Fourthly, the method comprises the following steps: after the data of the previous test are collected, on the basis of the third step, when the minimum pressure value is about 0.022MPa, whether the liquid detergent additive extracted by the metering pump can smoothly flow into the washing machine or not is observed, and the liquid detergent additive can smoothly flow into the washing machine 13 is observed.
Fifthly: and testing the pressure of the liquid washing assistant to the auxiliary water channel 15 through the metering pump, wherein on the basis of the fourth step, after the metering pump operates for a period of time, the numerical value of the pressure gauge 3 tends to be stable, and is approximately 0.03MPa, so that the pressure in the auxiliary water channel 15 when the metering pump works is 0.03 MPa.
Sixthly, the method comprises the following steps: when the pressure in the auxiliary water path 15 exceeds a certain range, the running water may flow back into the liquid detergent box through the auxiliary water path 15 via the bypass 17. And fifthly, starting the test, and observing whether the tap water from the pressure control device 6 can flow back into the liquid washing auxiliary agent box 1 through the auxiliary water channel 15 by the bypass 17 or not when the numerical value of the pressure gauge 3 changes.
Tests show that when the value displayed by the pressure gauge 3 is between 0.02MPa and a certain value, the running water does not flow backwards; when the numerical value displayed by the pressure gauge 3 exceeds a certain value, the running water is observed to flow backwards into the liquid washing auxiliary agent box 1 through the backflow prevention device 4 and the metering pump 2; when the value displayed by the pressure gauge 3 exceeds a certain value, the tap water can be observed by naked eyes to rapidly flow back into the liquid detergent auxiliary box 1.
Seventhly, the method comprises the following steps: and sixthly, the running water backflow occurs in a static environment, and the test in the step is in a dynamic environment. When the test is started, all the valves are closed, the washing machine is started, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 of the washing machine does not act because no water exists, the control valve 8 is opened, the pressure control device 6 is opened at an extremely slow speed, the backflow prevention device 4 is opened when the pressure of the auxiliary water channel 15 is 0.02MPa, the metering pump 2 is started, the liquid washing auxiliary agent can be seen to normally flow into the washing machine 13, the pressure control device 6 is continuously and slowly opened, the device for injecting the liquid washing auxiliary agent can normally work when the pressure gauge 3 is 0.02 MPa-0.03 MPa, when the pressure control device 6 is started to a certain degree and the pressure gauge 3 is a certain value, the pressure of tap water from the pressure control device 6 can be found to exceed the pressure of the metering pump 2, and the tap water moves towards the metering pump along the auxiliary water channel 15 through the bypass 17.
In conclusion, the seven tests show that when the pressure value of the auxiliary water channel 15 is 0.02-0.03 MPa, the liquid detergent auxiliary can normally enter the washing machine 13, and when the pressure value of the auxiliary water channel 15 is within a certain range, the tap water can move along the auxiliary water channel 15 to the metering pump direction through the bypass 17 to flow backwards.

In all the following embodiments, the back-flow prevention device 4 is a device for preventing the pressure of the auxiliary water path 15 from flowing back into the liquid detergent box 1 too much, the control valve 6 is used for controlling the pressure in the pipeline to meet a certain value, and the pressure control device 6 is provided with scales, and the reading of the pressure control device 6 when the pressure is met is remembered in the test process.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment 2 of an apparatus for automatically injecting a liquid detergent builder in a washing machine is specifically described, which includes: a tap water outlet 12 connected with tap water, a water inlet pipeline 14 leading out a main water channel 15 and an auxiliary water channel 16, a pressure control device 6 arranged on the auxiliary water channel 15, and a control valve 8 arranged on the main water channel 16. A backflow preventing device 4 arranged on the bypass 17 and a metering pump 2 connected with the liquid detergent auxiliary agent box. Before the washing machine works, the pipelines at all positions are not communicated, a water inlet button of the washing machine is turned on, the pressure control device 6 is turned on to a specified value, after water flow is coherent, the metering pump 2 is started, the backflow prevention device 4 is in an open state, the bypass 17 is ensured to be smooth, and quantitative liquid washing auxiliary agents are injected. After the liquid washing assistant is injected, the metering pump 2 is closed, the backflow preventing device 4 is started to block water flow from flowing backwards into the bypass 17, the water flow flows to flush the auxiliary water channel 15 for a while, the control valve 8 is opened to feed water normally, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 of the washing machine is closed automatically when the washing machine is ready to feed water to the designated position of the washing machine, and the washing machine starts to work.
