本发明公开了一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀,它包括阀体(1)、蝶板(2)和传动轴(3),传动轴(3)垂向贯穿阀体(1)设置,阀体(1)内设置有蝶板(2),蝶板(2)安装于传动轴(3)上,节流调节板A(7)与导流板A(4)的圆弧形面(6)相配合,节流调节板B(8)与导流板B(5)的圆弧形面(6)相配合,节流调节板A(7)与蝶板(2)上表面及导流板A(4)下表面之间形成有曲折通道I(10),所述的节流调节板B(8)与蝶板(2)下表面及导流板B(5)上表面之间形成有曲折通道II(11)。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单、有效调节进口介质压力、在憋压时不会引起振动和噪音、使用安全可靠、寿命长。

一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀结构的技术领域,特别是一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的蝶阀构造是由阀体、蝶板、转动轴、密封件和操作装置所组成。一般情况,蝶阀只起开关作用,及在工作时要么全关,要么全开。一般蝶阀不能对介质进行憋压,即调高蝶阀进口压力;一旦蝶阀进行憋压,就会引起蝶板和阀体振动产生噪音,影响蝶阀的使用寿命。一般情况,蝶阀只起开关作用,即在工作时要么全关,要么全开。当蝶阀用于憋压时,需要调高蝶阀进口介质的压力,而蝶阀出口压力维持原来的压力,这样使蝶阀进出口压差增大。介质降压的过程,就是消耗介质所含的能量的过程。介质流经阀体与蝶板形成的间隙时,由于此间隙流阻很小,而此时介质压差较大,故,介质的流速就会很高,会在蝶板后产生扰流,从而破坏蝶板的平衡,而产生振动,同时,蝶板左右端部,间隙最大,介质产生的影响也最大,加之,其与转动轴心形成的力臂也最长,这也加剧了蝶阀的振动。阀门开度越小,振动越大。另外,由于阀体与蝶板形成的间隙流阻很小,介质流过蝶板后,未耗尽介质的多余能量,这部分多余的能量,还将会以振动和噪音的方式出现。振动和噪音就是能量的转换,如介质的多余能量被阀门自身全部消耗,介质就没有能量产生振动和噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、有效调节进口介质压力、在憋压时不会引起振动和噪音、使用寿命长的防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀,它包括阀体、蝶板和传动轴,所述的传动轴垂向贯穿阀体设置,阀体内设置有蝶板,蝶板安装于传动轴上,所述的阀体内壁上且位于阀体左右侧设置有导流板A和导流板B,导流板的端部设置有圆弧形面,圆弧形面的圆心与传动轴轴线重合,所述的蝶板的上下表面分别设置有位于传动轴两侧的节流调节板A和节流调节板B,节流调节板上布置有多个节流小孔, 节流调节板的外表面为圆弧形面,节流调节板A与导流板A的圆弧形面相配合,节流调节板B与导流板B的圆弧形面相配合,所述的节流调节板A与蝶板上表面及导流板A下表面之间形成有曲折通道I,所述的节流调节板B与蝶板下表面及导流板B上表面之间形成有曲折通道II。
所述的导流板为上下端厚、右端部薄的钢件。
所述的导流板焊接于阀体上。
所述的节流调节板为不锈钢板。
所述的节流调节板焊接于蝶板上。
所述的节流调节板与蝶板之间焊接有加强筋。
所述的传动轴的另一端连接有操作装置。
所述的圆弧形面为不锈钢且其上加工有均压槽。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)在憋压时,由于节流小孔和曲折通道的平稳减压,能够轻易地提高阀前介质压力,同时不会产生振动和噪音,因此延长了蝶阀的使用寿命。(2)本发明通过减小或增大曲折通道的节流面积和节流调节板的节流面积,实现了蝶阀对介质压力大范围的平稳调节,而不会引起振动产生噪音,进一步调节蝶阀进口介质压力。(3)在憋压时,从两侧对介质进行减压,使蝶板受力均匀、所受力矩平衡,无机械振动。(4)曲折通道和节流小孔均能够快速、有效的消耗介质的能量,实现快速降压。