本发明涉及石材加工设备制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于石板磨边机上的磨边装置。
背景技术
现有的一种石板磨边机，这种磨边机在对石头板材的边缘进行打磨时，是通过该机上的输送装置将石头板材向前移动输送，设置在输送通道侧边动力头上的磨边砂轮则对经过的石头板材边缘进行打磨。这种石板磨边机的磨边装置一般都包括上下两排输送辊之间形成的输送通道，输送通道一侧安装有回转中心平面与输送通道平齐的磨边砂轮，这样，回转中心平面与输送通道平行的磨边砂轮打磨输送通道中的石板边缘，结果在石板边缘留下了横向的凹凸不一的“拉丝”的痕迹，严重影响石板的磨边质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种磨边机磨边装置，以解决现有磨边机的磨边装置在其产品边缘磨出横向凹凸痕迹的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明的技术方案是：本磨边机磨边装置包括上下两排输送辊之间形成的输送通道，所述输送通道一侧安装有磨边砂轮，所述磨边砂轮的回转中心平面与所述输送通道的输送平面形成夹角a。
上述技术方案中，更为具体的方案可以是：所述磨边砂轮的回转中心平面与所述输送通道的输送平面之间的夹角a在1°～40°范围内，所述磨边砂轮连接在电动机的输出轴上。
进一步的：所述磨边砂轮靠近所述输送通道的部分倾斜向下，倾斜角度b在0°～10°范围内。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
本磨边机磨边装置将磨边砂轮的回转中心平面与输送通道的输送平面形成夹角设置，在磨边砂轮磨削石板板边时，输送通道移动的过程中，磨边砂轮与石板移动的方向存在一个角度，使磨边砂轮磨削石板板边的磨削频率不同，磨削出来的平面平实光滑，无凹凸不一的痕迹，解决了“拉丝”现象。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述：
如图1、图2所示的本磨边机磨边装置，它包括有上下两排输送辊2-1之间形成的输送通道2，输送通道2下设有支架1，输送通道2上有多块石板3，输送通道2的一侧上方安装有磨边砂轮4，磨边砂轮4的回转中心平面与输送通道2输送平面形成夹角a，a=15°。磨边砂轮4靠近输送通道2的部分倾斜向下，倾斜角度b=1.5°。在磨边砂轮4磨削石板3板边时，输送通道1移动的过程中，磨边砂轮4与石板3移动的方向存在一个角度，使磨边砂轮磨削石板板边的磨削频率不同，磨削出来的平面平实光滑，无凹凸不一的痕迹，解决了“拉丝”现象。磨边砂轮4连接有电动机5，具体的，磨边砂轮4的中心连接在电动机5的输出轴上，直接利用电动机驱动磨边砂轮4旋转，电动机5通过其两边的斜板安装固定在机架6。

1.一种磨边机磨边装置，包括上下两排输送辊之间形成的输送通道，所述输送通道一侧安装有磨边砂轮，其特征在于：所述磨边砂轮的回转中心平面与所述输送通道的输送平面形成夹角a。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磨边机磨边装置，其特征在于：所述磨边砂轮的回转中心平面与所述输送通道的输送平面之间的夹角a在1°～40°范围内，所述磨边砂轮连接在电动机的输出轴上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的磨边机磨边装置，其特征在于：所述磨边砂轮靠近所述输送通道的部分倾斜向下，倾斜角度b在0°～10°范围内。
