本发明提供一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,包括:沉降室、与所述沉降室连接的吸附室、设于所述沉降室一端的进气口、设于所述吸附室一端的出气口、设于所述沉降室顶部的水箱、设于所述沉降室内且与所述水箱连接的喷头、设于所述吸附室内的吸附器;所述吸附器包括框体、设于所述框体内且沿气体流动方向依次设置的除尘部件、脱硫部件、氧化部件、脱硝氨化部件;通过沉降室和吸附室对锅炉废气进行处理,可解决锅炉在燃烧过程中由于燃烧不充分导致煤烟排出,导致环境的污染的问题,有利于环境的保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉废气净化技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置。
背景技术
锅炉是一种能量转换设备,向锅炉输入的能量有燃料中的化学能、电能,锅炉输出具有一定热能的蒸汽、高温水或有机热载体。锅炉是汽车排气管生产车间中必不可少的设备,现有的锅炉在燃烧过程中由于燃烧不充分导致煤烟排出,这样直接排放容易导致环境的污染。
因此,有必要提供一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,以解决锅炉在燃烧过程中由于燃烧不充分导致煤烟排出,导致环境的污染的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种锅炉废气净化装置用水箱的内壁防腐蚀涂料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,包括:沉降室、与所述沉降室连接的吸附室、设于所述沉降室一端的进气口、设于所述吸附室一端的出气口、设于所述沉降室顶部的水箱、设于所述沉降室内且与所述水箱连接的喷头、设于所述吸附室内的吸附器;所述吸附器包括框体、设于所述框体内且沿气体流动方向依次设置的除尘部件、脱硫部件、氧化部件、脱硝氨化部件。
所述沉降室底部设有排水口。
所述沉降室和吸附室之间设有间隔板。
锅炉废气净化装置用水箱的内壁防腐蚀涂料,由环氧树脂35%、硅丙乳液20%、金红石钛白粉15%、二氧化硅5%、云母粉5%、益母草甙3%、分散剂3%、流平剂1%、增稠剂3%、防腐剂1%、消泡剂3%和有机溶剂6%制成。
锅炉废气净化装置用水箱的内壁防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,步骤如下:
①、将环氧树脂、益母草甙、分散剂、流平剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、消泡剂和有机溶剂混合搅拌均匀,加热到70℃后研磨粉碎2小时;
②、将搅拌体系的温度降低至45℃,加入硅丙乳液,混合搅拌均匀,再次研磨粉碎0.5小时;
③、加入金红石钛白粉,保持45℃混合搅拌均匀,再次研磨粉碎1小时;
④、加入二氧化硅、云母粉,升温到70℃后再次研磨粉碎2小时,即可制得成品,使用时加入纯水调兑至合适黏度。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,包括:沉降室、与所述沉降室连接的吸附室、设于所述沉降室一端的进气口、设于所述吸附室一端的出气口、设于所述沉降室顶部的水箱、设于所述沉降室内且与所述水箱连接的喷头、设于所述吸附室内的吸附器;所述吸附器包括框体、设于所述框体内且沿气体流动方向依次设置的除尘部件、脱硫部件、氧化部件、脱硝氨化部件;通过沉降室和吸附室对锅炉废气进行处理,可解决锅炉在燃烧过程中由于燃烧不充分导致煤烟排出,导致车间环境污染的问题,有利于车间操作环境的维护。
2)、水箱内壁涂刷有防腐蚀涂料,可使水箱的整体寿命得到显著延长,且可耐强酸、碱性环境,可以适应废气净化装置的应用需求。
3)、防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,制备工艺简便,可实现每个物料的均匀混合,从而提高了涂料的整体品质。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,包括:沉降室1、与沉降室1连接的吸附室2、设于沉降室1一端的进气口11、设于吸附室2一端的出气口21、设于沉降室1顶部的水箱3、设于沉降室1内且与水箱3连接的喷头4、设于吸附室2内的吸附器5;吸附器5包括框体51、设于框体51内且沿气体流动方向依次设置的除尘部件52、脱硫部件53、氧化部件54、脱硝氨化部件55。沉降室1底部设有排水口10。沉降室1和吸附室2之间设有间隔板20。
本发明的汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置在使用时,可将锅炉废气从进气口11排进沉降室1,将水箱3内的水通过喷头3喷淋至沉降室1内部,对废气进行沉降处理,之后开启间隔板20,使废气进入吸附室2,通过吸附器5上的除尘部件52、脱硫部件53、氧化部件54、脱硝氨化部件55依次对废气进行除尘、脱硫、氧化、脱硝氨化,最终将吸附后的废气从出气口21排出;可解决锅炉在燃烧过程中由于燃烧不充分导致煤烟排出,导致车间环境污染的问题,有利于车间操作环境的维护。
实施例2
锅炉废气净化装置用水箱的内壁防腐蚀涂料,由环氧树脂35%、硅丙乳液20%、金红石钛白粉15%、二氧化硅5%、云母粉5%、益母草甙3%、分散剂3%、流平剂1%、增稠剂3%、防腐剂1%、消泡剂3%和有机溶剂6%制成。
实施例3
依据实施例2所示的重量配比,制备锅炉废气净化装置用水箱的内壁防腐蚀涂料的方法,步骤如下:
①、将环氧树脂、益母草甙、分散剂、流平剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、消泡剂和有机溶剂混合搅拌均匀,加热到70℃后研磨粉碎2小时;
②、将搅拌体系的温度降低至45℃,加入硅丙乳液,混合搅拌均匀,再次研磨粉碎0.5小时;
③、加入金红石钛白粉,保持45℃混合搅拌均匀,再次研磨粉碎1小时;
④、加入二氧化硅、云母粉,升温到70℃后再次研磨粉碎2小时,即可制得成品,使用时加入纯水调兑至合适黏度。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,实施例只是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。

1.一种汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,其特征在于,包括:沉降室(1)、与所述沉降室(1)连接的吸附室(2)、设于所述沉降室(1)一端的进气口(11)、设于所述吸附室(2)一端的出气口(21)、设于所述沉降室(1)顶部的水箱(3)、设于所述沉降室(1)内且与所述水箱(3)连接的喷头(4)、设于所述吸附室(2)内的吸附器(5);所述吸附器(5)包括框体(51)、设于所述框体(51)内且沿气体流动方向依次设置的除尘部件(52)、脱硫部件(53)、氧化部件(54)、脱硝氨化部件(55)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,其特征在于,所述沉降室(1)底部设有排水口(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车排气管生产车间锅炉废气净化装置,其特征在于,所述沉降室(1)和吸附室(2)之间设有间隔板(20)。
