The working principle of the gas chromatograph and the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer is that the characteristic that a detected target object is easy to vaporize is generally utilized, the detected target object is rapidly vaporized at a split/non-split injection port, the formed gaseous detected target object is driven by carrier gas to pass through a capillary or a filling separation column to realize the separation from interfering substances, and then the gaseous detected target object reaches a detector to be detected and is converted into a recognizable chromatogram or mass spectrogram by chromatographic workstation software, so that the purposes of qualitative analysis and quantitative detection are realized.
The split/non-split sample inlet is one of the most important components for gas chromatography or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined analysis, and plays a crucial role in realizing trace analysis. According to statistics, the cleanliness of the split/non-split injection ports is an important factor influencing the quantitative and qualitative accuracy of the gas chromatograph and the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. When a split/non-split injection port is polluted, the gas chromatograph and the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer generally have the problems of disappearance of a target peak, asymmetry or tailing of a peak shape, ghost peaks or peak splitting, poor quantitative stability of the instrument and the like. step three, wiping: dipping absorbent cotton with methanol, filling the groove 7 of the component II, inserting the cylinder 5 of the component II into the inner side of a shunt/non-shunt sample inlet welding piece, repeatedly wiping for 10-20 times from top to bottom, and discarding the absorbent cotton; then, the absorbent cotton is dipped in acetone and then filled in the groove 7 of the component II, the cylinder 5 of the component II is inserted into the inner side of the shunt/non-shunt sample inlet welding piece, and the component II is repeatedly wiped for 10 to 20 times from top to bottom.
Step four, leaching and drying: and sequentially sucking 10-20 mL of acetone and n-hexane solvent to wash the sample injection port, and naturally volatilizing the solvent at the sample injection port until the solvent is dried.
