一种具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐,属于搪玻璃反应装置技术领域。
背景技术
具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐设备是将含高二氧化硅的玻璃,衬在钢制容器的内表面,经高温灼烧而牢固地密着于金属表面。常用于石油化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药等行业,用以完成磺化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程,以及有机染料和中间体的许多其它工艺过程的反应设备。现有技术中具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐中只有通过罐盖上的孔***的一支温度计,由于温度计的长度和罐体结构的限制,这种温度计的配置并不能十分精确的测出反应罐内反应液体的温度,当反应溶液较少时,温度计的下端不能没入反应溶液中,就无法测量反应罐内反应溶液的温度,搅拌效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐,它具有结构简单,使用安全,能精确测出具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐内的液体的温度的特点并且搅拌效率高。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐,其特征在于:它包括罐体,罐盖,蒸汽进口,带有搅拌桨叶的搅拌器,与搅拌器相连的电机,安装于罐体内底部的电磁振动器、电控箱,所述罐体内设有穿过罐盖竖直置于罐体内的温度计I,所述罐体上还设有蒸汽出口,所述蒸汽出口设有压力表和自动泄压阀,所述罐体的下部设有水平放置于罐体内的温度计II,所述电磁振动器与电控箱电连接。
所述温度计I和温度计II分别置于搅拌器的两侧。
所述温度计II置于搅拌桨叶的上方。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,在罐体内的上部和下部分别装有温度计I和温度计II,能够更加精准的测出反应罐内的温度,从而能更加精准的控制反应温度,提高工作效率;启动电磁振动器,罐内的液体翻滚振动更加有利于搅拌均匀,提高搅拌效率,蒸汽出口处设有压力表和自动泄压阀,能自动控制反应罐内的压强,自动化程度高,减少劳动力。

如图1所示,一种具有振动功能的搪玻璃反应罐,它包括罐体1,罐盖2,蒸汽进口8,带有搅拌桨叶3的搅拌器4,与搅拌器4相连的电机5,穿过罐盖2竖直置于罐体1内的温度计I6,罐体1上还设有蒸汽出口7,蒸汽出口7设有压力表9和自动泄压阀10,罐体1的下部设有水平放置于罐体1内的温度计II11,安装于罐体1内底部的电磁振动器12、电控箱13,电磁振动器12与电控箱13电连接。
温度计I6和温度计II 11分别置于搅拌器4的两侧。
温度计II11置于搅拌桨叶3的上方。
在罐体1内的上部和下部分别装有温度计I6和温度计II11,能够更加精准的测出反应罐内的温度,从而能更加精准的控制反应温度,提高工作效率;蒸汽出口7处设有压力表9和自动泄压阀10,能自动控制反应罐内的压强,自动化程度高,减少劳动力,启动电磁振动器,罐内的液体翻滚振动更加有利于搅拌均匀,提高搅拌效率。
