Abstract

本发明公开一种产生按压声音的键盘开关,包括一基座与一盖子,该盖子盖合于基座上形成一容置腔体,该容置腔体中设置有一按压组件、一弹簧与一导通组件,该弹簧位于按压组件底部与基座之间,且该按压组件上端位于盖子上端,所述按压组件上设置有一按压块,所述基座上分别设置有一导引斜面与一弹性件,该弹性件的一端部位于按压块的正下方,且位于导引斜面的正上方,该按压块位于导引斜面侧边。本发明充分利用内部空间,能够在键盘开关尽量小的前提下,使键盘开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感,并使得在按压过程中能够产生声音,解决长期以来超薄键盘开关中由于空间限制无法像大键盘开关一样产生声音的问题,提升用户感受。

一种产生按压声音的键盘开关
技术领域
本发明涉及键盘开关,尤其涉及一种产生按压声音的键盘开关。
背景技术
电子设备的很多操作需要使用到键盘开关作为输入手段,键盘开关的好坏决定了输入设备的体验,这就需要键盘开关具有良好的手感和声感。现有采用金属片作为动触片的薄型键盘开关因为开关内部空间的限制,金属片的弹力相对不足,缺乏按压手感。生产厂家不断从金属片材料、形状等各个方面进行改进,以增加按压感受,但一直仅限于对按压触感的改进,由于薄型键盘开关内部空间的限制,始终无法像大键盘开关一样具有按压声音。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种产生按压声音的键盘开关,充分利用内部空间,能够在键盘开关尽量小的前提下,使键盘开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感,并使得在按压过程中能够产生声音,解决长期以来超薄键盘开关中由于空间限制无法像大键盘开关一样产生声音的问题,提升用户感受。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种产生按压声音的键盘开关,包括一基座与一盖子,该盖子盖合于基座上形成一容置腔体,该容置腔体中设置有一按压组件、一弹簧与一导通组件,该弹簧位于按压组件底部与基座之间,且该按压组件上端位于盖子上端,其特征在于,所述按压组件上设置有一按压块,所述基座上分别设置有一导引斜面与一弹性件,该弹性件的一端部位于按压块的正下方,且位于导引斜面的正上方,该按压块位于导引斜面侧边。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性件为扭簧,该扭簧包括簧体、连接于簧体上端的第一端部、及连接于簧体下端的第二端部,该扭簧的第一端部延伸至按压块正下方,第二端部固定连接于基座上,且该扭簧的第一端部与按压块下表面相抵接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述按压组件包括导芯,该按压块设置于导芯侧边,该按压块端部具有一倾斜面,且该按压块整体呈三角形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述按压组件包括导芯与平衡架,该按压块设置于导芯或平衡架侧边,该按压块端部具有一倾斜面,且该按压块整体呈三角形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述按压块下表面与按压组件的角度不大于90度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述按压块下表面的长度小于导引斜面下表面的宽度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基座内底部向上设置有一导柱,该导柱上设置有一导孔,所述按压组件下端设置有***导孔中的一定位柱,所述弹簧套设于导柱与定位柱外侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导通组件包括一动簧片与一静片,其中,所述动簧片包括一动簧引出片、设置于动簧引出片下端的第一***部、及设置于动簧引出片侧面上的一压合部与一动触点,该动簧引出片呈U状,且该动簧引出片具有一左动簧连接片、一右动簧连接片、及连接于左动簧连接片与右动簧连接片之间的弧形动簧连接片,该第一***部设置于左动簧连接片下端,该压合部与动触点设置于右动簧连接片侧边;所述静片具有一静片连接板、设置于静片连接板下端的第二***部、及设置于静片连接板上且与动触点相对应的静触点。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基座内底部中间位置处开设有供按压组件***的中容置槽,在该基座内底部上且位于中容置槽左侧开设有供导通组件***的左容置槽,在该基座内底部上且位于中容置槽右侧开设有供弹性件***的右容置槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述左容置槽内分别设置有供左动簧连接片***的第一插槽、用于支撑压合部的凸台、及供静片***的第二插槽;所述右容置槽内分别设置有供扭簧的簧体***的第三插槽、及用于容置扭簧的第一端部的第四插槽,该第三插槽侧边开设有供扭簧的第一端部穿出的一开口。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基座内底部上设置有一限位部,该限位部位于弹性件一端部的正上方,且位于按压块侧边。
本发明的有益效果为:通过按压组件上的按压块、基座上的导引斜面、及弹性件的配合结构设计,在按压组件下压过程中,弹性件通过导引斜面导引脱出按压块,弹性件势能释放敲击基座而发出声音,充分利用键盘开关内部空间,能够在键盘开关尽量小的前提下,使键盘开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感,并使得在按压过程中能够产生声音,解决长期以来超薄键盘开关中由于空间限制无法像大键盘开关一样产生声音的问题,提升用户感受。

