Abstract
本发明公开了空气净化器,在空气净化器内主体结构是上下层无机泡沫材料,无机泡沫材料浸涂纳米材料光触媒,下层无机泡沫材料的中部四周设置入风口,上层无机泡沫材料的上方设置出风口。下层的无机泡沫材料底部设置水槽、抽水泵、带有透明防水罩的紫外灯,抽水泵连接喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴喷蘑菇状花型喷泉。涡扇的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道。本发明水槽注入水,抽水泵抽水从喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴上喷出形成蘑菇状花型均匀水膜,雾霾空气在涡扇吸力作用下,穿过水膜净化,无机泡沫材料浸涂纳米材料光触媒在紫外灯照射下,无机泡沫材料载体纳米光触媒材料反复触发净化对于甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等污染物具有效降解和消毒分解作,无机泡沫材料消声,噪声音变小。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化领域,具体涉及一种室内过滤空气净化器。
背景技术
近些年随着工业废气、生活燃煤、汽车尾气汽车的增加,空气污染呈现严重的趋势,雾霾天较多。雾霾中PM2.5小粒子可以入侵人体的呼吸道。室内空气污染主要是由于各种原因导致室内空气有害物质超标,因而影响人体健康状况,随着污染程度的加剧,人体产生亚健康。家具问题、建筑问题、装饰装修问题已经成为室内环境污染的三大主要问题。由于室内环境污染问题是一个非常复杂的问题,包括材料、工艺、消费者所在环境和在使用当中的误区,都会造成室内环境污染。如粉尘颗粒物、可吸附微生物、甲醛、苯、TVOC等。现在室内过滤空气净化器,虽然能过净化滤空气,但存在洁净空气量小、净化效率低、风量小、噪声音大、需要经常更换的缺点。
发明内容
本发明针对避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提出了一种室内过滤空气净化器。
本发明空气净化器的结构特点是:在空气净化器内主体结构是上下层无机泡沫材料,无机泡沫材料浸涂纳米材料光触媒,下层无机泡沫材料的中部四周设置入风口,上层无机泡沫材料的上方设置出风口。在所述入净化器内主体结构的下层的无机泡沫材料底部设置水槽。在所述水槽底部设置抽水泵。在所述抽水泵的旁边设置带有透明防水罩的紫外灯。在所述抽水泵接水管伸置下层的无机泡沫材料顶部,连接喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴。在所述喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴上设置涡扇,涡扇的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道。在所述涡扇的前后设置上下层无机泡沫材料,在所述上层无机泡沫材料顶部设置多层褶皱HEPA过滤滤芯。
所述的无机泡沫材料,是指泡沫玻璃、泡沫陶瓷、泡沫金属其中的一种。
本发明有益效果:
1.本发明在工作时,水槽注入水,抽水泵抽水从喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴上喷出形成蘑菇状花型均匀水膜,雾霾空气在涡扇吸力作用下,穿过水膜净化,无机泡沫材料浸涂纳米材料光触媒在紫外灯照射下,雾霾空气穿过无机泡沫材料载体纳米光触媒材料反复触发净化对于甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氨、TVOC等污染物具有效降解和消毒分解作。
本发明设置无机泡沫材料由于是泡沫空腔,涡扇的出风经过的部分噪声音被消除空气动力性噪声,有益吸收消声,噪声音变小。

如图1所示,本实施例中空气净化器,在净化器内主体结构是1、2玻璃泡沫材料;3紫外灯;4抽水泵;5接水管;6喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴;7蘑菇状花型喷泉;8涡扇;9多层褶皱HEPA过滤滤芯;10水槽;11入风口;12出风口;13透明防水罩。
具体实施中本发明室内过滤空气净化器的结构特点是:在净化器内主体结构是上下层1、2玻璃泡沫材料,1、2玻璃泡沫材料浸涂纳米材料光触媒,下层1玻璃泡沫材料的中部四周设置11入风口,上层2玻璃泡沫材料的上方设置12出风口。在所述入净化器内主体结构的1下层的玻璃泡沫材料底部设置10水槽。在所述10水槽底部设置4抽水泵。在所述4抽水泵的旁边设置带有13透明防水罩的3紫外灯。在所述4抽水泵5接水管伸置下层的玻璃泡沫材料顶部,连接6喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴。泉嘴喷7蘑菇状花型喷泉,在所述6喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴上设置8涡扇,8涡扇的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道。在所述涡扇的前后设置1、2上下层玻璃泡沫材料,在所述上层2玻璃泡沫材料顶部设置9多层褶皱HEPA过滤滤芯。

1.空气净化器,其特征在于: 在空气净化器内主体结构是上下层无机泡沫材料,无机泡沫材料浸涂纳米材料光触媒,下层无机泡沫材料的中部四周设置入风口,上层无机泡沫材料的上方设置出风口,在所述入净化器内主体结构的下层的无机泡沫材料底部设置水槽,在所述水槽底部设置抽水泵,在所述抽水泵的旁边设置带有透明防水罩的紫外灯,在所述抽水泵接水管伸置下层的无机泡沫材料顶部,连接喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴,在所述喷蘑菇状花型喷泉嘴上设置涡扇,涡扇的出风由下往上引向出风口形成风道,在所述涡扇的前后设置上下层无机泡沫材料,在所述上层无机泡沫材料顶部设置多层褶皱HEPA过滤滤芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无机泡沫材料,是指泡沫玻璃、泡沫陶瓷、泡沫金属其中的一种。
