Background
When a traditional common fax machine or an automatic fax system receives and transmits a fax, the whole fax receiving and transmitting process cannot be monitored. In the sending state, when the fax is in handshake connection, the fax is basically in a silent state; in the receiving state, whether automatic receiving or manual receiving, as long as the fax starts to be received, the whole fax process is in a mute state. In such a state that the fax cannot be monitored, if the fax fails to be received or transmitted, the user basically cannot judge what condition causes the fax failure, and only can continuously retransmit or receive the fax, which wastes time and energy, and cannot solve the problem.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a system and method for monitoring a fax line and recording audio based on a network, so as to solve the problem that in the prior art, when a fax fails, a specific reason cannot be known, and only a fax sending attempt or a fax receiving attempt can be repeatedly made.

and the processing unit is used for processing the problem of the fax according to the transmission sound.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a method for monitoring the fax line and recording the audio based on the network, which comprises the following steps:
receiving a monitoring starting instruction sent by monitoring equipment when a fax task occurs;
acquiring transmission sound of the fax according to the monitoring starting instruction, wherein the transmission sound represents different transmission states of the fax through different tones;
and processing the problem of the fax according to the transmission sound.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring starting instruction sent by the monitoring equipment when the fax task occurs is received, the transmission sound of the fax is obtained according to the monitoring starting instruction, and the fax is processed according to the transmission sound, so that a user can simply process the fax when the fax has a problem.