实施例一:
请参照图1至图7,本实施例提供一种产生按压声音的键盘开关,包括一基座1与一盖子2,该盖子2盖合于基座1上形成一容置腔体,该容置腔体中设置有一按压组件、一弹簧4与一导通组件5,该弹簧4位于按压组件底部与基座1之间,且该按压组件上端位于盖子2上端,所述按压组件上设置有一按压块31,所述基座1上分别设置有一导引斜面11与一弹性件6,该弹性件6的一端部位于按压块31的正下方,且位于导引斜面11的正上方,该按压块31位于导引斜面11侧边,用于按压弹性件6。
在本实施例中,如图4与图5所示,所述弹性件6为扭簧6',该扭簧6'包括簧体61'、连接于簧体61'上端的第一端部62'、及连接于簧体61'下端的第二端部63',该扭簧6'的第一端部62'延伸至按压块31正下方,第二端部63'固定连接于基座1上,且该扭簧6'的第一端部62'与按压块31下表面相抵接,当按压组件被向下按压时,带动按压块31下压,基座1上的导引斜面11导引扭簧6'的第一端部62'脱出按压块31,回弹复位敲击基座1产生声音。
同时,如图7所示,所述按压组件包括导芯3,该按压块31设置于导芯3侧边,该按压块31整体呈三角形,且该按压块31端部具有一倾斜面311,在按压块31下压时,倾斜面311的设置,对导引扭簧6'的第一端部62'脱离按压块31的动作起到进一步导引的作用。
同时,所述按压块31下表面与按压组件的角度不大于90度。
如图4所示,作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述按压块31下表面的长度小于导引斜面11下表面的宽度,若按压块31下表面的长度大于或等于导引斜面11下表面的宽度,那么在按压块31下压的过程中,扭簧6'的第一端部62'移动到导引斜面11下端时,扭簧6'的第一端部62'依然无法脱离按压块31,只有将按压块31下表面的长度设定成小于导引斜面11下表面的宽度,则扭簧6'的第一端部62'在导引斜面11上不断倾斜向下移动时,未移动到导引斜面11下端,扭簧6'的第一端部62'已脱出按压块31,便于扭簧6'回弹复位敲击基座1产生声音。
如图2所示,所述基座1内底部向上设置有一导柱12,该导柱12上设置有一导孔121,所述按压组件下端设置有***导孔121中的一定位柱32,所述弹簧4套设于导柱12与定位柱32外侧。
如图6所示,所述导通组件5包括一动簧片51与一静片52,其中,所述动簧片51包括一动簧引出片511、设置于动簧引出片511下端的第一***部512、及设置于动簧引出片511侧面上的一压合部513与一动触点514,该动簧引出片511呈U状,且该动簧引出片511具有一左动簧连接片5111、一右动簧连接片5112、及连接于左动簧连接片5111与右动簧连接片5112之间的弧形动簧连接片5113,该第一***部512设置于左动簧连接片5111下端,该压合部513与动触点514设置于右动簧连接片5112侧边;所述静片52具有一静片连接板521、设置于静片连接板521下端的第二***部522、及设置于静片连接板521上且与动触点514相对应的静触点523。
如图2、图3所示,所述基座1内底部中间位置处开设有供按压组件***的中容置槽13,在该基座1内底部上且位于中容置槽13左侧开设有供导通组件5***的左容置槽14,在该基座1内底部上且位于中容置槽13右侧开设有供弹性件6***的右容置槽15。所述左容置槽14内分别设置有供左动簧连接片5111***的第一插槽141、用于支撑压合部513的凸台142、及供静片52***的第二插槽143;所述右容置槽15内分别设置有供扭簧6'的簧体61'***的第三插槽151、及用于容置扭簧6'的第一端部62'的第四插槽152,该第三插槽151侧边开设有供扭簧6'的第一端部62'穿出的一开口1511。
同时,所述基座1内底部上设置有一限位部16,该限位部16位于弹性件6一端部的正上方,且位于按压块31侧边。
实施例二:
如图8所示,本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于:所述按压组件包括导芯3与平衡架7,该按压块31设置于导芯3或平衡架7侧边,该按压块31端部具有一倾斜面311,且该按压块31整体呈三角形。
在本实施例中,平衡架7对导芯3进行定位,当按压按压组件的四个角落时,平衡架7可使得按压组件的中心轴始终垂直于基座1导柱12的中心轴,使得在按压过程中,按压组件不容易发生倾斜或卡键,从而保证键盘开关在按压过程中,操作省力、手感顺畅、指压触感好。
本发明的工作原理为:使用时,当按压组件被向下按压时,按压组件的定位柱32顺着基座1的导柱12导孔121往下运动,弹簧4被挤压,同时,触使动簧片51的动触点514与静片52的静触点523相接触,实现键盘开关的导通;同时,在按压组件向下按压的过程中,按压组件上的按压块31下压弹性件扭簧6'的第一端部62',扭簧6'的第一端部62'通过基座1上的导引斜面11脱出按压组件上的按压块31,弹性件势能释放敲击键盘开关基座1而发出声音;当按压组件上的按压力被去除时,因弹簧4的弹性恢复力,按压组件向上移动恢复到按压前的位置,触使动簧片51的动触点514与静片52的静触点523断开接触,实现键盘开关的断开。
本发明的重点主要在于,通过按压组件上的按压块、基座上的导引斜面、及弹性件的配合结构设计,在按压组件下压过程中,弹性件通过导引斜面导引脱出按压块,弹性件势能释放敲击基座而发出声音,充分利用键盘开关内部空间,能够在键盘开关尽量小的前提下,使键盘开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感,并使得在按压过程中能够产生声音,解决长期以来超薄键盘开关中由于空间限制无法像大键盘开关一样产生声音的问题,提升用户感受。

所述弹性件为扭簧,该扭簧包括簧体、连接于簧体上端的第一端部、及连接于簧体下端的第二端部,该扭簧的第一端部延伸至按压块正下方,第二端部固定连接于基座上,且该扭簧的第一端部与按压块下表面相抵接;
所述按压组件包括导芯,该按压块设置于导芯侧边,该按压块端部具有一倾斜面,且该按压块整体呈三角形;
所述按压块下表面与按压组件的角度不大于90度;
所述按压块下表面的长度小于导引斜面下表面的宽度;
