莉精油常见的提取方法有水蒸汽蒸馏法和有机溶剂浸提法,由于水蒸汽蒸馏法设备成本低、操作简单而被广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对现有茉莉精油的水蒸汽蒸馏法进行改进,提供了一种茉莉精油出油率更高的提取方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种茉莉精油的提取方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将清洗干净的茉莉花冷冻干燥,粉碎过150目筛;
(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加水,用超声波处理60~90min;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的粉末放入水蒸汽蒸馏装置中蒸馏得到茉莉精油。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种茉莉精油的提取方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将茉莉花清洗干净,再冷冻干燥,粉碎过150目筛,得到的粉末备用;
(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加入超声波细胞破碎机中,再加入适量的水(料液比一般为1:3~5 g/g),超声波(功率500~1500w,超声波频率20~25KHz)处理60~90min,处理时温度应控制不超过30℃;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的粉末放入水蒸汽蒸馏装置中进行蒸馏,蒸汽冷凝后,液液分离得到茉莉精油。
与传统未经超声波处理的水蒸汽蒸馏法相比,在蒸馏条件与传统水蒸汽蒸馏工艺相同的情况下,本发明提取方法的出油率可相对提高60~70%,蒸馏时间可缩短1/4。

(2)将步骤(1)的粉末加水,用超声波处理60~90min;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的粉末放入水蒸汽蒸馏装置中蒸馏得到茉莉精油。