(5)导流板还缩短了蝶板的受力力臂,提高了蝶板的抗弯强度,延长了蝶阀的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1~2所示,一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀,它包括阀体1、蝶板2和传动轴3,所述的传动轴3垂向贯穿阀体1设置,阀体1内设置有蝶板2,蝶板2安装于传动轴3上,所述的阀体1内壁上且位于阀体1左右侧设置有导流板A4和导流板B5,导流板的端部设置有圆弧形面6,圆弧形面6的圆心与传动轴3轴线重合,所述的蝶板2的上下表面分别设置有位于传动轴3两侧的节流调节板A7和节流调节板B8,节流调节板上布置有多个节流小孔9, 节流调节板的外表面为圆弧形面6,节流调节板A7与导流板A4的圆弧形面6相配合,节流调节板B8与导流板B5的圆弧形面6相配合。为防止蝶阀在憋压时导流板与节流调节板卡涉甚至卡死,根据蝶阀规格和使用温度留够导流板与节流调节板之间的距离。
如图2所示,节流调节板A7与蝶板2上表面及导流板A4下表面之间形成有曲折通道I10,曲折通道I10与节流调节板A7上的节流小孔9连通,所述的节流调节板B8与蝶板2下表面及导流板B5上表面之间形成有曲折通道II11,曲折通道II11与节流调节板B8上的节流小孔9连通。
所述的导流板为上下端厚、右端部薄的钢件,本实施例中右端部薄钢件的圆弧形面为不锈钢,并加工有均压槽,导流板焊接于阀体1上;所述的节流调节板为为不锈钢板,本实施例中金属板为不锈钢板,节流调节板焊接于蝶板2上;所述的节流调节板与蝶板2之间焊接有加强筋12,以加强蝶板2与节流调节板连接强度;所述的传动轴3的另一端连接有操作装置13,操作装置13用于驱动传动轴3旋转;所述的圆弧形面6为不锈钢且其上加工有均压槽。
本发明的工作过程如下:经阀体进口向阀体1中通入高压介质,憋压时,一小部分介质依次经节流调节板A7上的节流小孔9、曲折通道I10流到阀体出口,同时一小部分介质依次经弯曲通道II11、节流调节板B8上的节流小孔9流到阀体出口,实现了从两侧平稳降低压力,不会产生振动和噪音。顺时针或逆时针旋转传动轴3,使蝶板2顺时针或逆时针转动,从而减小或增大曲折通道的节流面积和节流调节板的节流面积,大范围进一步调节蝶阀进口介质压力。

1.一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀,其特征在于:它包括阀体(1)、蝶板(2)和传动轴(3),所述的传动轴(3)垂向贯穿阀体(1)设置,阀体(1)内设置有蝶板(2),蝶板(2)安装于传动轴(3)上,所述的阀体(1)内壁上且位于阀体(1)左右侧设置有导流板A(4)和导流板B(5),在以阀体为中心的视角下,所述的导流板为上下端厚、右端部薄的钢件,导流板焊接于阀体上,导流板的端部设置有圆弧形面A(6),所述的圆弧形面A(6)为不锈钢且其上加工有均压槽,圆弧形面A(6)的圆心与传动轴(3)轴线重合,所述的蝶板(2)的上下表面分别设置有位于传动轴(3)两侧的节流调节板A(7)和节流调节板B(8),节流调节板上布置有多个节流小孔(9), 节流调节板的外表面为圆弧形面B,节流调节板A(7)与导流板A(4)的圆弧形面A(6)相配合,节流调节板B(8)与导流板B(5)的圆弧形面A(6)相配合,所述的节流调节板A(7)与蝶板(2)上表面及导流板A(4)下表面之间形成有曲折通道I(10),所述的节流调节板B(8)与蝶板(2)下表面及导流板B(5)上表面之间形成有曲折通道II(11),所述的节流调节板焊接于蝶板(2)上,缩短了蝶板(2)的受力力臂,所述的节流调节板与蝶板(2)之间焊接有加强筋(12),该蝶阀的工作过程为:经阀体进口向阀体(1)中通入高压介质,憋压时,一小部分介质依次经节流调节板A(7)上的节流小孔(9)、曲折通道I(10)流到阀体出口,同时一小部分介质依次经弯曲通道II(11)、节流调节板B(8)上的节流小孔(9)流到阀体出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的导流板焊接于阀体(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的节流调节板为不锈钢板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防振动防噪音憋压蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的传动轴(3)的另一端连接有操作装置(13)。
