背景技术
目前,镁在常用金属中密度最小,是铁的1/4、铝的2/3,而且镁的比强度大,因此被广泛应用于汽车、摩托车、光学仪器、机械设备、计算机、手机、音响器材、航空、航海及国防等领域,被称为21世纪最具价值的绿色环保金属结构材料之一。镁在常用金属中是标准电极电位最负的金属,当与其他金属接触时,易发生电偶腐蚀。即使Fe、Ni、Co、Cu等金属以微量杂质状态存在,也会引起镁合金的严重腐蚀。因此,镁合金切削加工用油液的性能在镁合金的加工中显得至关重要。
市场现有镁合金切削液普遍存在润滑性能不足、镁合金抗腐蚀性能不强、矿物油含量高、油液生物降解性差、价格贵等缺点,无法满足实际使用过程中的需求,因此亟需开发一种低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液来解决现有技术中的问题。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,为低泡型切削液,冷却性和润滑性好,具有优异的抗磨防锈性能。

改性缓蚀剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份马来海松酸酐、3份甲醇和4份浓硫酸混合均匀,然后升温至65℃,保温5h,然后加入2份二乙醇胺和9份氢氧化钾混合均匀,升温至95℃,保温5h,冷却至室温得到改性缓蚀剂。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油25份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12份、EDTA螯合剂3份、缓蚀组合物8份、改性缓蚀剂2份、三乙醇胺5份、石油磺酸钠3.5份、甲基苯***3份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂2.5份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂5份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂2份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂4份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.2份、杀菌剂3份、消泡剂3份、水3份。
缓蚀组合物由含氮类高分子改性缓蚀剂和非磷非硅类高分子改性缓蚀剂按重量比2:5混合而成。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO-5、AEO-7和AEO-9按重量比1.5:4:2混合而成。
改性缓蚀剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份马来海松酸酐、4.5份甲醇和2份浓硫酸混合均匀,然后升温至72℃,保温3.5h,然后加入4份二乙醇胺和4份氢氧化钾混合均匀,升温至102℃,保温3.5h,冷却至室温得到改性缓蚀剂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油35份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、EDTA螯合剂7份、缓蚀组合物4份、改性缓蚀剂4份、三乙醇胺3份、石油磺酸钠4.5份、甲基苯***2份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂3.5份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂4份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂5份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂3份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.8份、杀菌剂2份、消泡剂5份、水2份。
缓蚀组合物由含氮类高分子改性缓蚀剂和非磷非硅类高分子改性缓蚀剂按重量比3:4混合而成。脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO-5、AEO-7和AEO-9按重量比2.5:3:3混合而成。
改性缓蚀剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将12份马来海松酸酐、3.5份甲醇和3份浓硫酸混合均匀,然后升温至68℃,保温4.5h,然后加入3份二乙醇胺和8份氢氧化钾混合均匀,升温至98℃,保温4.5h,冷却至室温得到改性缓蚀剂。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油20-40份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-15份、EDTA螯合剂2-8份、缓蚀组合物3-9份、改性缓蚀剂1-5份、三乙醇胺2-6份、石油磺酸钠3-5份、甲基苯***1-4份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂2-4份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂3-6份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂1-6份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂2-5份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3-4份、杀菌剂1-4份、消泡剂2-6份、水1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其特征在于,缓蚀组合物由含氮类高分子改性缓蚀剂和非磷非硅类高分子改性缓蚀剂按重量比1-4:3-6混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其特征在于,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO-5、AEO-7和AEO-9按重量比1-3:2-5:1-4混合而成。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其特征在于,改性缓蚀剂按如下工艺进行制备:将马来海松酸酐、甲醇和浓硫酸混合均匀,然后升温至65-75℃,保温3-5h,然后加入二乙醇胺和氢氧化钾混合均匀,升温至95-105℃,保温3-5h,冷却至室温得到改性缓蚀剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其特征在于,改性缓蚀剂的制备工艺中,马来海松酸酐、甲醇、浓硫酸、二乙醇胺和氢氧化钾的重量比为5-15:3-5:1-4:2-5:3-9。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油25-35份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8-12份、EDTA螯合剂3-7份、缓蚀组合物4-8份、改性缓蚀剂2-4份、三乙醇胺3-5份、石油磺酸钠3.5-4.5份、甲基苯***2-3份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂2.5-3.5份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂4-5份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂2-5份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂3-4份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.2-3.8份、杀菌剂2-3份、消泡剂3-5份、水2-3份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的低泡冷却性能佳的镁合金切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油30份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、EDTA螯合剂5份、缓蚀组合物6份、改性缓蚀剂3份、三乙醇胺4份、石油磺酸钠4份、甲基苯***2.5份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂3份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂4.5份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂3.5份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂3.5份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.5份、杀菌剂2.5份、消泡剂4份、水2.5份。
