Because the water pumping device 4 is connected with the control mechanism 6, the water pumping device 4 can clean the water discharged from the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body or can stop the water discharged from the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body or deviate from the water discharged to realize two working condition operations of extrusion dehydration under the control of the control mechanism 6; the clean mop after the two working conditions has high working efficiency, and can prevent bacteria from breeding when the clean mop is stored.
Fig. 10-12 illustrate another control mechanism for embodiment 1 of the pump assembly of the present utility model. In the embodiment, the control mechanism 6 comprises a movable or rotary water inlet channel 8, and the water pumping device 4 can pump water or stop pumping water by controlling the position of the water inlet 8-2 of the water inlet channel 8 to be positioned in or separated from the water storage part in the barrel body. The water inlet end of the water inlet channel 8 is sleeved with a rotatable water passing joint 8-1. The control mechanism can also realize the purpose of discharging water or stopping discharging water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head erected in the barrel body through controlling the water pumping device.
Fig. 13-15 illustrate another control mechanism for embodiment 1 of the pump assembly of the present utility model. In the embodiment, the control mechanism 6 comprises a movable or rotatable water outlet channel 10, and the water pumping device 4 can discharge water or deviate water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body by controlling the direction of the water outlet 10-2 of the water outlet channel 10. The water outlet end of the water outlet channel 10 is sleeved with a rotatable water passing connector (10-1). The control mechanism can also realize the purpose of discharging water or stopping discharging water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head erected in the barrel body through controlling the water pumping device.
Fig. 16-21 and fig. 25 and 26 show another embodiment 2 of the pumping device of the present utility model. The water pumping device 4 is arranged between the cleaning seat 2 and the barrel body 3, the water pumping device 4 comprises a rotatable impeller 13 arranged in the barrel body 3, the cleaning seat 2 is connected with a screw rod 14, a rotating piece 15 is arranged in the impeller 13, screw teeth 15-1 matched with the screw rod 14 are arranged in the rotating piece 15, and the cleaning seat 2 can move up and down in a guiding way relative to the barrel body 3 through the matching of the screw rod 14 and the impeller 13; a unidirectional transmission mechanism 16 is arranged between the rotating piece 15 and the impeller 13, and the spiral rod piece 14 can drive the impeller 13 to rotate in a unidirectional way by moving up and down relative to the barrel body 3; the periphery of the impeller 13 is provided with a shell 17, the shell 17 is connected with a water storage part of the barrel body, and the shell 17 is connected with a water outlet pipeline 18 which can convey water to the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2; the shell 17 is provided with an opening communicated with the water storage part in the barrel, and the up-and-down movement of the spiral rod piece 14 relative to the impeller 13 can lead water in the shell 17 to flow out of the wiping surface of the mop cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel through the water outlet pipeline 18. The water pumping device drives the water in the barrel body to be conveyed to the wiping surface of the mop cleaning head for cleaning by the upward and downward movement of the cleaning seat relative to the cleaning head erected in the barrel body.
In the embodiment, the control mechanism 6 comprises a water outlet pipeline 18 which is connected with the shell 17 and can move or rotate, and the water pumping device 4 can discharge water or deviate from water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body by controlling the direction of the water outlet 18-4 of the water outlet pipeline 18. The water outlet end of the water outlet pipeline 18 is sleeved with a rotatable water passing connector 18-3.
The unidirectional transmission mechanism 16 includes: the transmission teeth 15-2 arranged at the bottom of the rotating piece 15 and the transmission teeth 13-1 arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the impeller 13 are provided with a meshing surface and a sliding surface which are matched with each other, and the rotating piece 15 can move up and down relative to the impeller 13; when the rotating piece 15 rotates in one direction to enable the meshing surfaces of the two transmission teeth to mutually collide, unidirectional transmission is formed; when the rotating member 15 rotates in the other direction to make the sliding surfaces of the two driving teeth mutually collide, the rotating member 15 moves relative to the impeller 13 to form idle running.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows: when the mop is cleaned, the water through connector 18-3 rotates to enable the water outlet 18-4 of the water outlet pipeline 18 to be positioned on the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2, the cleaning seat 2 moves up and down relative to the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body 3 to enable the spiral rod piece 14 to drive the impeller 13 to rotate in the shell 17 in the barrel body, and the rotating impeller 13 pushes water in the shell 17 to flow out and clean the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body through the water outlet pipeline 18; when the mop is dehydrated or the mop stops cleaning, the water-through joint 18-3 rotates to enable the direction of the water outlet 18-4 of the water outlet pipeline 18 to deviate from the wiping surface of the cleaning head, and when the cleaning seat 2 moves up and down relative to the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body 3, the water pumping device 4 deviates from the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body 3 to enable the cleaning seat 2 to be in contact with the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 to squeeze and dehydrate.
