技术领域

背景技术
机动车亦或电气的家用电器的操作设备通常具有带有显示元件和切换元件的操作板。在现代的操作板中,切换元件通常构造成无触点的电容式的触摸传感器,这些触摸传感器具有导电面,这些导电面布置在平坦的操作板的背面上。
由德国公开文献DE 10 2006 039 133 A1已知一种具有至少一个电容式的传感器插脚(Sensortaste)的操作装置。所述传感器插脚是具有传感器表面的导电的传感器元件,所述传感器表面贴靠在电绝缘的遮盖板的背面上。与遮盖板间隔开一定距离地设置电路板。传感器元件由遮盖板延伸至电路板,其中,在遮盖板和电路板之间布置有光盒(Lichtkasten),通过该光盒将传感器元件以预定的位置平行于并且垂直于遮盖板地固定在遮盖板的背面上。

这种仪器的问题在于,在该仪器中,电子装置预装配在模块壳体中并且此外将传感器和/或显示元件安装在与其分离的操作板、例如机动车的仪表板上。
原则上,可以设置柔性的电路载体、比如像导体箔,以便将传感器和/或显示元件装配在操作板的背面上。在已知的使用情况中,导体箔直接粘接到操作板后方或者通过注塑包封紧固,所述导体箔作为平面的导体线路区段承载电容式的传感器表面。于是,传感器表面或者显示元件必须触点连接并且与配属的分析电子部件连接。由此得出,特别是在结构空间受限时通常很难装配。此外,在最终装配之后才可能实施整体功能性的检查。也不利的是,这样的结构在需要时很难拆卸。原则上,在导体箔上的传感器表面也可以通过机械的压紧、例如通过弹簧弹性地紧固的壳体紧固在操作板上,由此,省去通过粘接或者注塑包封的昂贵的固定。在此,有问题的是,操作板并且特别是仪表板的背面通常具有拱曲部或者凹凸处,从而很难将相对较宽的柔性的导体箔的功能区段均匀地压靠到操作板上。如果导体箔的承载传感器的区域特别是非密封地贴靠在操作板上,则由此可能妨碍传感器的功能。特别是,电容式的传感器的灵敏度和功能可靠性可能由于空气的与塑料相比相当小的相对电容率通过在传感器元件和操作板之间的空气射入而显著地减小。
对于设置在透明的或者半透明的操作板的背面上的多件式的或者平面的显示元件也有利的是,所述显示元件维持与操作板的背面尽可能小的并且均匀的间距,以便避免干扰的不均匀的亮度分布或者局部不清楚的显示。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种电子仪器,该仪器能够实现:与壳体连接的导体箔以低廉的成本并且以装配技术上简单的方式无缝隙地接合到不完全平坦的操作板上。
按照本发明,该任务通过如下方式解决,即,在壳体的外侧和导体箔的功能区段的背面之间布置有弹性体和由非弹性的塑料制成的板条。
所述仪器的按照本发明的设计方案负责在导体箔和操作板之间实现形状匹配。由此确保:尽可能与操作板的表面质量无关地将箔均匀地以较小的间距压紧到操作板上。利用本发明特别可以实现:电子仪器也可以在不平坦的操作板上可靠地运行进而可以在紧固在操作板上之前进行预装配并且进行检查。
特别有利的是,板条通过多个沿其横向方向掏制的切口而具有梳状的结构。由此,由板条和接合的导体箔组成的结构可以同时不仅稳定地并且易扭转地和易弯曲地构造。这点再次支持导体箔到操作板上的紧密的接合。
此外,有利的是,板条由透明的材料制成并且为弹性体设有凹部的结构,由此,在壳体内部可以使用照明器件,这些照明器件透射或者背照射导体箔上的传感器区域或者显示元件并且由此使得穿过透明的或者半透明的操作板是可见的。在弹性体中的凹部可以有利地构造为蜂窝状的。

其问题在于,操作板的表面要么取决于安装地点的需求要么基于构件公差通常构造为不完全平坦的。由此,不可能毫无问题地通过简单的压紧来实现大面积的功能区段的无间隙的接合。如果如在实施例中示出的那样,有待接合的功能区段虽然较窄、但是对此相对较长地构造,则这是特别适用的。
无间隙的接合至今以特别的机械的紧固器件或者通过粘接紧固功能区段为前提。在每种情况中,补偿操作板的凹凸处都需要提高的装配费用。此外,在粘接的情况中,功能区段的可能需要的拆卸相当困难或者甚至可能仅在破坏导体箔的情况下进行。
在图2中示出的电子仪器1的结构能实现将功能区段3无间隙地压靠到操作板4的背面上。按照本发明,为此规定,在壳体10和导体箔2的功能区段3之间不仅布置有由弹性的材料制成的板条状的主体(以下简称为弹性体6)而且布置有由非弹性的材料制成的板条状的主体(以下简称为板条7)。
与在附图中示出的实施方式不同,弹性体6原则上也可以构造成多件式的,例如通过多个彼此并排布置的、具有相应的更短的纵向延伸部的板条部件构造。但是为了简化说明,弹性体6在这里、在没有普遍性的限制的情况下仅在一件式的实施方式中进行阐述。
由非弹性的材料制成的板条7通过在侧面成型的卡锁元件14与壳体10连接,并且由此也将弹性体6保持在壳体10上,该弹性体在侧面通过在壳体10上成型的紧固凸缘12包围。
弹性体6通过将仪器1紧固在操作板4上压缩并且产生压紧力,该压紧力通过板条7对导体箔2的功能区段3起作用。板条7在此实现附加的功能,即,加固功能区段3并且由此使该功能区段稳定。出于该目的,功能区段3也粘贴到板条7上。
为了可以将板条的形状良好地匹配于操作板4,板条7虽然由坚固的并且非弹性的材料制成,但是构造为相对薄的,从而板条7在整体上在其长度上是可弯曲的。板条7有利地具有梳状结构,该梳状结构通过沿着板条7沿横向方向掏制的切口9产生。这些切口9将板条7划分成多个相互关联的薄片13,这些薄片的每一块能相对于彼此较远地偏转,并且这些薄片能实现板条7的形状进而与板条连接的功能区段3的形状都良好地匹配于操作板4的可能不平坦地或者拱曲的形状走向。

弹性体6在其长度上匹配于薄片13的必要时不同的偏转并且因此负责使贴靠在板条7上的功能区段3密封地与操作板4相匹配。
此外,板条7的使用因此是有利的,因为导体箔2在板条7上能利用相对简单的器件、特别是通过粘接预装配。反之,功能区段3不可能或者仅可能以明显更高的费用紧固在弹性体6上。
如果弹性体不是构造为紧凑的结构,而是具有多个凹部11,则这是特别适用的,导体箔2的功能区段3和操作板4的部件可以穿过所述凹部通过布置在壳体10中的照明器件进行背照射。由此,弹性体6可以具有例如蜂窝状的结构。为了能实现操作板4的背照射,板条7和至少功能区段3的部件构造成透明的。与此相应地,操作板4也优选构造为透明的或者半透明的。
