本发明提供的一种海桐皮牛膝酒，它的成份组成：海桐皮25g、牛膝10g、羌活15g、地骨皮25g、五加皮15g、薏苡仁10g、生地12g、鹿茸15g、人参25g、白术15g、川芎15g、杜仲15g、何首乌10g、当归15g、茯神10g、甘草5g、茜草根5g以及白酒2000g，将上述17味药材研碎成粗末，浸于白酒中，14日后，去掉药渣，即为成品。