Fig. 22-24 illustrate another control mechanism of embodiment 2 of the pump assembly of the present utility model. In an embodiment, the control mechanism 6 includes a pushing member disposed at a water outlet end of the water outlet pipe 18, the pushing member can be pushed against and sealed in the water outlet pipe 18 or separate from the pushing and sealing of the water outlet pipe 18 by moving, and the water outlet pipe 18 can enable the water pumping device 4 to pump water or stop pumping water by pushing or separating from the pushing member. The said interference piece is a movable water-passing joint 18-2 sleeved on the water outlet end of the water outlet pipeline 18. The control mechanism can also realize the purpose of discharging water or stopping discharging water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head erected in the barrel body through controlling the water pumping device.
Fig. 27-32 show example 3 of the pumping device of the present utility model. The cleaning seat 2 is fixed on the barrel body 3, the water pumping device 4 is arranged in the barrel body 3, the water pumping device 4 comprises a pump body 19, a piston 20 and a driving piece 21, the pump body 19 is connected with the barrel body 3, a water storage cavity 19-1 is arranged in the pump body 19, the water storage cavity 19-1 is connected with a water inlet channel 22, the water storage cavity 19-1 can be communicated with a water storage part in the barrel body through the water inlet channel 22, and the water inlet channel 22 is connected with the water inlet device 22-1; one end of the driving piece 21 is arranged outside the pump body 19 and can be abutted against the mop cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body, the other end of the driving piece 21 penetrates into the water storage cavity 19-1 of the pump body, and the driving piece 21 can move up and down relative to the pump body 19; the piston 20 is arranged in the water storage cavity 19-1, the outer side wall of the piston 20 is abutted against the side wall of the water storage cavity, the piston 20 is connected to one end of the driving piece 21 arranged in the water storage cavity 19-1, and the piston 20 can move up and down along with the driving piece 21 relative to the pump body 19; the water storage cavity 19-1 is connected with a water outlet channel 23, the water storage cavity 19-1 can be communicated with the outside of the pump body 19 through the water outlet channel 23, and the water outlet channel 23 is connected with a water outlet device 23-1; the up-and-down movement of the cleaning head 1-2 standing in the tub body relative to the tub body 3 can be against the movement of the driving member 21. The water pumping device drives the water in the barrel body to be conveyed to the wiping surface of the mop cleaning head for cleaning by the upward and downward movement of the cleaning seat relative to the cleaning head erected in the barrel body.
In the embodiment, the control mechanism 6 comprises an exhaust port 24 arranged in the water storage cavity 19-1 in the pump body, the exhaust port 24 is connected with a movable exhaust valve 25, and the exhaust valve 25 can be blocked on the exhaust port 24 by moving or can be blocked off from the exhaust port 24 by moving; the water storage cavity 19-1 in the pump body can enable or stop pumping water by controlling the air outlet 24 to be in a closed state or be out of the closed state.
In an embodiment, the water inlet device 22-1 includes a movable abutting member 22-5 disposed in the water inlet channel 22, the abutting member 22-5 being capable of abutting against and closing the water inlet end of the water inlet channel 22 by gravity or by connecting with the reset device 22-6, the abutting member 22-5 being capable of being separated from and abutting against and closing the water inlet channel 22 by movement; the water outlet device 23-1 comprises a movable abutting piece 23-3 arranged in the water outlet channel 23, the abutting piece 23-3 can abut against and be sealed at the water storage part end of the water outlet channel 23 through self gravity or the connecting reset device 23-4, and the abutting piece 23-3 can be separated from and abut against and be sealed with the water outlet channel 23 through movement; a reset device 26 is arranged between the driving piece 21 and the pump body.