The device for automatically injecting the liquid detergent auxiliary agent into the washing machine can be conveniently hung or adsorbed on the upper surface or the side surface of the washing machine.
The outlet of the device for automatically injecting the liquid washing assistant into the washing machine is connected with the water inlet of the existing washing machine, so that the existing washing machine is not damaged or reformed; if the existing washing machine is full-automatic, a circuit can be arranged on the device for automatically injecting the liquid washing assistant into the washing machine and is connected with the washing machine circuit to realize the full-automatic function.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, the present inventor believes that the pressure control device 6 may be a contracted pipe, which is defined as a small-diameter passage, which may be a thin pipe or a small pore, through which the pressure of the auxiliary water path 15 can be reduced to a designated range, in the present invention, even though the contracted pipe is the same as a term used in other technical fields.
Specifically, when the control valve 8 is closed, the water flow from the auxiliary water path 15 can smoothly open the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 of the washing machine, for example, when the tap water pressure of the auxiliary water path 15 is about 0.022MPa, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 of the washing machine can be opened, so the pressure control device 6 can be a control valve, a pipe, or a similar pressure control device capable of fixedly keeping the tap water pressure of the auxiliary water path 15 within a certain range.
The tap water pressure value P of the auxiliary waterway 15 should satisfy:
the pressure > P at which the tap water can flow back to the liquid detergent auxiliary box 1 through the bypass 17 > the minimum pressure value at which the tap water opens the washing machine water inlet solenoid valve 11 through the auxiliary water path 15. When the automatic injection device is needed, all valves are in a closed state firstly, the water inlet button of the washing machine is opened, the pressure control device 6 can control the water pressure to keep the pressure of the auxiliary water channel 15 within a certain range, therefore, running water can smoothly enter the washing machine through the auxiliary water channel 15, the metering pump 2 is started, the backflow prevention device 4 is in an open state, the bypass 17 is ensured to be smooth, and the situation that liquid washing auxiliary agents enter the water outlet pipeline 18 through the auxiliary water channel 15 and smoothly open the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 of the washing machine to enter the washing machine can be observed.
The present inventors have observed that it is also possible to replace the anti-backflow device 4 with a non-return valve, but the opening pressure of said non-return valve should be less than the pressure of the metering pump 2 to the auxiliary water circuit 15, for example, the above measured pressure value is 0.03 MPa. Because of the one-way valve, even if the water flow opened by the control valve 8 is high pressure, the tap water will not flow back to the bypass 17 and enter the liquid detergent box 1.
When the pressure control device 6 is a pipe reducing device, a small pipe diameter can be selected, and the liquid washing auxiliary agent box 1 is ensured not to flow backwards all the time when the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 of the washing machine is opened within the range of 0.5 mm-1.5 mm.
Example 4
This embodiment is a method for manually controlling a device for injecting liquid detergent builder. The device for injecting the liquid detergent auxiliary agent comprises: a tap water outlet 12 connected to a tap water pipe, a water inlet pipe 14 leading out a main water passage 15 and an auxiliary water passage 16, a pressure control device 6 mounted on the auxiliary water passage 15, and a control valve 8 mounted on the main water passage 16. A backflow preventing device 4 arranged on the bypass 17 and a metering pump 2 connected with the liquid detergent auxiliary agent box. Before the washing machine works, the pipelines at all positions are arranged to be not communicated, the washing machine is started, the pressure control device 6 is opened, after water flow is coherent, the metering pump 2 is started, the backflow prevention device 4 is in an open state, the bypass 17 is guaranteed to be smooth, and liquid washing auxiliaries are injected into the washing machine to reach the specified dosage. After the liquid washing assistant is injected, the metering pump 2 is closed, the backflow preventing device 4 is started to block water flow from flowing backwards into the bypass 17, the water flow is maintained to flow back to the auxiliary water channel 15 for a while, the control valve 8 is opened to feed water normally, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 of the washing machine is closed automatically when the washing machine is ready to feed water to the designated position of the washing machine, and the washing machine starts to work.
