Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的增效助剂,该增效助剂主要由水溶性表面活性剂如月桂酰肌氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和芸苔素内酯按照一定比例组成。该助剂抗盐、耐温性好,对氟磺胺草醚钠盐衍生物的增效和增稠作用显著,能够显著提高氟磺胺草醚的活性。

一种适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的增效助剂
技术领域
本发明属于农用表面活性剂领域,涉及一种农药助剂,尤其涉及一种适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的助剂,该助剂可提高氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的安全性。
背景技术
氟磺胺草醚是一种高效、选择性除草剂,主要用于豆田芽后除草,对防除阔叶杂草有特效,其作用原理是通过叶部吸收,破坏光合作用。药剂在土壤中也有很好活性。氟磺胺草醚的主要缺点是对大豆会有一定的药害,但很快恢复,采用播后苗前施药对大豆不易产生药害。但是在高温低湿干旱条件下,使用氟磺胺草醚常对大豆产生产生严重的药害,甚至造成死亡。
本发明的助剂是重点针对氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂开发而成的具有增稠、增效作用的表面活性剂组合,能够显著降低提高药液的附着性,不但可以提高其使用活性,而且可以减缓其对大豆的药害,对氟磺胺草醚具有较高的安全性功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种可提高氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂安全性的助剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下方式实现的:
一种适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的增效助剂,该增效助剂主要有效成分为月桂酰肌氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和芸苔素内酯。月桂酰肌氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和芸苔素内酯的重量比例为:10-30:1-10:5-20:1-5,主要有效成分在助剂中的重量百分含量为17%-65%。
上述适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的增效助剂,由以下质量含量的物质组成:
该助剂对氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂具有优异的增稠作用,助剂用量为水剂质量的5-30%之间,可显著提高氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的黏度,进而提高药剂在杂草叶面的附着性能。
该助剂对氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂具有优异的增效性,可显著提高氟磺胺草醚钠盐的使用活性。
该助剂含有植物营养剂功能,可显著降低氟磺胺草醚对大豆的药害,提高其安全性。
聚丙烯酰胺优异的增稠作用可显著提高制剂的黏度,并提高药液的附着力,阴离子润湿剂月桂酰肌氨酸钠和两性离子润湿剂十二烷基磺基甜菜碱搭配使用,可以显著提高助剂在碱性水溶液中的润湿性和铺展性,再加上植物生长调节剂芸苔素内酯使用,在提高杂草防除效果的同时,进一步提高了药剂对大豆的安全性。
本发明增效助剂的制备方法:将各个组分按照比例混合后按照常规的方法混合搅拌至搅拌均匀即可。本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的助剂增稠性能显著,能够显著提高氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的黏度,而且可以显著提高药液的附着性能,可提高药剂的有效利用率。
2、本发明的助剂对氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂具有优异的增效性,可显著提高麦草畏的使用活性。
3、本发明的助剂含有植物营养剂功能,可显著降低氟磺胺草醚对大豆的药害,提高其安全性。

实施例9
实施例5~8中的4种25%氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂。
对照药剂:25%氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂(市售)。
供试作物:大豆
防除对象:鸭跖草、苘麻、苋、红蓼等杂草。
试验方法:按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷头选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。
分别在药后15d、30d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。药后1-15d内观察药剂对大豆的药害发生情况。
本发明的实施例制剂除草试验效果见下表1(药后15d)和表2(药后30d)

从上表可以看出,本发明显著提高了氟磺胺草醚的除草活性,并延长了药剂的持效期。

从上表可以看出,本发明显著提高氟磺胺草醚对大豆的安全性,并对促进了作物的生长。

1.一种适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的增效助剂,其特征在于所述增效助剂主要有效成分为月桂酰肌氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和芸苔素内酯,其中,月桂酰肌氨酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、十二烷基磺基甜菜碱和芸苔素内酯的重量比例为:10-30:1-10:5-20:1-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的增效助剂,其特征在于主要有效成分在助剂中的重量百分含量为17%-65%。
3.一种适用于氟磺胺草醚钠盐水剂的增效助剂,其特征在于所述增效助剂由以下质量含量的物质组成:
月桂酰肌氨酸钠 10-30%
聚丙烯酰胺 1-10%
十二烷基磺基甜菜碱 5-20%
芸苔素内酯 1-5%
水 补足至100%。
