本发明公开了一种亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料,原料按重量百分比包括水泥48~55%、粉煤灰8~10%、硫酸钙8~9%、碳酸钙18~20%、二氧化硅8~9%、甲基纤维素0.1~0.2%、减水剂1~2%、铁粉0.8~1%、铝粉0.8~1%、草酸0.2~0.4%;材料粘度小、流动性强,能够有效进入钻孔周围煤岩体裂隙中进行封堵;材料膨胀率高、抗压强度大,对钻孔的封堵效果较高;材料反应不放热、具有良好的阻燃抗静电性能,具有较强的亲煤性能,能更好的结合形成整体结构,满足煤矿井下使用要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及抽采钻孔封孔材料,特别涉及一种适用于瓦斯抽采钻孔及其周围裂隙漏风通道的封堵的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料及其使用方法。
背景技术
煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻孔的有效密封是高效抽采的关键所在。目前,我国煤矿井下普遍采用的封孔方法主要有聚氨酯材料封孔和水泥砂浆封孔。聚氨酯材料封孔主要通过手工搅拌混合多种化学浆液,搅拌后利用棉布、塑料袋等附着物进行吸附并包裹在瓦斯抽采管道上,随瓦斯抽采管道一起送入抽采孔。聚氨酯封孔材料反应温度高,凝固硬化后强度低,制约着其封孔效果。水泥砂浆封孔工艺是在瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔段两端形成挡板装置,再向其中注入水泥砂浆进行封孔,但是由于水泥砂浆在凝固过程中会出现分层离淅现象,导致其在凝固硬化后容易收缩,形成月牙面的漏风通道,尤其是对近水平瓦斯抽采钻孔的封堵效果较差,影响瓦斯抽采效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料及其使用方法,具有稠度低、流动性强、膨胀性好、致密性高、浆体均匀不离淅和强度高的特点。
本发明的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料,原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:水泥48~55%、粉煤灰8~10%、硫酸钙8~9%、碳酸钙18~20%、二氧化硅8~9%、甲基纤维素0.1~0.2%、减水剂1~2%、铁粉0.8~1%、铝粉0.8~1%、草酸0.2~0.4%,各组分总量和为100%;
进一步,按重量百分比包括以下组分:水泥53%、粉煤灰8%、硫酸钙8%、碳酸钙20%、二氧化硅8%、甲基纤维素0.2%、减水剂1%、铁粉0.8%、铝粉0.8%、草酸0.2%;
进一步,所述减水剂为萘系减水剂;
进一步,所述的水泥为硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥中的一种或两种以上混合物;
进一步,所述的粉煤灰采用I级粉煤灰、II级粉煤灰中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明还公开一种亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料的使用方法,将封孔材料以0.6~0.8的水灰比制成浆体。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料及其使用方法,材料粘度小、流动性强,能够有效进入钻孔周围煤岩体裂隙中进行封堵;材料膨胀率高、抗压强度大,对钻孔的封堵效果较高;材料反应不放热、具有良好的阻燃抗静电性能,具有较强的亲煤性能,能更好的结合形成整体结构,满足煤矿井下使用要求。

实施例一
P·I425(R)硅酸盐水泥53%、II级粉煤灰8%、硫酸钙8%、碳酸钙20%、二氧化硅8%、甲基纤维素0.2%、减水剂1%、铁粉0.8%、铝粉0.8%、草酸0.2%。
实施例二:
P·P425(R)火山灰质硅酸盐水泥50%、II级粉煤灰10%、硫酸钙9%、碳酸钙19%、二氧化硅9%、甲基纤维素0.1%、减水剂1%、铁粉0.8%、铝粉0.9%、草酸0.2%。
实施例三:
P·O42.5(R)普通硅酸盐水泥50%、I级粉煤灰8%、硫酸钙9%、碳酸钙20%、二氧化硅9%、甲基纤维素0.2%、减水剂1.5%、铁粉1%、铝粉1%、草酸0.3%。
实施例四
本实施例的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料,原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:水泥48.4%、粉煤灰10%、硫酸钙8%、碳酸钙20%、二氧化硅9%、甲基纤维素0.2%、减水剂2%、铁粉1%、铝粉1%、草酸0.4%。
实施例五
本实施例的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料,原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:水泥51.1%、粉煤灰10%、硫酸钙9%、碳酸钙18%、二氧化硅9%、甲基纤维素0.1%、减水剂1%、铁粉0.8%、铝粉0.8%、草酸0.2%。
实施例六
本实施例的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料,原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:水泥49.8%、粉煤灰10%、硫酸钙9%、碳酸钙19%、二氧化硅8%、甲基纤维素0.2%、减水剂2%、铁粉0.8%、铝粉0.8%、草酸0.4%。
将上述实施例的材料采用0.8的水灰比,测得其浆体材料的各项性能参数如表1所示:

上述实施例中,还接加入以下添加剂:可加入三乙醇胺、聚醚多元醇、柠檬酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或几种改善渗透性和流动性,也可加入硫酸钾起到促凝作用,也可加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯改善粘弹性,也可加入烷基磷酸酯二乙醇胺盐和N,N-双(2-羟基乙基)-N-(3’-十二烷氧基-2’-羟基丙基)甲胺硫酸甲酯盐与三烷基磷酸酯和三烷基氧化膦协同作用,进一步提高材料的阻燃抗静电性能,且上述添加剂的加入可协同改善材料的抗压强度。上述添加剂的总量的重量百分比为0.5-2%。

1.一种亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料,其特征在于:原料按重量百分比包括以下组分:水泥48~55%、粉煤灰8~10%、硫酸钙8~9%、碳酸钙18~20%、二氧化硅8~9%、甲基纤维素0.1~0.2%、减水剂1~2%、铁粉0.8~1%、铝粉0.8~1%、草酸0.2~0.4%,各组分总量和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料原料,其特征在于:按重量百分比包括以下组分:水泥53%、粉煤灰8%、硫酸钙8%、碳酸钙20%、二氧化硅8%、甲基纤维素0.2%、减水剂1%、铁粉0.8%、铝粉0.8%、草酸0.2%。

4.根据权利要求1所述的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料原料,其特征在于:所述的水泥为硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥中的一种或两种以上混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料原料,其特征在于:所述的粉煤灰采用I级粉煤灰、II级粉煤灰中的一种或两种的混合物。
6.一种权利要求1所述的亲煤基瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔材料的使用方法,其特征在于:将封孔材料以0.6~0.8的水灰比制成浆体。