The working procedure of this embodiment is as follows: when the mop is cleaned, the exhaust valve 25 of the control mechanism 6 is abutted against the exhaust port 24 of the water storage cavity 19-1 in the pump body, the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body moves up and down relative to the cleaning seat 3 fixed in the barrel body, the moving cleaning head 1-2 can be abutted against the driving piece 21 to move, the driving piece 21 drives the piston 20 to move up and down relative to the water storage cavity 19-1, and when the piston 20 moves up relative to the water storage cavity 19-1: the water outlet device 23-1 is sealed in the water outlet channel 23, and the water inlet device 22-1 moves by pumping force generated by upward movement of the piston 20 relative to the water storage cavity 19-1 and breaks away from the interference seal with the water inlet channel 22 so that the water storage cavity 19-1 can store water; when the piston 20 moves down relative to the water storage chamber 19-1: the water inlet device 22-1 is sealed in the water inlet channel 22, the water storage in the water storage cavity 19-1 is pressed to force the water outlet device 23-1 to move, and the cleaning head 1-2 wiping surface erected in the barrel body can be cleaned by being separated from the interference sealing of the water outlet channel 23; when the mop is dehydrated or the mop stops cleaning, the exhaust valve 25 of the control mechanism 6 is closed by moving and separating from the interference with the exhaust port 24, and when the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel moves up and down relative to the cleaning seat 2 fixed in the barrel 3, the water pumping device 4 stops water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel, so that the relative interference between the cleaning seat 2 and the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 can squeeze and dehydrate.
Fig. 33-35 show another control mechanism of embodiment 3 of the pump device of the present utility model. In the embodiment, the control mechanism 6 comprises a water outlet channel 23 which is connected with the water storage cavity 19-1 and can move or rotate, and the water pumping device 4 can discharge water or deviate from water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head 1-2 erected in the barrel body by controlling the direction of the water outlet 23-4 of the water outlet channel 23. The water outlet end of the water outlet channel 23 is sleeved with a rotatable water passing connector 23-2. The control mechanism can also realize the purpose of discharging water or stopping discharging water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head erected in the barrel body through controlling the water pumping device.
Fig. 36-38 show another control mechanism of embodiment 3 of the pump device of the present utility model. In the embodiment, the control mechanism 6 comprises a water inlet channel 22 which is connected with the water storage cavity 19-1 and can move or rotate, and the water pumping device can pump water or stop pumping water by controlling the position of the water inlet 22-6 of the water inlet channel 22 to be positioned in or separated from the water storage part in the barrel body. The water inlet end of the water inlet channel 22 is a movable hose 22-2, the hose is connected with a control rod 22-3, an abutting table 22-4 capable of being connected with the barrel body 3 is arranged on the control rod, the control rod 22-3 can be placed in the barrel body to enable the water inlet 22-6 of the hose 22-2 to be arranged on the water storage part in the barrel body, or after the control rod 22-3 is lifted up, the water inlet 22-6 of the hose 22-2 can be separated from the water storage part in the barrel body through the abutting table 22-4 and connected with the barrel body 3. The control mechanism can also realize the purpose of discharging water or stopping discharging water from the wiping surface of the cleaning head erected in the barrel body through controlling the water pumping device.

The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the control mechanism (6) comprises an exhaust port (12-1) arranged at the water storage part (12) of the pumping device, the exhaust port (12-1) is connected with a movable exhaust valve (12-2), and the exhaust valve (12-2) can be closed on the exhaust port (12-1) in a collision manner or can be separated from the collision closure with the exhaust port (12-1) by moving; the water pumping device (4) can pump water or stop pumping water by controlling the exhaust port (12-1) to be in a closed state or to be out of the closed state.

The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein: the control mechanism (6) comprises a movable or rotary water inlet channel (8), and the water pumping device (4) can pump water or stop pumping water by controlling the position of a water inlet (8-2) of the water inlet channel (8) to be positioned in or separated from the water storage part in the barrel body.
