本发明涉及一种电缆接头,特别涉及一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构,主要解决目前压接工艺存在的纸绝缘层厚度增加的技术问题。本发明的技术方案,一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构,所述的两个纸绝缘电缆线芯的连接段中心油道无螺旋支撑管,在该连接段设有衬芯,电缆线芯末端从外向内切成阶梯状,电缆线芯由抱箍固定;电缆线芯上设有排油冷却装置,两个电缆线芯末端形成的V型槽内氩弧焊接连接。本发明适用于66kV~500kV纸绝缘电缆接头。

一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆接头,特别涉及一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构,适用于66kV~500kV纸绝缘电缆接头。
背景技术
目前纸绝缘电缆接头的对接工艺一般都采用压接工艺,通过压接管压接接头线芯来保证接头的电气性能和机械性能。在进行纸绝缘电缆接头设计计算时,线芯外纸绝缘层厚度的确定,是整个电缆接头设计的核心。纸绝缘层内的电场分布会随着纸绝缘层半径的增加而降低,但增加过多会造成绝缘利用系数下降。从经济效益来看,我们希望在满足绝缘质量的前提下纸绝缘层厚度越小越好,既能满足纸绝缘内电场分布均匀,又能承受纸绝缘电缆在运行过程中的各种电压。压接管压接接头线芯相当于在设计中增加了线芯的半径,在满足电场强度的条件下,纸绝缘层厚度会增加,需要提供的纸绝缘层数量增多,增加了材料成本,还可能会导致由于散热较差引起热老化导致热击穿的风险。而且经过试验表明,压接后的接头线芯电阻偏高,抗拉强度偏低,弯曲性能不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构。主要解决目前压接工艺存在的纸绝缘层厚度增加的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案,一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构,所述的两个纸绝缘电缆线芯的连接段中心油道无螺旋支撑管,在该连接段设有衬芯,电缆线芯末端从外向内切成阶梯状,电缆线芯由抱箍固定;电缆线芯上设有排油冷却装置,两个电缆线芯末端形成的V型槽内氩弧焊接连接。
所述衬芯为整体中空结构,保证了油路畅通和支撑电缆线芯。衬芯上设有排油孔,方便电缆油进入纸绝缘中。
所述排油冷却装置为对半结构,方便安装拆卸,上端设有进气口,下端设有排油口和排气口。在进气口冲入高压氮气,油道内的电缆油在氮气压力下进入装置的排油口出口,不会流入对接区域,并且高压氮气在流经电缆线芯时由于气体膨胀会吸热,带走对接过程中产生的高温,达到冷却效果,排气口回收氮气。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的对接结构相比传统压接工艺,连接可靠、抗拉强度高、弯曲性能好;增设了衬芯,恢复电缆线芯中心油道畅通;排油冷却装置使电缆线芯对接区域无污染,降低了对接区域的温度,保护了电缆线芯附近的绝缘;对接后线芯结构恢复,与原电缆线芯等直径,纸绝缘层厚度相比压接工艺小很多,既保证了纸绝缘电缆接头电气性能,而且经济效益和绝缘质量都有提高。

具体实施方式
参照图1,一种纸绝缘电缆1接头的对接结构,所述的两个纸绝缘电缆线芯2的连接段中心油道4无螺旋支撑管3,在该连接段设有衬芯6,电缆线芯2末端从外向内切成阶梯状,电缆线芯由抱箍7固定;电缆线芯上设有排油冷却装置5,所述排油冷却装置5为对半结构,方便安装拆卸,在进气口5-1冲入高压氮气,油道内的电缆油在氮气压力下进入装置的排油口5-2出口,不会流入对接区域,并且高压氮气在流经电缆线芯时由于气体膨胀会吸热,带走对接过程中产生的高温,达到冷却效果,排油冷却装置上设有排气口5-3回收氮气。排油冷却装置可防止电缆油向对接区域溢出和造成污染,还可以降低对接区域的温度,避免烧坏附近绝缘;两个电缆线芯末端形成的V型槽对接前使用丙酮对表面进行清洁,使用氩弧焊对接电缆线芯2。

Claims (3)

1.一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构,其特征是所述的两个纸绝缘电缆线芯的连接段中心油道无螺旋支撑管,在该连接段设有衬芯,电缆线芯末端从外向内切成阶梯状,电缆线芯由抱箍固定;电缆线芯上设有排油冷却装置,两个电缆线芯末端形成的V型槽内氩弧焊接连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构,其特征是所述衬芯为整体中空结构,衬芯上设有排油孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸绝缘电缆接头的对接结构,其特征是所述排油冷却装置为对半结构,上端设有进气口,下端设有排油口和排气口。
