技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种高效吸汗面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
面料是日常生活和工作中常用的纺织基材，种类繁多，根据不同的场合、不同的功能有：耐高温面料、耐腐蚀面料、遮光面料、防紫外线面料等等，根据其性能特性而应用于不同的领域和场所。
常规面料织成的服装，吸汗功能一般，如果服装面料采用整体吸汗功能强的棉纤维织成，则服装容易变形，不易打理，而且容易变黄，污迹难以清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种高效吸汗面料，能够增强面料的局部吸汗性能，同时不影响面料整体的立体感。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种大方高贵气质高效吸汗面料，包括里层，所述里层的内外两侧都设有吸汗层，所述吸汗层的内侧设有基础层；各层通过水性聚氨酯胶粘接固定；所述里层采用大豆纤维织成；所述吸汗层采用超微细丙纶熔喷纤维织成；所述基础层采用竹纤维织成。所述基础层衬里织物层，该衬里织物层，为一种提花织物，包括经纱和纬纱，所述经纱为20D/12F的尼龙长丝，所述纬纱为20D/7F的亮光尼龙长丝，所述经纱的密度为195根/厘米，所述纬纱的密度为173根/厘米，所述经纱和纬纱相互交织成菱形组织，每个菱形组织由10根纬纱和15根经纱组成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
面料结构简单，双层的吸汗材料可以将汗水快速吸收，保持身体干爽。而且可以将面料裁剪后与普通服装缝合，将该面料置于腋下等出含量大的部位，提高服装的特定部位吸汗功能。
该提花织物具有大方高贵气质，设计合理，不易透风，保暖效果好，不易产生静电，密度大，交织样式新颖，不易被模仿，创新性强，为独家首创，具有很强的市场竞争力。
