本发明涉及一种立磨进料装置，包括进料管(1)、磨辊(2)、磨盘(3)；所述的进料管(1)包括进料管入口(1‑1)、分流道(1‑2)、分流道出口(1‑3)，分流道(1‑2)的一端设有进料管入口(1‑1)，另一端设有分流道出口(1‑3)；分流道出口(1‑3)设置在磨盘(3)边缘的碾磨区(3‑1)上方，磨辊(2)的入料口(2‑1)设置在磨盘(3)边缘的碾磨区(3‑1)，分流道(1‑2)是数量与磨辊(2)的数量一致。本发明的设计有利于显著提高立磨的碾磨效率，减少能源浪费。

一种立磨进料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种立磨技术领域，尤其涉及立磨的进料装置。
背景技术
当前，水泥厂及钢厂的粉磨***中，立磨作为一种主要的粉磨设备，被广泛地应用粉磨生料、水泥、煤粉、矿渣及钢渣等场合。目前，立磨的进料形式主要有两种：一种是物料通过下料管落至磨盘中心后再随磨盘甩开，进入磨辊碾磨；另外一种是物料直接通过下料管落至磨盘边缘后进入某一个磨辊底部碾磨，只有很少物料经过的其余的磨辊碾磨。以上两种进料方式都存在磨盘“空甩料”的问题，即有部分物料没有通过磨辊的碾磨而被甩出磨盘，降低了立磨的碾磨效率，也造成了能源浪费。
发明内容
针对以上问题本发明提供了一种增加物料进入磨辊碾磨的机率，提高了立磨碾磨效率的一种立磨进料装置。
为了解决以上技术问题本发明提供了一种立磨进料装置，包括进料管、磨辊、磨盘；所述的进料管包括进料管入口、分流道、分流道出口，分流道的一端设有进料管入口，另一端设有分流道出口；分流道出口设置在磨盘边缘的碾磨区上方，磨辊的入料口设置在磨盘边缘的碾磨区。分流道是数量与磨辊的数量一致。
本发明的设计有利于显著提高立磨的碾磨效率，减少能源浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步详细的描述，但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
如图1、2所示，本发明提供了一种立磨进料装置，包括进料管1、磨辊2、磨盘3；物料由进料管1的进料管入口1-1进入磨内后，顺着分流道1-2及分流道出口1-3均匀分流到磨盘3边缘的碾磨区3-1，然后随磨盘3的转动物料进入各个磨辊2碾磨。分流道1-2是数量与磨辊2的数量一致。
本发明的实施方式并不受上述实例的限制，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所做的修改或者等同替换均应为等效的置换方式，都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种立磨进料装置，其特征在于，包括进料管(1)、磨辊(2)、磨盘(3)；所述的进料管(1)包括进料管入口(1-1)、分流道(1-2)、分流道出口(1-3)，分流道(1-2)的一端设有进料管入口(1-1)，另一端设有分流道出口(1-3)；分流道出口(1-3)设置在磨盘(3)边缘的碾磨区(3-1)上方，磨辊(2)的入料口(2-1)设置在磨盘(3)边缘的碾磨区(3-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立磨进料装置，其特征在于，分流道(1-2)是数量与磨辊(2)的数量一致。
