Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于生产导光板的辊,包括成型面,所述成型面上设置微结构,所述微结构包括若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的凹槽,相邻的弧形凹槽间形成倒V型凸起,所述凸起顶部设置平台结构,其中,所述弧形凹槽的深度D为0.05‑0.12mm,所述弧形凹槽的宽度W为0.18‑0.42mm,所述弧形凹槽的半径R为0.125‑0.250mm,所述平台结构的宽度L为0.006‑0.015mm。本用于生产导光板的辊在成型优良光学性能导光板过程中,由于设计了平台结构,故不会出现拉料的情况。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种辊,尤其涉及一种用于生产导光板的辊。
背景技术
导光板是利用亚克力/PC板材制成的光学材料,为了提高导光板的性能,一般在出光面会设计微观结构,例如呈V型的棱镜结构,导光板在成型过程中,成型用辊就成为了关键的环节,由于V型成型结构尖端的存在,辊压模具在成型导光板微观结构的时候容易出现拉料的情况。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明提供了一种在生产优良光学性能导光板时不会出现拉料情况的用于生产导光板的辊。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:一种用于生产导光板的辊,包括成型面,所述成型面上设置微结构,所述微结构包括若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的凹槽,相邻的弧形凹槽间形成倒V型凸起,所述凸起顶部设置平台结构,其中,所述弧形凹槽的深度D为0.05-0.12mm,所述弧形凹槽的宽度W为0.18-0.42mm,所述弧形凹槽的半径R为0.125-0.250mm,所述平台结构的宽度L为0.006-0.015mm。
作为优选,所述弧形凹槽的深度D为0.08mm,所述弧形凹槽的宽度W为0.27mm,所述弧形凹槽的半径R为0.1650mm,所述平台结构的宽度L为0.01mm。
作为优选,所述辊上镀铜层的厚度为0.05-0.15mm,微结构设置在镀铜层上。
作为优选,所述辊内的导热方式为油冷或者水冷。
作为优选,所述弧形凹槽的截面呈圆弧形。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:本用于生产导光板的辊在成型优良光学性能导光板过程中,由于设计了平台结构,故不会出现拉料的情况。

具体实施方式
实施例:参见图1和图2,一种用于生产导光板的辊,包括成型面,所述成型面上设置微结构,所述微结构包括若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的凹槽,相邻的弧形凹槽间形成倒V型凸起,所述凸起顶部设置平台结构,其中,所述弧形凹槽的深度D为0.05-0.12mm,所述弧形凹槽的宽度W为0.18-0.42mm,所述弧形凹槽的半径R为0.125-0.250mm,所述平台结构的宽度L为0.006-0.015mm。该数值范围内的微结构所制备的导光板光学性能优良。
所述弧形凹槽的深度D为0.08mm,所述弧形凹槽的宽度W为0.27mm,所述弧形凹槽的半径R为0.1650mm,所述平台结构的宽度L为0.01mm。
所述辊上镀铜层的厚度为0.05-0.15mm,微结构设置在镀铜层上,满足制备微结构的要求的同时,不会明显影响辊内的导热散热。
所述辊内的导热(冷却)方式为油冷或者水冷,管路可设计为直管或者U型管的形式,具体可参考现有技术。
所述弧形凹槽的截面呈圆弧形。
辊在成型优良光学性能导光板过程中,由于设计了平台结构,故不会出现拉料的情况。

1.一种用于生产导光板的辊,包括成型面,其特征在于,所述成型面上设置微结构,所述微结构包括若干平行设置的、截面呈弧形的凹槽,相邻的弧形凹槽间形成倒V型凸起,所述凸起顶部设置平台结构,其中,所述弧形凹槽的深度D为0.05-0.12mm,所述弧形凹槽的宽度W为0.18-0.42mm,所述弧形凹槽的半径R为0.125-0.250mm,所述平台结构的宽度L为0.006-0.015mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于生产导光板的辊,其特征在于,所述弧形凹槽的深度D为0.08mm,所述弧形凹槽的宽度W为0.27mm,所述弧形凹槽的半径R为0.1650mm,所述平台结构的宽度L为0.01mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于生产导光板的辊,其特征在于,所述辊上镀铜层的厚度为0.05-0.15mm,微结构设置在镀铜层上。
4.根据权利要求1所述用于生产导光板的辊,其特征在于,所述辊内的导热方式为油冷或者水冷。
5.根据权利要求1所述用于生产导光板的辊,其特征在于,所述弧形凹槽的截面呈圆弧形。
