本发明公开了一种滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构,包括机架(1),在所述机架上装有夹纸芯转台(4),在所述机架上、并在该夹纸芯转台的侧边处装有上下端盖转台(5);在所述夹纸芯转台上装有夹纸芯模具(6),在所述上下端盖转台上装有上下端盖模具(7),该夹纸芯模具与上下端盖模具之间具有交汇处而作为纸芯和端盖焊接工位(B);在所述机架上、并在上下端盖转台的侧边处装有上下加热组件(11)。本发明利用塑料端盖代替铁端盖,再通过自动输送、加热以及焊接产出的滤芯牢固性强,生产过程简单便捷,自动化程度强,节省劳动力,节能环保。

滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤清器的端盖与纸芯输送、加热设备。
背景技术
目前,车辆发动机***所用的机油(或燃油)滤清器的滤芯是由铁端盖与纸芯(即滤纸)通过胶水粘接在一起的,其制造过程复杂;首先采购钢板,再对钢板进行切割,将分切后的钢板冲压制成铁端盖,然后将胶水注入铁端盖内,再人工将打折好的滤纸粘接在注满胶水的铁端盖上,通过流水线进入烘箱,将铁端盖胶水固化,从而制得滤芯成品。由此方法制得的滤芯因为胶量的控制不当,造成纸芯容易溢胶,影响外观及滤清器质量,而且制造过程繁琐,耗费大量的能源与电力,在提倡节能环保的如今,已经不能满足社会的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种用塑料端盖代替铁端盖,能自动将塑料端盖、纸芯进行输送、塑料端盖加热的滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构。
本发明目的通过如下的技术方案来实现:滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构,包括机架,在所述机架上装有夹纸芯转台,在所述机架上、并在该夹纸芯转台的侧边处装有上下端盖转台;在所述夹纸芯转台上装有夹纸芯模具,在所述上下端盖转台上装有上下端盖模具,该夹纸芯模具与上下端盖模具之间具有交汇处而作为纸芯和端盖焊接工位;在所述机架上、并在上下端盖转台的侧边处装有上下加热组件。
采用本发明后,将折好的滤纸放入夹纸芯模具内,将上、下塑料端盖放入上下端盖模具内,通过上下端盖转台将上、下塑料端盖转动到上下加热组件处内,对该塑料端盖进行高温融化(软化),在该转台的转动下再移动到纸芯和端盖焊接工位,同时夹纸芯转台也将纸芯也移动到此位置,再由焊接控制动力源推动上下端盖模具使上、下塑料端盖与纸芯焊接,再静置至塑料端盖固化而制成滤芯成品。此生产的滤芯成品直接利用高温融化塑料端盖将纸芯焊接,牢固性强,节省了胶水注胶粘接烘烤工序,节省了劳动力,而且用塑料端盖代替铁端盖,也节省了大量的材料和用电用水,节能环保、生产过程简单便捷。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图与实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
参照附图1、图2、图3可知,本发明滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构,包括机架1,在所述机架1上(在成品收集槽3的上方)装有夹纸芯转台4,在所述机架1上、并在该夹纸芯转台4的(左)侧边处(在上下端盖槽2的上方)装有上下端盖转台5;在所述夹纸芯转台4上(均布)装有夹纸芯模具6(若干个),在所述上下端盖转台5上(均布)装有上下端盖模具7(若干个,其上部放置上塑料端盖、下部放置下塑料端盖,其上部与下部之间距离大于纸芯的高度),该夹纸芯模具6与上下端盖模具7之间具有交汇处而作为纸芯和端盖焊接工位B;在所述机架1上、并在上下端盖转台5的侧边处装有上下加热组件11(共左、右两套,提高加热速度)。本发明所应用的滤清器塑料端盖纸芯焊接机,在所述机架1上、并在纸芯和端盖焊接工位处装有焊接控制动力源9(分为上、下焊接气缸两只),该上下加热组件11、焊接控制动力源9与微电脑控制组件12相连。
其中,所述焊接控制动力源9分为上端盖焊接控制动力源91(为上焊接气缸)、下端盖焊接控制动力源92(为下焊接气缸),所述上下端盖转台5、夹纸芯转台4的中心通过横梁支架10相接,所述焊接控制动力源9的上端盖焊接控制动力源91装在该横梁支架10上、纸芯和端盖焊接工位上方,所述焊接控制动力源9的下端盖焊接控制动力源92装在纸芯和端盖焊接工位下方、机架1的下部。在所述机架1上、并在上下端盖转台5的前部处装有上下端盖收集槽2,在所述机架1上、并在夹纸芯转台4的下方处(上下端盖收集槽2的侧边处)装有成品收集槽3。所述夹纸芯转台4上的若干个夹纸芯模具6分别具有上纸芯起始工位A、纸芯和端盖焊接工位B、下纸芯工位C,在所述夹纸芯转台4上、并在夹纸芯模具的下纸芯工位处装有转台凸块8。夹纸芯转台4、上下端盖转台5与转台传动控制组件相连。
参照附图,本发明的工作原理是:在上下端盖收集槽2内均放有形状相同的上、下塑料端盖,由人工分别将上、下塑料端盖各自装入上下端盖模具7的上部、下部内,同时由人工将打折好的纸芯(即滤纸)放入夹纸芯模具6内,夹纸芯转台4与上下端盖转台5在转台传动控制组件的带动下转动,上下端盖模具7转至上下加热组件11内,上下加热组件11对上、下塑料端盖进行同时加热而处于熔融(软化)状态,加热完毕后,当上下端盖转台5的上下端盖模具7与夹纸芯转台4的夹纸芯模具6同时转到纸芯和端盖焊接工位B处时,该夹纸芯模具中的纸芯处于上下端盖模具中的上、下塑料端盖之间,焊接控制动力源9(上、下焊接气缸)分别推动上下端盖模具7中的上、下塑料端盖与夹纸芯模具6中的纸芯粘接、静置、塑料固化,然后焊接控制动力源松开,上下端盖模具7归位,夹纸芯模具6转动至成品收集槽3上方;接着,夹纸芯模具所属的机械阀与转台凸块8触碰,夹纸芯模具打开(分开一定缝隙),滤芯(带有塑料端盖的纸芯)成品则落入成品收集槽3内,从而自动完成滤芯成品的生产。其生产过程自动化,简单易操作。其中,上下加热组件的加热温度为700-800℃,距离塑料端盖0.5-1.0mm处而对该塑料端盖进行高温融化(软化温度为200-300℃)。

1.滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构,包括机架(1),其特征在于:在所述机架(1)上装有夹纸芯转台(4),在所述机架(1)上、并在该夹纸芯转台(4)的侧边处装有上下端盖转台(5);在所述夹纸芯转台(4)上装有夹纸芯模具(6),在所述上下端盖转台(5)上装有上下端盖模具(7),该夹纸芯模具(6)与上下端盖模具(7)之间具有交汇处而作为纸芯和端盖焊接工位(B);在所述机架(1)上、并在上下端盖转台(5)的侧边处装有上下加热组件(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构,其特征在于:所述夹纸芯转台(4)上的若干个夹纸芯模具分别具有上纸芯起始工位(A)、纸芯和端盖焊接工位(B)、下纸芯工位(C),在所述夹纸芯转台(4)上、并在夹纸芯模具的下纸芯工位处装有转台凸块(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滤清器塑料端盖纸芯输送加热机构,其特征在于:在所述机架(1)上、并在上下端盖转台(5)的前部处装有上下端盖收集槽(2),在所述机架(1)上、并在夹纸芯转台(4)的下方处装有成品收集槽(3)。
