本发明公开一种空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,包括空调室内机(1)、用于存放热水的空气能热水器保温水箱(5)以及与空调室内机(1)和空气能热水器保温水箱(5)同时连接的室外机,所述室外机内置有与空调室内机(1)连通的空调冷凝器(8)、与空调室内机(1)连通的第一压缩机(2)、与空气能热水器保温水箱(5)连通的空气能热水器蒸发器(6)和与空气能热水器保温水箱(5)连通第二压缩机(4)、用于产生空气流动的风机(7)、用于控制第一压缩机(2)和第二压缩机(4)和风机(7)运转的电控盒(3);所述空调冷凝器(8)与空气能热水器蒸发器(6)均布置于同一风机(7)的背风侧。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用电器,尤其涉及到一种空调和空气能热水器室外一体机。
背景技术
随着社会发展,越来越多的家用电器进入人们的日常生活,但是过多的家用电器给国家带来用电紧缺,因此节能环保的重要性日益显著,怎样将能量回收利用一直是技术人员研究的热点。目前家用电器一般单独使用,容易造成能量损失,特别是空调,在室内制冷的过程中,室外机直接向空气排放热风,存在热能源浪费问题严重。
针对上述问题,现提出一种空调与空气能热水器室外一体机及***,将空调制冷时,室外风机排出的热空气作为空气能热水器的低温热源,增大了能量利用率,走绿色环保、可持续发展之路。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决传统电器能源浪费的问题,提供一种可靠的、节约的、环保的、低成本的空调和空气能热水器室外一体机。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的设计方案为:一种空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,包括空调室内机、用于存放热水的空气能热水器保温水箱以及与空调室内机和空气能热水器保温水箱同时连接的室外机,其特征在于:所述室外机内置有与空调室内机连通的空调冷凝器、与空调室内机连通的第一压缩机、与空气能热水器保温水箱连通的空气能热水器蒸发器和与空气能热水器保温水箱连通第二压缩机、用于产生空气流动的风机、用于控制第一压缩机和第二压缩机和风机运转的电控盒;所述空调冷凝器与空气能热水器蒸发器均布置于同一风机的背风侧。
进一步地,所述的一种空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,其特征在于:所述风机为轴流风机。
进一步地,所述的一种空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,其特征在于:所述空调冷凝器与空气能热水器蒸发器紧贴。
本方案的有益效果为:1、解决家用电器因独立使用能源浪费问题,当空调制冷时,空调冷凝器发出的热量通过风机带动被空气能热水器蒸发器作为低温热源吸收,增大了能量利用率;2、把空调的室外机和空气能热水器的室外机做成一体化,共用同一风机,减少一体机设备体积。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明
本实施例所述的空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,其室外机分别用冷冻剂循环管连接空调室内机1与空气能热水器保温水箱5,形成两个***:空调***和空气能热水器***。
参见附图1所示,本实施例所述的空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,包括空调室内机1、用于存放热水的空气能热水器保温水箱5以及与空调室内机1和空气能热水器保温水箱5同时连接的室外机,所述室外机内置有与空调室内机1连通的空调冷凝器8、与空调室内机1连通的第一压缩机2、与空气能热水器保温水箱5连通的空气能热水器蒸发器6和与空气能热水器保温水箱5连通第二压缩机4、用于产生空气流动的风机7、用于控制第一压缩机2和第二压缩机4和风机7运转的电控盒3。
本实施例所述的空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,所述空调冷凝器8与空气能热水器蒸发器6均布置于同一风机7的背风侧;其风机7为轴流风机7;其空调冷凝器8与空气能热水器蒸发器6紧贴;电控盒3独立控制风机7、第一压缩机2和第二压缩机4。
本实施例所述的空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,当空调制冷时,电控盒3控制整***运作,第一冷媒在空调冷凝器8与第一压缩机2间形成回路,且空调冷凝器8产生热空气在风机7的带动下,往空气能热水器蒸发器6方向流去,因此空气能热水器蒸发器6从中吸取低温热能。另外,第二冷媒在空气能热水器蒸发器6与第二压缩机4间形成回路,空气能热水器蒸发器6把吸回来的热能进一步传递到空气能热水器保温水箱5。
本实施例所述的空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,当空调制热时,电控盒3控制空调***单独运转、空气能热水器***停止运转,即空调冷凝器8、第一压缩机2、风机7运转,空气能热水器蒸发器6、第二压缩机4停止。
本实施例所述的空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,当空调停止时,电控盒3可单独控制空气能热水器***单独运转,即空气能热水器蒸发器6、第二压缩机4、风机7运转,空调冷凝器8、第一压缩机2停止。

1.一种空调和空气能热水器室外一体机,包括空调室内机(1)、用于存放热水的空气能热水器保温水箱(5)以及与空调室内机(1)和空气能热水器保温水箱(5)同时连接的室外机,其特征在于:所述室外机内置有与空调室内机(1)连通的空调冷凝器(8)、与空调室内机(1)连通的第一压缩机(2)、与空气能热水器保温水箱(5)连通的空气能热水器蒸发器(6)和与空气能热水器保温水箱(5)连通第二压缩机(4)、用于产生空气流动的风机(7)、用于控制第一压缩机(2)和第二压缩机(4)和风机(7)运转的电控盒(3);所述空调冷凝器(8)与空气能热水器蒸发器(6)均布置于同一风机(7)的背风侧。
