本发明涉及一种稳定的复合陶瓷材料。
背景技术
复合材料通常具有不同材料相互取长补短的良好综合性能。复合材料兼有两种或两种以上材料的特点,能改善单一材料的性能,如提高强度、增加韧性和改善介电性能等。作为高温结构材料用的陶瓷复合材料,主要用于宇航,军工等部门。此外,在机械、化工、电子技术等领域也广泛采用各种陶瓷复合材料。目前市面上的复合材料综合性能并不能够很好的满足使用需求,需要进一步的提高产品的性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种稳定的复合陶瓷材料,性能稳定,且强度、硬度和韧性较好,综合性能优异,可用于多种领域。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种稳定的复合陶瓷材料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
膨胀珍珠岩11-14份,高岭土6-11份,二氧化钛9-11份,三氧化二锑8-13份,硅酸铝6-11份,纯碱9-14份,石英8-10份,碳酸钡10-16份,钛酸钙9-12份,钛酸镁7-11份,石蜡9-14份,钠长石8-13份,微米级碳化硅8-14份,热塑性塑料7-12份。
