Abstract

一种前置过滤器，包括第一万向阀体、过滤腔体以及冲洗阀，所述第一万向阀体包括污水进口与清水出口，所述第一万向阀体通过活接帽连接过滤腔体，所述过滤腔体包括下过滤网与冲洗阀打开时使用的上过滤网，所述下过滤网下部设置有第二万向阀体，所述第二万向阀体下部设置有下过滤网支架，所述下过滤网支架通过连接头连接冲洗阀，所述上过滤网上部设置有调压装置。与现有技术相比，本发明当进行反冲洗时，打开冲洗阀，利用水的压力将下过滤网下沉，此时水流从过滤腔体的外部进入到上过滤网的内部进行过滤，一部分水流流向清水出口保证正常用水，还有一部分水流流向下部分的下过滤网进行反冲洗，实现了过滤器一边反冲洗一边正常供水的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域，具体一种前置过滤器。
背景技术
现有的前置过滤器功能很单一，基本上是单一的过滤和稳压结合在一起或过滤和反冲洗结合在一起。基本上包括以下两种：一种是改变水流的流向来实现反冲洗，容易导致在反冲洗时有大量的杂质会流入输出端；一种是在反冲洗时关闭输出端导致反冲洗时用户不能使用水，影响人们的生产、生活。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种前置过滤器，以解决现有技术中过滤器不能一边反冲洗一边正常供水的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种前置过滤器，包括第一万向阀体、过滤腔体以及冲洗阀，所述第一万向阀体包括污水进口与清水出口，所述第一万向阀体通过活接帽连接过滤腔体，所述过滤腔体包括下过滤网与冲洗阀打开时使用的上过滤网，所述上过滤网活动设置在壳体内；所述下过滤网和上过滤网之间设置有凸起，所述过滤腔体的侧壁上设置有与凸起形状相适配的凸环，当下过滤网下沉时，凸起和凸环可相互接触。
所述下过滤网下部设置有第二万向阀体，所述第二万向阀体下部设置有下过滤网支架，所述下过滤网支架通过连接头连接冲洗阀，所述上过滤网上部设置有调压装置。
优选地，所述调压装置包括调节手轮、螺杆、调节阀杆、卡簧、阀帽、调节接头、弹簧、弹簧座、垫片以及螺帽，所述阀帽设置在调节手轮内部，螺杆连接调节阀杆，调节阀杆自上至下分别套设阀帽与调节接头，调节接头下部设置弹簧座，所述弹簧竖向设置在弹簧座内，所述弹簧座底部设置有垫片，垫片通过螺母固定，所述垫片下部连接上过滤网，所述卡簧卡设在调节阀杆上用以限位阀帽。
优选地，所述活接帽与第一万向阀体通过卡圈固定连接，所述过滤器包括壳体，所述第一万向阀体与壳体的连接处设置有密封圈。
优选地，所述下过滤网外侧设置有过滤碗，所述过滤碗与壳体连接，其连接处设置有密封圈。
优选地，所述滤网支架为弹簧支撑架。
与现有技术相比，本发明有以下有益效果：
本发明的前置过滤器，所使用的过滤腔体设计为上下两层，正常使用时水流从过滤腔体外部进入下过滤网来实现过滤的作用；当进行反冲洗时，打开冲洗阀，利用水的压力将下过滤网下沉，此时水流从过滤腔体的外部进入到上过滤网的内部进行过滤，一部分水流流向清水出口保证正常用水，还有一部分水流流向下部分的下过滤网进行反冲洗，实现了过滤器一边反冲洗一边正常供水的目的，方便了人们的生产、生活。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示，一种前置过滤器，包括第一万向阀体1、过滤腔体2以及冲洗阀3，所述第一万向阀体1包括污水进口4与清水出口5，所述污水进口4连接有进水通道6，所述清水出口5连接有出水通道7，所述第一万向阀体1通过活接帽8连接过滤腔体2，所述过滤腔体2包括下过滤网10与冲洗阀3打开时使用的上过滤网11，所述上过滤网11活动设置在壳体26内；所述下过滤网10和上过滤网11之间设置有凸起，所述过滤腔体2的侧壁上设置有与凸起形状相适配的凸环，当下过滤网11下沉时，凸起和凸环可相互接触。