Description

Domestic refrigerator having a door-side support with a pivot axis and a pivot axis arranged outside a lateral handle groove
Technical Field
The invention relates to a domestic refrigerator having a housing in which a receiving chamber for food is formed. Furthermore, the domestic refrigeration appliance comprises a door which, for closing the receiving chamber, is arranged on the housing so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis on the stop side by means of the bearing unit. The door has handle slots on opposite vertical narrow sides, which are thus accessible from the side and can be inserted from the side. The pivot axis is formed outside the handle groove formed on the stop side.
Background
Such a configuration of a domestic refrigeration device is known, for example, from FR 1570584. In the case of domestic refrigeration appliances with lateral handle slots, the domestic refrigeration appliance can only be erected to a limited extent adjacent to the side wall. This aspect relates to accessibility to the handle slot. On the other hand, this relates in particular to a configuration in which the door is moved out beyond the door width when it is pivoted outward and thus when it is opened, which occurs as a result of the bearing arrangement. In these configurations, however, a directly adjacent standing relative to the lateral wall is not possible, since otherwise the door can no longer be opened by this opening angle. The respective spacing from such a lateral wall should therefore always be maintained, as seen from the housing of the domestic refrigeration appliance.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a domestic refrigerator in which the pivot axis of the door with the lateral handle slot is positioned as desired in order to be able to achieve a sufficient opening angle even when standing close to the wall.
This object is achieved by a domestic refrigerator according to the invention.
The invention relates to a domestic refrigerator comprising a housing, in which a receiving chamber for food is formed, wherein the domestic refrigerator further comprises a door, which is pivotably arranged on the housing about a pivot axis by means of a bearing unit for closing the receiving chamber, wherein the door is connected to the housing on a vertical longitudinal side, viewed in the width direction of the door, to the left or right, and thus on a corresponding lateral edge, wherein the door is formed by the bearing unit, wherein the door comprises handle slots on the opposite vertical narrow side or edge side, wherein such handle slots are formed on the left and right, respectively, wherein the pivot axis is formed outside the handle slots formed on the stop side, wherein the bearing of the bearing unit on the door side having the pivot axis is integrated on a door closure (T ü rabussteil), wherein the door closure forms an upper or lower end section, wherein the positioning of the pivot axis is realized by the configuration, wherein the positioning of the door closure is realized directly adjacent to the door closure wall, i.e. the door closure can be realized by the door closure being arranged directly adjacent to the door closure or the door closure, in particular pivot axis, thereby, the door closure can be realized by the door closure being arranged directly, or by the door closure being arranged in the particular pivot axis, i.e. the door closure, the door closure can be realized by the door closure, or by the bearing, the door closure, the.
Preferably, the door closure is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the handle slot in connection with the handle slot and covers the handle slot on the end side. The separate door closure thus also forms a border for the handle slot to some extent. The handle groove is thereby also covered and supported to some extent on one side.
Preferably, the door closure has a groove into which the edge of the handle groove is introduced. In particular, it is provided that the edge is arranged so that it sinks into such a groove of the door closure over the entire length of its cross-sectional contour which forms the handle groove. The mechanical connection between the door closure and the handle groove and the positioning arrangement of the handle groove and the rigidity of the connection thereof are thereby improved.
Furthermore, it is also achieved by this configuration that no overlap occurs between the handle slot and the door-side support, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the handle slot, so that the door-side support, and thus the associated main journal and bushing, are also arranged outside the handle slot, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis.
Preferably, the door closure is provided in its entirety with a guide sleeve for cables and/or hoses. The guide sleeve is covered outside the handle groove by a handle groove wall, in particular extends against the latter. A protected guidance of the cables and/or hoses outside the handle well is thereby possible, so that the installation space of the handle well is not limited locally and therefore does not restrict the shape of the handle well over its entire length. Furthermore, the support is also achieved by the abutment of the guide sleeve on the handle groove.
Preferably, the pivot axis is not arranged coaxially with respect to the extension of the guide sleeve. It is thus provided that the handle groove, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the handle groove, is arranged in an overlapping manner with the guide sleeve, however the two sections run parallel side by side. Furthermore, it is also possible to design the pivot axis offset with respect to the longitudinal direction of the guide sleeve, in particular the pivot axis running parallel to the longitudinal axis of the guide sleeve.
