Abstract

本发明公开了一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVC‑NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法,该复合发泡板以PVC与NBR、醋酸纤维素、聚乙二醇等原料共混作为复合发泡基料,该复合基料各原料间具有良好的相容性和结合性,易于发泡塑性,加入的经硅烷偶联剂改性后纳米硅藻土易于分散,其良好的吸附性赋予复合板材净化空气的能力,再结合其它材料,最终制得了表面爽滑、耐热透气、环保无毒的复合发泡板,在多个领域均具有良好的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC发泡板技术领域,尤其涉及一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC发泡板具有防水、阻燃、耐酸碱、防蛀、质轻、保温、隔音、减震等特性,是木材、铝材、复合板材的理想替代品,广泛的应用于客车、火车车厢顶棚、箱体芯层、内部装潢用板、建筑物外墙板、内装饰用板、办公室、住宅、公共场所建筑物隔间,商用装饰架、无尘室用板、吊顶板等方面。
尽管PVC发泡板具有如此广泛的应用空间,然而其实际市场占有率却偏低,尤其在家装材料方面,主要的制约因素是产品良莠不齐,产品在强度、刚性、热稳定性等方面不尽如人意,使用时存在安全隐患,为了提高PVC板材的综合性能,使用高分子材料和无机填料共混改性是最常用的方法。《阻燃型NBR/PVC发泡材料的研究》一文将NBR与PVC共混发泡,获得了力学性能较为优良的产品,但是其耐热性差,需添加阻燃剂达到阻燃效果,但是对材料的力学性能影响较大,使用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVC-NBR复合发泡板及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVC-NBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40-50、NBR 20-30、AC发泡剂2-5、β-环糊精2-3、醋酸纤维素5-8、聚乙二醇4-5、纳米硅藻土5-6、硼酸三乙酯1-2、碳酸钙2-3、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.5-1、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4、80-90%的乙醇水溶液15-25。
所述的一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将硅烷偶联剂kh560投入乙醇水溶液中,搅拌反应2-3h后加入纳米硅藻土,混合研磨分散40-50min后抽滤,产物水洗2-3次后干燥备用;
(2)先将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20-25min,随后依次加入PVC、醋酸纤维素、聚乙二醇、β-环糊精、碳酸钙、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌以及步骤(1)所得物料,继续密炼40-50min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20-30min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160-165℃、10-15MPa条件下热压发泡20-30min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
本发明以PVC与NBR、醋酸纤维素、聚乙二醇等原料共混作为复合发泡基料,该复合基料各原料间具有良好的相容性和结合性,易于发泡塑性,加入的经硅烷偶联剂改性后纳米硅藻土易于分散,其良好的吸附性赋予复合板材净化空气的能力,再结合其它材料,最终制得了表面爽滑、耐热透气、环保无毒的复合发泡板,在多个领域均具有良好的应用价值。
具体实施方式
一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVCNBR复合发泡板,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40、NBR 20、AC发泡剂2、β环糊精2、醋酸纤维素5、聚乙二醇4、纳米硅藻土5、硼酸三乙酯1、碳酸钙2、促进剂TMTD 0.4、硬脂酸0.5、硫化剂PDM 1、光稳定剂0.5、钙锌稳定剂4、硅烷偶联剂kh560 0.5、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5、甲基丙烯酸锌2、80%的乙醇水溶液15。
该实施例发泡板材的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将硅烷偶联剂kh560投入乙醇水溶液中,搅拌反应2h后加入纳米硅藻土,混合研磨分散40min后抽滤,产物水洗2次后干燥备用;
(2)先将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20min,随后依次加入PVC、醋酸纤维素、聚乙二醇、β环糊精、碳酸钙、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌以及步骤(1)所得物料,继续密炼40min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160℃、10MPa条件下热压发泡20min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
制得的发泡板遵循相关标准进行性能测试,性能测试结果为:
表观密度:0.32g/cm3;拉伸强度:34.2MPa;断裂伸长率:138.2%;撕裂强度:3.2N/m;氧指数:30%。

Claims (2)

1.一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVC-NBR复合发泡板,其特征在于,该复合发泡板由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 40-50、NBR 20-30、AC发泡剂2-5、β-环糊精2-3、醋酸纤维素5-8、聚乙二醇4-5、纳米硅藻土5-6、硼酸三乙酯1-2、碳酸钙2-3、促进剂TMTD 0.4-0.5、硬脂酸0.5-1、硫化剂PDM 1-1.5、光稳定剂0.5-1、钙锌稳定剂4-5、硅烷偶联剂kh5600.5-1、环氧脂肪酸甲酯5-8、甲基丙烯酸锌2-4、80-90%的乙醇水溶液15-25。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含纳米硅藻土的具有净化空气功效的PVC-NBR复合发泡板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将硅烷偶联剂kh560投入乙醇水溶液中,搅拌反应2-3h后加入纳米硅藻土,混合研磨分散40-50min后抽滤,产物水洗2-3次后干燥备用;
(2)先将NBR投入160℃密炼机中密炼20-25min,随后依次加入PVC、醋酸纤维素、聚乙二醇、β-环糊精、碳酸钙、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、光稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂、甲基丙烯酸锌以及步骤(1)所得物料,继续密炼40-50min后得复合基料,基料自然冷却至室温备用;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的基料与其它剩余成分投入炼胶机中,在50℃条件下混炼20-30min后薄通三次后出料;
(4)将步骤(3)所得片材在模具中,在160-165℃、10-15MPa条件下热压发泡20-30min,随后卸压冷却,即得所述复合发泡板。
