背景技术
随着社会的发展人民生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注身体健康与生活环境。随着科技的进步,市场上涌现了繁多的厨房卫生洗涤剂,确实给人们带来了很多方便。但有的厨房洗涤剂有较强的腐蚀性会灼伤皮肤,所含的氯化氨和其它物质会释放出有害气体,而在餐具洗涤剂中有的为了延长保存时间,加入甲醛能增强杀菌功能,但有一定的毒性。烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、胺四乙酸钠等其它助剂,这些化学成份虽然在允许值范围内毒性较小,但长期使用在餐具上有一定的残留物,食用后在身体内产生积累作用有害人体健康,为了消除上述弊端就只有多次漂洗来去除残留物,自然会增加用水量。为了实现叶片洗碗机的洗涤要求,选用市场上的洗洁剂,用量少了则油腻多的碗盘难洗净,否则洗涤时增长;如果多投放洗涤剂,泡沫多,洗涤水的流动性受阻,水的压力受到影响,泡沫难以清除,为了清除泡沫使餐具无残留,必须增加清洗次数,次数增加水量增加耗时耗能。众所周知目前现有清洗剂存在二次清洁不彻底、餐具在使用过程中会有些顽固污渍如色渍、茶渍等,用普通清洗剂是洗不掉的不易降解,长期使用会对人产生危害。虽然有的浸渍剂含有茶粕、皂角表面活性剂和增效剂,但在洗涤时清洗粉一遇水太光滑,摩擦力小,不易洗净。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决餐具清洗过程中顽固污渍难以除去的问题,而提供一种能快速清洁餐具顽固污渍的餐具浸渍粉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种餐具浸渍粉,原料干品包括主剂和助剂,其主剂和助剂的重量配比如下:
主剂由过碳酸钠组成,其重量百分比为60-70wt%;
所述助剂包括重量百分比1-5wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、重量百分比1-5wt%的聚丙烯酸钠、重量百分比10-30wt%的硫酸钠、重量百分比1-5wt%的葡萄糖酸钠、重量百分比1-5wt%五水偏硅酸钠。
优选的,所述过碳酸钠重量百分比为65wt%。
所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量百分比3wt%、聚丙烯酸钠重量百分比1wt%、硫酸钠重量百分比27wt%、葡萄糖酸钠重量百分比2wt%、五水偏硅酸钠重量百分比2wt%。
本实施例中浸渍粉的制作方法是:先将10-30wt%的硫酸钠和1-5wt%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、重量百分比1-5wt%聚丙烯酸钠均匀混合后,向上述混合物中加入重量百分比1-5wt%葡萄糖酸钠、重量百分比1-5wt%五水偏硅酸钠,再混合均匀,最后加入60-70wt%过碳酸钠充分混合均匀后成粉末,温度降至常温即可。
在制作步骤中,优选的所述过碳酸钠重量百分比为65wt%,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量百分比3wt%、聚丙烯酸钠重量百分比1wt%、硫酸钠重量百分比27wt%、葡萄糖酸钠重量百分比2wt%、五水偏硅酸钠重量百分比2wt%。

本实施例中浸渍粉的制作方法是:先将10-30wt%的硫酸钠和1-5wt%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、重量百分比1-5wt%聚丙烯酸钠三类成份均匀混合后,向上述混合物中加入重量百分比1-5wt%葡萄糖酸钠、重量百分比1-5wt%五水偏硅酸钠,再混合均匀,最后加入60-70wt%过碳酸钠充分混合均匀后,无大结块,温度降至常温可以包装;复配过程中避免有水接触。为了更优的除去餐具表面顽固污渍,在本实施例优选的方案中,所述过碳酸钠重量百分比为65wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量百分比3wt%、聚丙烯酸钠重量百分比1wt%、硫酸钠重量百分比27wt%、葡萄糖酸钠重量百分比2wt%、五水偏硅酸钠重量百分比2wt%。表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对污渍润湿和溶解作用,使得污渍最终与餐具脱离达到清洗的作用。过碳酸钠在60℃热水中溶解释放活性氧对餐具表面残留色渍发色基团有氧化作用,达到去除色渍的效果,餐具恢复亮洁如新。所述聚丙烯酸钠能螯合 水中钙、镁、铁、锌等金属离子形成不溶性的盐,通过分子交联凝胶化沉淀来实现的,硬水得到软化提升洗涤效果。
