Abstract
本发明提供一种衣物防霉剂,所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:钛酸四丁酯3‑5份、甘油3‑5份、硬脂酰胺0.3‑0.5份、硫酸钠1‑2份、醋酸乙烯酯0.2‑0.4份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3‑5份、乙醇30‑35份。本发明还提供其制备方法。本发明的衣物防霉剂能够对棉、麻、毛、维尼龙、尼龙、腈纶喷丝等纺织品有效防霉。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种衣物防霉剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品品种繁多,多数易发生霉变,如棉、麻、毛、维尼龙、尼龙、腈纶喷丝等。因而纺织产品和原料的贮存也成为这些企业的难题。为了防止纺织产品的霉变,许多工厂不得不加强从原料到产品加工整个过程的卫生管理。但是在很多情况下,控制微生物的初始污染量或者设置种种不利于微生物生长的环境条件通常是不可能做到的,还需要使用防霉剂以控制微生物对生产环境、材料、产品的污染和损害。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种衣物防霉剂,能够对所有材质的纺织品有效防霉;为此,本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明提供一种衣物防霉剂,所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:钛酸四丁酯3-5份、甘油3-5份、硬脂酰胺0.3-0.5份、硫酸钠1-2份、醋酸乙烯酯0.2-0.4份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份、乙醇30-35份。
作为优选,所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:钛酸四丁酯4份、甘油4份、硬脂酰胺0.4份、硫酸钠1.5份、醋酸乙烯酯0.3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份、乙醇32份。
本发明还提供上述防霉剂的制备方法,是将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、硬脂酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯、乙醇加热至50-60℃,搅拌1-2小时,再加入配方量的其余组分搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后得到的。
经试验,本发明的衣物防霉剂能够对棉、麻、毛、维尼龙、尼龙、腈纶喷丝等纺织品有效防霉。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为市售。
实施例1
本发明的衣物防霉剂的配方为:
钛酸四丁酯4g、甘油4g、硬脂酰胺0.4g、硫酸钠1.5g、醋酸乙烯酯0.3g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4g、乙醇32g。
本发明的衣物防霉剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、硬脂酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯、乙醇加热至55℃,搅拌1.5小时,再加入配方量的其余组分搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后,得到衣物防霉剂。
实施例2
本发明的衣物防霉剂的配方为:
钛酸四丁酯3g、甘油5g、硬脂酰胺0.5g、硫酸钠1g、醋酸乙烯酯0.2g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5g、乙醇30g。
本发明的衣物防霉剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、硬脂酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯、乙醇加热至50℃,搅拌2小时,再加入配方量的其余组分搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后,得到衣物防霉剂。
实施例3
本发明的衣物防霉剂的配方为:
钛酸四丁酯5g、甘油3g、硬脂酰胺0.3g、硫酸钠2g、醋酸乙烯酯0.4g、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3g、乙醇35g。
本发明的衣物防霉剂的制备方法为:
将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、硬脂酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯、乙醇加热至60℃,搅拌1小时,再加入配方量的其余组分搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后,得到衣物防霉剂。

1.一种衣物防霉剂,其特征在于:所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:钛酸四丁酯3-5份、甘油3-5份、硬脂酰胺0.3-0.5份、硫酸钠1-2份、醋酸乙烯酯0.2-0.4份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3-5份、乙醇30-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物防霉剂,其特征在于:所述防霉剂由以下质量份数的各组分组成:钛酸四丁酯4份、甘油4份、硬脂酰胺0.4份、硫酸钠1.5份、醋酸乙烯酯0.3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4份、乙醇32份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的防霉剂的制备方法,其特征在于:是将配方量的钛酸四丁酯、硬脂酰胺、醋酸乙烯酯、乙醇加热至50-60℃,搅拌1-2小时,再加入配方量的其余组分搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后得到的。