In an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the cable and/or the hose is guided through a hollow region of the support and has at least one bend after exiting from the hollow region and before entering the guide sleeve. In view of the 90 ° opening in the case of a domestic refrigerator directly standing adjacent to the side wall, this orientation-specific configuration and the offset guidance facilitate the orientation of the pivot axis and, on the other hand, achieve an unrestricted configuration of the handle slot without restrictions and restrictions.
Preferably, the handle groove is formed as an integral groove. The handle groove is constructed in particular integrally with the door outer wall of the door. Preferably, the handle slot is formed by a plate.
According to one embodiment, the door closure extends over substantially the entire width of the door. Here, "substantially" is to be understood as meaning that slight deviations in the width direction between the extension of the door closure and the extension of the door can also be taken into account. The door closure can be in particular a door back strip.
Preferably, the door closure is foam backed. This is understood to mean that the door closure is the boundary of the cavity which is filled with the insulating material foam.
Preferably, the two door closures, the one outer door wall and the one inner door wall form a cavity which is filled with an insulating material, preferably foamed with an insulating material.
The invention can also realize that: a relatively large handle slot is achieved, so that a very comfortable insertion for the user is achieved. The shape of the gripping contour can also be made independent of the position of the axis of rotation or of the pivot axis. Furthermore, dimensional accuracy of the door is also achieved, since the door bearing is completely integrated in the door back rail.
The directional explanations "in the width direction", "in the height direction", "in the depth direction", "above", "below", "front", "rear", "outside", "inside" and so on for the domestic refrigeration appliance relate to the state of the domestic refrigeration appliance standing upright for normal use, the door of which is arranged in front and the rear for the observer.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a domestic refrigerator 1, which can be a refrigerator or freezer or a combination refrigerator/freezer. The domestic refrigeration appliance 1 comprises a housing 2, in which in this embodiment two separate receiving chambers for food are constructed. In this case, a first receiving chamber 3 and a second receiving chamber 4 separate therefrom are formed. The receiving chamber 3 can be closed by a door 5, while the receiving chamber 4 can be closed by a door 6 separate therefrom. The door 5 has, viewed in the width direction and thus in the x direction, grooved handle grooves 7 and 8 on opposite vertical longitudinal sides and thus vertical narrow sides 5a and 5b, respectively. The handle slots 7 and 8 are open to the side and exposed so that they can be inserted from the side.
In this exemplary embodiment, the door 5 rests (angelchlagen) on the first end side 9, viewed in the width direction. However, it can also be stopped on the other end side 10 of the housing 2 opposite the first end side.
Correspondingly, the door 6 is also formed, which has handle grooves 11 and 12 on the opposite narrow sides 6a and 6 b. Here, too, the door 6 is stopped at the end 9 of the housing 2.
The domestic refrigeration device 1 has a bearing unit 13, which means a coupling between the door 5 and the housing 2 and between the door 6 and the housing 2. In this embodiment, the end sides 9 and 10 are stop sides. The axis of oscillation of the door 5 is oriented vertically. Likewise, the axis of oscillation of the door 6 is oriented vertically. Further, the door 5 includes an upper door closure 5c and a lower door closure 5 d. The door 6 also comprises an upper door closure 6c and a lower door closure 6 d.
The bearing unit 13 has a bearing 14 on the door side, which is arranged in the upper door closure 5 c. Furthermore, the bearing unit 13 comprises a further bearing 15 on the door side, which is arranged in the lower door closure 5 d. Furthermore, a door-side bearing 16 is provided for the door 6, which is arranged in the upper door closure 6 c. A further, lower, door-side support 17 of the door 6 is arranged in the lower door closure 6 d.
Fig. 2 shows an enlarged illustration of the door section I from fig. 1. Here, the door-side supports 15 and 16 can be seen accordingly. Furthermore, a support angle 18 is also shown, which is fixed on the housing side.