所述过碳酸钠是碳酸钠和过氧化氢的加成复合物,过碳酸钠具有无毒,无臭,无污染等优点,并被称为″绿色氧化剂,还具有漂白,杀菌,洗涤,水溶性好等特点。所述过碳酸钠是用硫酸盐和硅酸盐等物质包裹过氧化氢,得到包衣的过碳酸钠来提高存储稳定性的要求。过碳酸钠漂白原理是利用包裹过氧化氢在碱性条件下极易分解的原理,产生活性氧破坏色素的共轭键达到消色目的。碳酸钠在溶解中提供碱度有助于油污去除。过碳酸钠的优在于存储的稳定性和与其它助剂的配伍性能良好。在低温条件下可以使用,本实施例中65wt%过碳酸钠中含有8.5wt%活性氧,活性氧浓度越高,漂白杀菌效果越好。在低温下就能发挥作用,60℃时溶解速度快搅拌情况下10-15Min可以发挥效力,防止溶解过程中产生大量泡沫考虑外溢,过碳酸钠含量不易过高。没有助剂帮助全部用过碳酸钠是不能完成去污渍的,污渍表面油污会阻挡活性氧进入,无法完成去渍,必须用表面活性先去除油污后,才能发挥过碳酸钠功效。
本实施例的餐具浸渍粉在使用过程中,可向每1000克温度为60-70℃的温水中在常温下加入10克本发明浸渍粉,待搅动完全溶解后,将餐具放入溶液中浸泡10分钟进行常规洗涤本配方中有高含量的表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚对重油污环境使用,通过乳化作用使得油污由不溶于水变成溶于水从餐具表面脱离分散到水中,达到去油目的,配合聚丙烯酸钠防止油污再次沉积到餐具表面二次污染。葡萄糖酸钠在高温螯合高铁离子,除去铁离子对过碳酸钠氧化过程的干扰,助剂协同作用过碳酸钠发挥更完美效果。由于各地方水质硬度不同会对洗涤效果有影响,本配方中加入水处理剂聚丙烯酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠软化水质减少水垢生成,对洗涤有协同增效 作用。所述五水偏硅酸钠能提供洗涤过程中所需碱度,提高洗涤能力,对金属、釉、瓷表面有保护作用。全方位设计考量去除顽固污渍,解决普通清洗剂无法解决的难题。
本实施例的浸渍粉具有去污力强,快速除去咖啡渍、茶渍等色渍。对各种不同材质餐具铝、不锈钢、塑料都安全。产品稳定贮存时间长,对环境友好,使用安全卫生,是大型餐饮企业的青睐一款清洁剂产品。

Claims (5)
1.一种餐具浸渍粉,其特征在于:原料干品包括主剂和助剂,其主剂和助剂的重量配比如下:
主剂由过碳酸钠组成,其重量百分比为60-70wt%;
所述助剂包括重量百分比1-5wt%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、重量百分比1-5wt%的聚丙烯酸钠、重量百分比10-30wt%的硫酸钠、重量百分比1-5wt%的葡萄糖酸钠、重量百分比1-5wt%五水偏硅酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐具浸渍粉,其特征在于:所述过碳酸钠重量百分比为65wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的餐具浸渍粉,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量百分比3wt%、聚丙烯酸钠重量百分比1wt%、硫酸钠重量百分比27wt%、葡萄糖酸钠重量百分比2wt%、五水偏硅酸钠重量百分比2wt%。
4.一种餐具浸渍粉制备方法,其特征在于,制备步骤为:
本实施例中浸渍粉的制作方法是:先将10-30wt%的硫酸钠和1-5wt%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、重量百分比1-5wt%聚丙烯酸钠均匀混合后,向上述混合物中加入重量百分比1-5wt%葡萄糖酸钠、重量百分比1-5wt%五水偏硅酸钠,再混合均匀,最后加入60-70wt%过碳酸钠充分混合均匀后成粉末,温度降至常温即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的餐具浸渍粉制备方法,其特征在于:所述过碳酸钠重量百分比为65wt%;所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚重量百分比3wt%、聚丙烯酸钠重量百分比1wt%、硫酸钠重量百分比27wt%、葡萄糖酸钠重量百分比2wt%、五水偏硅酸钠重量百分比2wt%。
