背景技术
随着人们对现代生活质量的要求的提高,家居室内摆放绿色植物、花瓶插花等摆设观赏不可缺少,但是真花和枕植物在室内很难养护,人们开始对仿真花草树木的喜爱和选择,仿真花草树木不但美观,而且不用养护,制造仿真花草树木的材料主要是丝绸、塑料等,生产出来的花草树木惟妙惟肖,鲜丽逼真,形态万千,深受消费者的青睐,需求量层递增趋势。仿真花草树木用料各异,新材料也层出不穷,如用皱纸做的花枝,但是其缺点是脏了不能用水洗;如用丝绢制作的花枝,其缺点是不耐脏、不耐污,多次水洗后会掉色;如用水晶塑料做的花枝,其缺点是仿真度不高,给人有种生硬的感觉,而且会掉色,带静电。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仿真植物表面功能增强膜,具有本技术的表面功能增强膜的花草树木,具有仿真度高、手感与色调逼真、抗变旧、防紫外线,经久耐用,易清洗、免维护、美化环境、净化室内空气,对人体有益。
本发明提供一种仿真植物表面功能增强膜的制备工艺,将布料经过冲压、染色、第一次烘干、成型后,浸泡在水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液中,捞起后第二次烘干,即得到仿真植物表面功能增强膜。其中水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液包括水性聚氨酯,纳米负离子粉,纳米二氧化钛粉,纳米二氧化硅粉,悬浮剂,分散剂,水性丙烯酸酯,水性固化剂,纯净水,花香剂,二羟甲基丙酸,消泡剂。此工艺中,水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液,其中水性聚氨酯,水性丙烯酸酯,能使得花朵有润实感,解决怕水、易脏、掉色问题;其中纳米二氧化硅、二氧化钛,在微柔光和可见光下发生催化反应,有效杀菌,除甲醛和细菌;其中配方中纳米负离子粉,能与空气中的水分发生物理化学反应,释放出小粒径负离子,杀菌净化空气;消泡剂使得混合浸渍液没有气泡,形成稳定性好的自乳化性溶液
在一些实施方式中,浸泡的方式为将成型的布料分开用尼龙线穿连在一起,放入水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液。可以防止成型的布料,发生变形或者粘合在一起。
在一些实施方式中,浸泡的时间为2-10秒。浸泡时间短,能防止成型的布料发生变形或粘合在一起。

在一些实施方式中,水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液包括,重量百分比为33%的水性聚氨酯,重量百分比为5%的纳米负离子粉,重量百分比为5%的纳米二氧化钛粉,重量百分比为5%的纳米二氧化硅粉,重量百分比为2%的悬浮剂,重量百分比为2%的分散剂,重量百分比为11%的水性丙烯酸酯,重量百分比为1.3%的水性固化剂,重量百分比为31.4%的纯水,重量百分比为0.6%的花香剂,重量百分比为3%的二羟甲基丙酸,重量百分比为0.7%的消泡剂。优化水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液的配方比例,使得到最优化的仿真植物表面功能增强膜。
在一些实施方式中,水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液的调制方式为,将水性聚氨酯,纳米负离子粉,纳米二氧化钛粉,纳米二氧化硅粉,悬浮剂,分散剂,水性丙烯酸酯,水性固化剂,纯净水加入到容器中搅拌均匀,再加入花香剂,二羟甲基丙酸和消泡剂,进行高速搅拌。此调配方式,能够消除水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液中的泡沫,得到没有气泡,稳定性好的自乳化性溶液。

实施案例1:将丝绸布,作为花体材料,先将丝绸布经冲压成花片,再调色染色,烘干后,经压型机模具压制成花的造型,将压制好的花片,放入已搅拌均匀的水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液浸泡,用尼龙线将花片,分片穿在一起,放入水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液中浸泡后2秒捞起,抖去多余的溶液,置于烘干室挂起,进行5分钟的烘干处理,然后将烘干的花片进行粘合组装,得到成品。
其中,水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液,是将重量百分比为33%的水性聚氨酯,重量百分比为5%的纳米负离子粉,重量百分比为5%的纳米锐钛型二氧化钛粉,重量百分比为5%的纳米二氧化硅粉,重量百分比为2%的悬浮剂,重量百分比为2%的分散剂,重量百分比为11%的水性丙烯酸酯,重量百分比为1.3%的水性固化剂,重量百分比为31.4%的纯水,加入到容器中搅拌均匀,再加入重量百分比为0.6%的花香剂,重量百分比为3%的二羟甲基丙酸,重量百分比为0.7%的消泡剂,进行高速搅拌得到。
实施案例2:将涤纶布,作为叶片材料,先将涤纶布经冲压成叶片,再调色染色,烘干后,经压型机模具压制成花的造型,将压制好的叶片,放入已搅拌均匀的水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液浸泡,用尼龙线将叶片,分片穿在一起,放入水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液中浸泡后10秒捞起,抖去多余的溶液,置于烘干室挂起,进行10分钟的烘干处理,然后将烘干的叶片进行粘合组装,得到成品。其中,水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液,按实施案例1配制。
实施案例3:将无纺布,作为叶片材料,先将无纺布经冲压成叶片,再调色染色,烘干后,经压型机模具压制成花的造型,将压制好的叶片,放入已搅拌均匀的水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液浸泡,用尼龙线将叶片,分片穿在一起,放入水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液中浸泡后5秒捞起,抖去多余的溶液,置于烘干室挂起,进行8分钟的烘干处理,然后将烘干的叶进行粘合组装,得到成品。其中,水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液,按实施案例1配制。

6.权利要求1所述一种仿真植物表面功能增强膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯负离子纳米混合液的调制方式为,将水性聚氨酯,纳米负离子粉,纳米二氧化钛粉,纳米二氧化硅粉,悬浮剂,分散剂,水性丙烯酸酯,水性固化剂,纯净水加入到容器中搅拌均匀,再加入花香剂,二羟甲基丙酸和消泡剂,进行高速搅拌。
7.权利要求1所述一种仿真植物表面功能增强膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述布料包括丝绸布,涤纶布,无纺布,绷绢布。
8.权利要求1或5或6所述一种仿真植物表面功能增强膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化钛粉的晶型为锐钛型。