Fig. 3 shows a partial illustration of a top view of the domestic refrigeration device 1, which is arranged with the housing side wall 2a adjacent to the wall 19. Furthermore, the door 5 is shown in an open state, wherein an opening angle of 90 ° is formed here. It can be seen that in the case of this opening angle, the door 5 does not so exceed the housing width, seen in the width direction and thus in the x direction, that it will stop against the wall 19. In this plan view, too, a support angle 20 is shown, to which the upper door-side support 14 of the door 5 is coupled.
It is provided that the pivot axis a (the extension perpendicular to the drawing plane) of the door 5 is arranged in the top view direction and thus in the horizontal plane, i.e. the x-z plane, at least partially outside the handle groove 8 formed on the stop side, which in this exemplary embodiment is formed by the end side 9. The pivot axis is arranged in particular completely outside the handle groove 8 formed in this plane.
Fig. 4 shows the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 in a corresponding top view in the region of the support angle 18, the door 5 being shown here in a transparent manner for this purpose. The handle groove 8 is delimited by a plate 21, which is covered in the height direction and thus in the y direction at the lower end facing the door 6 by a support 15 on the door side. The support 15 is arranged, in particular integrated, in the door closure 5 d. The support 15 preferably has a hollow region or receptacle 22, into which a door-side bearing sleeve 23 (fig. 6) is arranged and is correspondingly recessed. As can also be seen in the illustration according to fig. 4, the bushing 23 is arranged partially outside the handle groove 8, which is the case in the projection plane in this illustration. Furthermore, the pivot axis a is arranged outside the handle groove 8 in the direction of the longitudinal axis B of the handle groove 8 and of the handle groove 12, both in the upper region and thus in the region of the support 14 and also in the support 15. This means that the pivot axis a defined by the dimensions and therefore the height of the bushing 23 and in particular also of the main journal 24 (fig. 5) and the main journal 25 (fig. 6) is arranged outside the handle groove 8 in this direction of the longitudinal axis B and therefore in the height direction of the domestic refrigeration appliance 1.
A corresponding configuration is also realized in the case of door 6, so that what has been explained so far for door 5 also applies to door 6.
Fig. 5 shows a perspective sectional illustration in the region of the bearing 14. It can be seen that the sleeve 26 surrounds the main journal 24, wherein the sleeve 26 is arranged in the support 14 and extends in the height direction (y direction) over a length which ends in the handle groove 8 and the component 21 which delimits the handle groove 8. In this connection, it can be seen in this direction that the pivot axis a formed by the position and geometry of the main journal 24 and the sleeve 26 extends beyond the length of the handle groove 8.
Furthermore, it can also be seen that a guide sleeve 27 is formed in particular in the door closure 5c, which guide sleeve is designed for guiding a cable 28 and/or a hose. As can be seen, the guide sleeve 27 overlaps the component 21 in the height direction laterally to the handle groove 8, the guide sleeve 27 in particular resting against the outer side of the component 21. It can also be seen that the support 14 has a groove 29 into which the component 21 is introduced with an edge 21 a.
Fig. 6 shows a view according to fig. 2 in a further perspective sectional view. It can be seen here that the sleeve 23 and the main journal 25 are outside the longitudinal extension of the component 21 and therefore also of the handle groove 8 associated therewith, with respect to the extension in the height direction and therefore the longitudinal extension along the axis B. This means that the axis of oscillation, which is constituted by the respective parts comprising the sleeve 23 and the main journal 25, is arranged to some extent in line with the member 21. Here too, the support 25 again has a groove 30 into which the edge 21b of the component 21 is introduced. A corresponding configuration is also provided in the case of door 6, so that reference can be made to support 15 with regard to the description of support 16.
Fig. 7 shows an enlarged illustration of the domestic refrigeration device 1 in the region of the support 17 in a perspective sectional illustration. With regard to the description of the support 17, reference may be made to the description of the support 14.
As can be seen from the illustration in fig. 5, the pivot axis a is arranged not coaxially with respect to the extension of the guide sleeve 27, but offset therefrom. The cable 28 is thus not guided linearly, but the cable 28 is guided by the hollow region of the support 14, which is formed by the hollow main journal 24 and the hollow sleeve 26, and the cable 28 has a curvature on exiting from the hollow region and before entering the guide sleeve 27. It may be provided that the member 21, which is a groove, is constructed integrally with the door outer wall 5 e. And correspondingly also in the door 6.
