Abstract
本发明公开了一种数据传输方法和设备,包括:对于特定频带,基站在不同时间单元内,分别按照TDD方式或FDD方式配置用于传输上行数据的上行频率资源以及用于传输下行数据的下行频率资源;所述基站利用配置的下行频率资源向用户设备UE发送下行数据,以及利用配置的上行频率资源接收所述UE发送的上行数据,实现在同一个频带的不同时间单元内TDD方式和FDD方式混合配置上下行频率资源,这样在高频大带宽的情况下,灵活调整同一频带的不同时间单元内的上下行频率资源以满足上下行业务数据需要,有效地提升***频率资源的利用率。
