Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mosquito preparations, in particular to a chinaberry mosquito-repellent composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the coming of summer, mosquitoes start to move, and after biting, the mosquitoes bring various discomforts such as itching, red swelling and the like to the skin, are easy to infect diseases and influence the normal life of people. After the mosquito bites, saliva or venom of the mosquito invades the skin, and the saliva or venom of the mosquito contains a plurality of antigen components, so that the antigens can generate allergic reaction with antibodies to cause inflammation after entering the skin of a human body. In severe cases, severe reactions such as bullous blisters and hemorrhagic necrosis occur locally in individual patients, which is a common disease in dermatology in summer. In tropical rain forest regions in Hainan, the annual average temperature is above 20 ℃, the mosquito activity time is long, the quantity is large, the types are various, and the mosquito repellent is one of the stock. Most of the existing mosquito repellent preparations contain chemical components, and are easy to cause harm to human bodies, especially infants and sensitive physique.
Melia azedarach (Melia azedarach) is a famous variety of Meliaceae plants, and its bark, root bark, leaves, fruits and flowers can be used as medicine, and has remarkable therapeutic effect. However, the cortex Meliae, folium Meliae and fructus Toosendan have different degrees of toxicity, and have good therapeutic effect when combined clinically.