所述下过滤网10与上过滤网11构成滤芯，所述下过滤网10下部设置有第二万向阀体12，所述第二万向阀体12下部设置有下过滤网支架13，所述下过滤网支架13采用弹簧支撑架，所述下过滤网支架13通过连接头14连接冲洗阀3，打开冲洗阀3，可使弹簧支撑架回缩，致使下过滤网10下沉，此时水流从上部分的滤芯的外部进入到滤芯的内部，一部分水流流向上过滤网11保证正常用水，还有一部分水流流向下过滤网10进行反冲洗，所述上过滤网11上部设置有调压装置。所述调压装置包括调节手轮15、螺杆16、调节阀杆17、卡簧18、阀帽19、调节接头20、弹簧21、弹簧座22、垫片23以及螺帽24，所述阀帽24设置在调节手轮15内部，螺杆16连接调节阀杆17，调节阀杆17自上至下分别套设阀帽19与调节接头20，调节接头20下部设置弹簧座22，所述弹簧21竖向设置在弹簧座22内，所述弹簧座22底部设置有垫片23，垫片23通过螺母固定，所述垫片23下部连接上过滤网11，所述卡簧18卡设在调节阀杆17上用以限位阀帽24，拧动调节手轮15可使改变出水通道7的大小，从而改变水压。所述活接帽8与第一万向阀体1通过卡圈25固定连接，所述过滤器包括壳体26，所述第一万向阀体1与壳体26的连接处设置有密封圈。所述下过滤网10外侧设置有过滤碗27，所述过滤碗27与壳体26连接，其连接处设置有密封圈。
综上本发明的结构可知，本发明的前置过滤器，所使用的过滤腔体设计为上下两层，正常使用时水流从过滤腔体外部进入下过滤网来实现过滤的作用；当进行反冲洗时，打开冲洗阀，利用水的压力将下过滤网下沉，此时水流从过滤腔体的外部进入到上过滤网的内部进行过滤，一部分水流流向清水出口保证正常用水，还有一部分水流流向下部分的下过滤网进行反冲洗，实现了过滤器一边反冲洗一边正常供水的目的，方便了人们的生产、生活；连接方式为万向连接，避免因外部管道的制约导致安装不方便；安装了一个调压装置，有效的保护输出端的用水设备。

1.一种前置过滤器，其特征在于，包括第一万向阀体、过滤腔体以及冲洗阀，所述第一万向阀体包括污水进口与清水出口，所述第一万向阀体通过活接帽连接过滤腔体，所述过滤腔体包括下过滤网与冲洗阀打开时使用的上过滤网，所述上过滤网活动设置在壳体内；所述下过滤网和上过滤网之间设置有凸起，所述过滤腔体的侧壁上设置有与凸起形状相适配的凸环，当下过滤网下沉时，凸起和凸环可相互接触；
所述下过滤网下部设置有第二万向阀体，所述第二万向阀体下部设置有下过滤网支架，滤网支架为弹簧支撑架，所述下过滤网支架通过连接头连接冲洗阀，所述上过滤网上部设置有调压装置；
所述调压装置包括调节手轮、螺杆、调节阀杆、卡簧、阀帽、调节接头、弹簧、弹簧座、垫片以及螺帽，所述阀帽设置在调节手轮内部，螺杆连接调节阀杆，调节阀杆自上至下分别套设阀帽与调节接头，调节接头下部设置弹簧座，所述弹簧竖向设置在弹簧座内，所述卡簧卡设在调节阀杆上用以限位阀帽，所述弹簧座底部设置有垫片，垫片通过螺母固定，所述垫片下部连接上过滤网。
2.如权利要求1所述的前置过滤器，其特征在于，所述活接帽与第一万向阀体通过卡圈固定连接，所述过滤器包括壳体，所述第一万向阀体与壳体的连接处设置有密封圈。
3.如权利要求2所述的前置过滤器，其特征在于，所述下过滤网外侧设置有过滤碗，所述过滤碗与壳体连接，其连接处设置有密封圈。