Of course, different liquid detergent dosage ranges can be set under the condition, such as light dirt, medium dirt, heavy dirt and the like, and different dosage can be selected by a user according to the cleanliness of washed clothes.
The liquid washing assistant box 1 is higher than the water inlet of the washing machine, if the liquid washing assistant box 1 is lower than the water inlet of the washing machine, the liquid washing assistant can flow back due to the gravity action and the siphon principle, bubbles can appear in the pipeline 17, and the liquid washing assistant can not be controlled to reach the specified dosage of the liquid washing assistant of the washing machine in the specified action or the specified time.
The present inventor has observed that in this case, the control valve 8 is energized to keep the device smooth during the whole operation of the washing machine even in the daily non-use state, and the inventor provides the next embodiment in order to reduce the energy consumption and simplify the control action.
Example 5
Summarizing the phenomenon according to embodiment 4, the same as embodiment 4 except that the solenoid valve 8 is normally open, the use of the normally open solenoid valve 8 is advantageous in that the water inlet function of the washing machine can be normally used even without the liquid detergent builder device of the present invention.

When the washing machine control program senses that a user selects a liquid washing assistant injection program, the washing machine automatically enters the liquid washing assistant injection program, the water faucet is always in a normally open state, the washing machine control program automatically closes the electromagnetic valve 8, then starts the metering pump 2, the backflow prevention device 4 is in an open state, the bypass 17 is guaranteed to be unobstructed, the metering pump 2 can carry out normal injection according to an instruction sent by the washing machine control program, when the liquid washing assistant reaches a specified dosage, the washing machine control program automatically closes the metering pump 2, starts the backflow prevention device 4 to block water flow from flowing back into the bypass 17, the internal flushing of the auxiliary water path 15 is kept clean after the backflow prevention device 4 is closed, the normally open electromagnetic valve 8 is powered off, the electromagnetic valve 8 is in an open state after the power is off, and the washing.
The bypass 17 may be more than one line, for example, one line for injecting detergent, one line for injecting softener, etc., so that the washing machine control device can open different bypasses according to different instructions to add different liquid auxiliaries.
The invention provides a technical scheme of the invention aiming at the working principle of the pilot valve and combining the purpose of the invention, and in order to more clearly understand the technical scheme of the invention, the working principle of the pilot valve is briefly described below, and the working principle is shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5. When the water inlet valve is not electrified, the iron core is downwards propped against the rubber valve under the action of the elastic force of the spring to seal a central hole of the rubber valve, if the water source is connected at this time, water firstly enters the cavity A and then enters the cavity B through a small hole in the rubber valve, at this time, the cavity A and the cavity B are filled with water, and meanwhile, a certain water pressure is applied to the rubber valve. At this time, the rubber valve seals the passage from the cavity A to the cavity C, and the washing machine does not feed water. When the water inlet electromagnetic valve is electrified, the iron core of the water inlet electromagnetic valve overcomes the pressure of the spring to move upwards under the action of electromagnetic force, so that the central hole in the rubber valve is opened, water in the cavity B flows into the cavity C through the central hole, the flow rate is very low because the passage of water flow in the cavity A into the cavity B is only provided with small holes in the rubber membrane, the pressure in the cavity B is rapidly reduced, the water pressure in the cavity A quickly exceeds the water pressure in the cavity B, the rubber valve is pushed open, and the water entering the cavity A directly flows into the cavity C as shown in figure 5, and the washing machine starts to feed water.
